Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. At the kiosk I was given two wrong drinks, which we told the girl and she gave us the right drinks. Waited in a bay and didnt receive the food. Went back through the drive thru and explained. Told just to wait. Waited over half an hour, went in and asked where our food was and were told they didn't have the transaction. No complaints procedure, no management or customer service skills. Terrible attitude. Left without food and chasing payment. Sent email to HQ and CEO with complaint and a copy of my receipt.
Tasty takeaway, shame is closed on Mondays.
It has been a couple of years that we order vegetarian dishes and we are never dissapointed, quite tasty, good size portions.
I was surprised for the lower rating, whilst other chinese restaurants in town the food has no taste at all.
I will recommend it!
Purchased a takeaway via Deliveroo to celebrate a birthday. Found a huge, sharp shard of bone in my partner's meal, along with loads of tiny pieces making it inedible. Contacted Kokoro but they never bothered emailing or calling back. Poor kitchen practices and terrible customer service.
A quick lunch with mum . We had sausages rolls and Belgium buns and tea all delicious. I have a couple of downsides I told the server we was eating in but he put two sausage rolls in one bag and the two buns in one bag . No plates or serviettes no sauce I had to help myself to more bags . Also the shop was very dirty mess all over the floor and the customer toilets was very dirty and no toilet roll available . Half the seating area was also closed. This used to be a great place to eat with plates and proper cups it’s hit rock bottom now .
I ordered a decaf cappuccino. Over the course of a very long sleepless night, I realised that I had been served caffeinated coffee. It is not good enough to say you’re getting decaf, when you are not. I won’t trust Starbucks Crawley again.
OMG the worst Cantonese chicken I have ever had. Hardly any chicken just over cooked batter and the sauce was disgusting., I just couldn’t eat it 🤮 Very disappointed
We made a big order of pizzas to be delivered at work place. The big boxes of pizzas were delivered in time and very warm - freshly cooked. There’s also drinks available. As we ordered big number of pizzas the management gave us two extra boxes for free. Brilliant 🤩 deal!!!
Poor experience staff disinterested, portions where small (I had a salad it was the most disappointing one I have ever had from. Subway), they refused to make a save sub for my son though it was clearly advertised as an offer they were participating in.
Went here for early dinner. Ordered plain chicken burger meal and tender and wings meal. Side order of fried pickles and coleslaw
Food tasted great. Probably one of the best chicken burgers from fast food joint. The wings were crisps and tenders were delicious. The toast was surprisingly good as well….a bit like garlic bread
Lots of sauces to choose from. My favourite was honey bbq. Couldn’t really taste the gravy mayo sauce which was bland but thought we would give it a go

The ignoramus I had to deal with actually had the nerve to hang up on me when I was merely trying to get the money back that they stole from me after they cancelled my order because they don't deliver to where I was staying! WHY ACCEPT THE ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE?? I have used this company for may many years but after that piece of turd speaking to me like that - NEVER AGAIN! I better get my money back by Monday as the imbecile said I would!!
