The staff should be absolutely disgusted with themselves!
Got a delivery, everything was stone cold, missing items and what was there we could hardly bear to eat it.
The onion rings were not only burnt but they were flat, incredibly dry and was like trying to chew cardboard! They must have been cooked 3-4 times, how anyone could bag them up for a customer just takes the complete P**s!
Burgers were extremely dry and cold and chips couldn’t be eaten.
I have always enjoyed BK and thought it was better than another popular burger place but actually at least other places have some standards and quality control.
Will never use this place again!
Almost empty apart from me, so first in the queue but no receipt so needed to memorise my number. Food was cold but burnt, fries would have been better than usual fast food ones as they were thicker and still had skin on them shame they been over cooked and left to get cold. The chicken was dry.
I rarely visit these places and probably won't again
Absolute poooooor customer service would not recommend -1000/10 poor food quality too the pizza’s look like they’ve been beaten up not an a pleasure to look at
To put it bluntly Yes it is that BAD!. Used to be called Chiana Peking & when it failed they rebranded it Mings. Greasy unpleasant food. zero manners from manager when things go wrong. Ordered a sweet & sour battered chicken, it to arrive with no Sweet & sour sauce? only to be told you have to pay for the sauce extra Yes Really!.
Used to have good quality food but now gone down hill with soggy chips and the place ran by kids. they had a male manager think he used to work mainly on Tuesdays as that’s when I went and he was always there with a smile and I never had a problem with the food he always fried to perfection. Now can’t say the same. What a shame. Bring him back!

The restraunt accepted the order an verified the time slot.
5 mins before my lunch break they decided to cancel my order, leaving me working a 12 hour shift without food or time to make any other sort of order.... (they didn't even bother to call an give me a heads up), I only noticed the email once the time slot had actually passed, my food was late, a 3rd of my break already gone. So I was looking for the receipt so I could get the number to check where my food is an that's when I found the email informing me it's not coming 😔

Very disappointed in both quality and service. I ordered a delivery and food turns up which both fish n chips did not taste very nice and was just warm. They also forgot to deliver a bottle of drink and savaloy in which when contacting them arrived 20 minutes after I finished my food. Due to service and quality I do not think I will be using them again.
Ordered an 8” photo cake for my partners birthday. When I picked it up his face was squashed wider, it looked awful !!
The lady behind the counter went and got a man who said they had to make it square from a portrait photo ??! Why they never rang or emailed me he couldn’t explain.
I paid £33.99 and couldn’t take the cake to our family party, it would have been so embarrassing for him so it went straight in the bin ..
Gutted !!! After complaining to the company they said they would put it down to experience ?? A full refund and an apology would have been far better. Who has money to waste these days..

However - TERRIBLE experience with MET Car Park services!!
I forgot to validate my ticket when I drove up to the barrier. So I reversed and re-parked - went in and get my ticket validated at the tills (No clear instructions where or how this is done). Then exited the car park with my validated ticket! I broke no rules...
I later receive a parking fine from MET Parking Services - I appealed this as I didn't exit the car park without a validated ticket and they have now rejected it! Day light robbery...
Completely unfair from McDonalds third party carpark and definitely won't be going again due to this.
Had to meet my fam off an early international flight. Greggs was the perfect place to wait just at the point where passengers exit customs. Couldn't think of a better place to wait with a morning cup of coffee and a tuna sandwich.
The sandwich was a little too bready and not enough filling but the taste was okay.
It's an average Greggs but a seat at the counter facing the glass tunnels s far better than standing indefinitely waiting for your party.
I forgot to write a review and I just remembered as I was going through my wallet and saw the Jamie's Coffee Lounge review card. I went to Gatwick last year, I think it was August or September time. I had a nice pesto and mozzarella sandwich, I think, my mom had a coffee. Our staff that day were Kristina and Lucia, many thanks to them for a nice service and their positive attitude, very much appreciated. My sandwich was delicious and my mom enjoyed her coffee. All is good despite the prices, good old London haha.

Waited 20 minutes for the table I booked. Then another hour for food although the place was nearly empty. Then the wrong pizza was brought to one of us who had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct one and the pizzas were awful. Overpriced and over rated. Avoid.
Great idea, poorly executed. Inexperienced and disorganised staff. The ordering was seamless and the server very friendly and helpful. That was the only redeeming element of the experience. Waited 15 minutes for a shake to be made. Burger sat there for 10 minutes. When prompted, the server laughed and said the machine was playing up. It wasn’t. User error. Huge queues of people waiting for food that was ready. Replacing the current manager with extra napkins might improve the customer experience. Don’t bother.
