Pizza Hut in Crawley

Waited 20 minutes for the table I booked. Then another hour for food although the place was nearly empty. Then the wrong pizza was brought to one of us who had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct one and the pizzas were awful. Overpriced and over rated. Avoid.

Food was okay are server was good but got my pizza wrong twice was due a refund and have seen I have been charged another £50!!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

Terrible service. Visited on a Tuesday when the restaurant is relatively empty, food took over an hour and half to reach our table and they didnt even bring out the correct food... We visited in a group of 4 adults and 4 children.... kids were not impressed 😐 Staff were also rude and not very helpful, seem as tho they didnt have and care or consideration for familys visiting... Totally unimpressed with PizzaHut... Will not be coming here again Guys avoid this dump

Great delivery by Christian especially in this time with Covid -19 he called me asked me where I wanted my delivery left very polite.

Placed an order on the 20th of April. Cancelled this order within 2mins of making it. Was promised a refund by the branch who gave me a contact number. Called this number and was redirected to a website. Completed a form on this website then recieved an email asking for order details i gave this then waited 3 more days and was then promised a refund... I'm still waiting! Complete joke its essentially theft.

I ordered a Super Supreme which is normally lovely. This one was a dried up crusty horrid thing which looked as though it had sat around for ages and had been shoved back in the oven to heat up. The pizza crust was dry and hard and so were all of the toppings. Appalling! I have not rung to complain as it was so bad that I can’t see how it passed any kind of quality check before sending out. Very disappointing!

I allwais GO to pizza hut in Crawley love the salat bar and My pepperoni pizza fine place to GO to.The serves is exellent and the staff is friendly,Its good to sit there with Friends an have á nice time.

After a 40 minute wait the food turned up stone cold. Staff need customer service training and are extremely rude. Will not be using the store again at the boulevard crawley

Extremely slow to deliver (getting on for two hours) a stone cold and dried out pizza that looked like it was cooked a day or two earlier. Not sure what’s going on at this store, but they clearly need more training, or perhaps get rid of the lot and start over. Never seen or tasted such bad pizza in my life, it’s as though someone fished it out of the bin. This is the sole reason I will never be endearing from a Pizza Hut establishment again.

I thought Pizza Hut was Pizza Hut until I ordered a pizza from this pizza hut outlet.. pizza tasted just unpleasant and quite nasty from what I am used to down in Southampton. I thought they all used the same ingredients, obviously they found some cat/dog food at this particular branch to scatter over the top instead of the usual tasty meaty goodness of my local hut.

Visited on a quiet tuesday night. Food was as you'd expect, standard pizza hut, but the service was very slow. Staff are very regimented in sticking to their allocation of tables and roles. Watched our drinks be placed on the end of the bar for the waitress to bring over, they sat there for 10 mins whilst the bar man wiped the bar around them, why not just bring them over? Food was slow to come out so when we challenged a waiter to check we were informed that he would get our waitress as we weren't in his section, he didn't even offer to go and look, took no ownership, I was furious.

Wrong order delivered to table. Food on our seats as we arrived so I wiped it down. Then I asked to speak to manager not once but 3 times. No manager came. So we paid and left. Spoiled our evening and we regulars. Terrible service wat happened

After aa busy week and late coming home managed to dial Pizza Hut for a Pepperoni style pizza, still enjoy this and also stuffed crust yum.
