Had to meet my fam off an early international flight. Greggs was the perfect place to wait just at the point where passengers exit customs. Couldn't think of a better place to wait with a morning cup of coffee and a tuna sandwich. The sandwich was a little too bready and not enough filling but the taste was okay. It's an average Greggs but a seat at the counter facing the glass tunnels s far better than standing indefinitely waiting for your party.

Terrible service. The guy can’t be bother to serve or even to speak to the customer. Where do you get your staff from?

We decided to have tea here one afternoon while waiting for our son to arrive from Spain. First thing I noticed was that the tables were dirty and not cleaned between guests. Second, quite a few staff taking their breaks here. One person asleep at a table in the corner. Some sausage rolls for sale were in a basket-container near the counter. Not kept chilled.
