Krispy Kreme Crawley in Crawley

I have been a loyal customer to China garden for years. I ordered a takeaway online to be delivered for my husbands birthday. It arrived 20mins late and by that time is was stone cold. I called the restaurant and they told me to bring it back. My husband and I both have had a couple of drinks and unable to drive. The lady I spoke to was not very friendly and said to me no return of food nothing she could do and unable to process a refund. So I put the phone down. £35.00 down the drain.

Nice and spacious establishment, had space for us to sit down late at night but most of the tables are long connected ones with stools so it makes it a little hard to sit on if you're vertically challenged. There's also no bag shelf or hooks for coats so it makes you have to take up another seat or hug your personal items on your lap. The food portions were great. Tried the chicken and hoki fish coconut kare but the coconut milk flavour was lacking. It was more on the sour, citrus side. Also tried out the new strawberry matcha and it was light and sweet, not grassy/bitter at all. ❤️ A lovely place to grab and quick meal after the cinema or long day of shopping nearby.

I had the most shockingly rude customer service experience here this evening. I came in near closing time, but first checked if it was ok to get a coffee and they said yes. A blonde woman working there then openly complained (in front of me) about serving me and said that they should have closed the doors. I have no idea how anyone would think that this is an acceptable thing to say in front of a customer. I will not go back to this costa again.

I am taking my business elsewhere. Pappa Johns's food is good, but Pappa Johns in Gossops Green, Crawley the customer service is very poor. The staff rarely smile, they are not courteous, they are very unfriendly. I am NEVER everordering from this shop. There are better places with friendly staff

Came here to Crawley as we couldnt get into East Grinstead. Decided to pop into get noodles and let me just say this is by far the best noodles with a 20mile radius. I had the sweet Chilli Noodles and my mum had the sweet and sour, we have definitely found our favourite noodle place and will definitely be coming again
