I ordered for my lunch break at work, I ordered 1.5 hours in advance an booked a delivery time as I only get 30mins for lunch. The restraunt accepted the order an verified the time slot. 5 mins before my lunch break they decided to cancel my order, leaving me working a 12 hour shift without food or time to make any other sort of order.... (they didn't even bother to call an give me a heads up), I only noticed the email once the time slot had actually passed, my food was late, a 3rd of my break already gone. So I was looking for the receipt so I could get the number to check where my food is an that's when I found the email informing me it's not coming 😔 I understand stuff happens but not to call an let me know 🤔 I think that's just awful way to treat customers who's bookings an money you already accepted, they did issue a refund but it's not the point here. So I don’t get why I’m reading so much bad stuff, both times I’ve ordered my pizza it’s been spot on! I can’t even be mad that there’s no hot dog stuffed crust today as the food as a whole is amazing. Although my onion rings were left off the order I still cannot even be angry at it. Keep up the good work :)

I won’t be ordering again, the food took an hour and 40 minutes.. The chips were under cooked and soggy, the kebab was very unsatisfying certainly not worth the wait - do yourself a favour order from somewhere else.

We did not receive our order from this kebab shop. Awful awful customer service hanging the phone up on us. Very rude and we will never be ordering again. Did not rectify our issues and were incredibly unhelpful.

Appalling service and food. Ordered via deliveroo. Food didn’t arrive, delivered to wrong address and they wouldn’t deal with it, they put the phone Downing’s me. Went door to door to find my food to discover that the house it was actually delivered to had tucked into it! Restaurant staff so rude!

Ordered at 6.30pm. It's now 9.45pm where is it? Nobody answers phone. Disgusting. The meal was for my partner who is a key worker, Can't get hold of anybody

Deffenately recommend these guys! Ordered take-away and it only took 30 mins to arrive when they originaly said 45+mins! Food was absolutely delicious and well served!

We ordered from here today. Food was cold, dry and generally discusing. Chicken wrap came as just chicken strips no wrap or salad. Melted containers... so you end up eating plastic. Delivered late and had to go outside to collect from delivery guy. Avoid, avoid, avoid

So we ordered the food approximately 7.30pm it turns up at 9.30pm after several calls to the restaurant. All the kept saying your order is out for delivery. When it did turn up it was cold, tasteless and someone else's hair in it. I will be reporting you to Health and Safety. I will never order from you again if you we're the last place to eat on earth. I was so hungry and after waiting so long I did eat some until I found hair. That was it for me. I FEEL SICK. Should be offered a full refund and instead they don't answer the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM BURGER BITES. U DON'T KNOW WHAT'S IN IT. Sorry don't have picture's as I threw the rest in the bin.

Food was good - However - TERRIBLE experience with MET Car Park services!! I forgot to validate my ticket when I drove up to the barrier. So I reversed and re-parked - went in and get my ticket validated at the tills (No clear instructions where or how this is done). Then exited the car park with my validated ticket! I broke no rules... I later receive a parking fine from MET Parking Services - I appealed this as I didn't exit the car park without a validated ticket and they have now rejected it! Day light robbery... Completely unfair from McDonalds third party carpark and definitely won't be going again due to this.

Had a kebab from here late on a Friday night, the meat was fatty,tiny scraps, covered in grease or oil, no long bits at all, served in a paper bag. After a while I realised the oil had destroyed the bag and I was eating the bag, which seemed tastier than the meat…. It was simply horrible, avoid at all costs!

To put it bluntly Yes it is that BAD!. Used to be called Chiana Peking & when it failed they rebranded it Mings. Greasy unpleasant food. zero manners from manager when things go wrong. Ordered a sweet & sour battered chicken, it to arrive with no Sweet & sour sauce? only to be told you have to pay for the sauce extra Yes Really!.

My wife went to Starbucks car park, Southgate Park, Stansted Airport to get a coffee as my flight got delayed. She parked at Starbucks car park for 26 min, but Starbucks was already closed that time. MET Parking services sent parking charge notice as she was not considered a customer as Starbucks was closed. The parking fee notice board clearly says 60 min free for customers. She did not know that once Starbucks closed, she had to pay from the minute she parked. Be careful, MET Parking Services must have raised millions from people simply displaying misleading information.

Great idea, poorly executed. Inexperienced and disorganised staff. The ordering was seamless and the server very friendly and helpful. That was the only redeeming element of the experience. Waited 15 minutes for a shake to be made. Burger sat there for 10 minutes. When prompted, the server laughed and said the machine was playing up. It wasn’t. User error. Huge queues of people waiting for food that was ready. Replacing the current manager with extra napkins might improve the customer experience. Don’t bother.
