KFC in Crawley - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Almost empty apart from me, so first in the queue but no receipt so needed to memorise my number. Food was cold but burnt, fries would have been better than usual fast food ones as they were thicker and still had skin on them shame they been over cooked and left to get cold. The chicken was dry. I rarely visit these places and probably won't again

The standard of delivery is unacceptable i ordered a mighty box for 1 which included 2 pieces of chicken, 2 fillet strips , 2 hot wings, a regular fries and a can of pepsi max all of which i received. However to get the delivery i also had to order another fries. These never turned up. I tried calling the shop ten times not once was tge phone answered. So as a last resort im having to put this review up.

Crawley KFC Order on delivery grandsons food did not turn up spoke to them told tough have to wait 15 days for my money back and would not replace and re deliver. Our food was disgusting nothing like the meal you will get on London they obviously need to train their very Young staff in Crawley as they all muck about and ignore the customers second time we have had very poor food from here the Colonel Sanders would not be happy

We have not eaten here for a while, and I can honestly say, this was a totally different experience from our last visit, the food was all freshly cooked and the biggest difference was the chips, cooked very nicely and lovely flavour.

I called in to this place in early October. I placed an order at the terminal but it told me there was a payment problem, go to counter. Impossible to catch the eye of staff who were either busy with take away orders or chatting amongst themselves. I left. Next day I saw that my credit card had been charged for the food I never received. I contacted the customer "squad" by email to explain what had happened to me. How many others have been robbed in this way? No apology just a few vacuous words and a promise to refund the money. Hey, no surprise, no payment received after 2 months. I don't go by Crawley so cannot go into the branch and take my own action. All I can do is write reviews and warn people off. These people are cheats and thieves. You been warned. If the squad read this........ go find other jobs, you are hopeless at what you do.

I was there a few days ago, and I had a very bad experience with the staff, but then I see that they are always looking for new staff, team leaders and managers. So I understand that the work situations in that company are not very suitable. They also use caged chickens, saying they can't afford for costs something better

Food quality as expected for a quick bite to eat and up to KFC standard, but the seating looked a bit worn out and some of the tables were a little bit dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, not ideal in Covid times

Absolute joke. 2nd time we’ve had a problem with this store. Given the wrong food, yes we got more chicken but not what we ordered and someone has ours with not enough chicken. Went back in to ask and was told no can’t do anything as you left????? To many people in there for delivery and collection. Needs to be more organised and a lot better customer service. A very annoyed customer, won’t use again

I like KFC, and I eat out quite a lot. I go in about once a fortnight. It offers the full menu. There is plenty of seating, & I have never been unable to eat there due to overcrowding. Toilets leave a lot to be desired, so avoid if you can.

Absolutely terrible! No flavour to the chicken, didn't seem to be cooked properly as it was so pale. Chips were sloppy and undercooked. The new chips are not nearly as good as the old ones, the old ones were crispy and flavoured. These new ones are unflavoured & under cooked (I know I am repeating but it was that bad) chicken was also oily under the skin (not the greasy you expect from takeaway) the actual chicken itself was very dry. Would not recommend. KFC has definitely let themselves down.

Ordered 2 meals with drinks. Arrived cold only half the order.. Called deliveroo complained they sent the order again after 30 mins.. Again half order missing and stone cold again complete waste of hard earned money kfc complete joke..5. 99 delivery charge 😠😠

Visited here today (23.04.19) Ordered the Tuesday 9 piece special (£5.99) it was very good, staff were quite pleasant, it was considerably better than KFC Gatwick which is a joke. Well done Crawley

I find it hard the believe that the complete imbreds that work at this restaurant could actually dress them self’s in the morning; considering they can’t even get a single order correct. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, we got home to find beans instead of gravy and only one of the 5 fries we were supposed to have. Avoid using this restaurant like the plague.

Nothing out of the ordinary for this restaurant chain. Polite staff, fresh food and a reasonably clean seating area. Bins were overfilled on this visit

Same KFC but chickens they use seem to get smaller and smaller ....... definitely no longer a value fastfood !!!

Not being a fan of fries or the dark meat staff were happy to let us have a 10 piece bucket with just breast and rib pieces and change the fries to 2 and 2 sweet corn all with a smile sorry didn’t get your name but a great asset

I got recently the boneless banquet and it's just three mini fillets, it's so disappointing!.....all the other stuff didn't make up for that upset

Unfortunately this venue appears to have gone downhill and fallen out of the publics favour. It is not the cleanest of eating places and is situated in a poor position right on the road surrounded by buildings. Whilst the chain appears to pride itself on the chicken it serves, I found it to be extremely slimy and not particularly tasty. The fries were hard and overlooked and fir what it was , it cost more than it should. The seating is not comfortable and somewhat cramped. There are many other far nicer places to eat in Crawley.

Staying in the Travelodge around the corner before popping over (Via Gatwick) to Ireland in the morning. Quite peckish but wanted something quick and cheap. KFC is literally 2 minutes away and exactly what I needed.

I don't know why I think it's going to get better from the last time I ate here because when I decide to try again I am disappointed again. £4.49 for a Zinger burger with one pathetic piece of lettuce is a rip off. Also, we always seem to have items missing in a big order. The crawley branch clearly has no management and no training.

It's Friday night so what take away do we choose. First laminate a menu and stick it on the counter so oldies like me can peruse the menu especially as the overhead, which I cannot read due to my sight, was broken. I want a chicken with coleslaw and a drink as fries are cold by the time I drive home.

We went to the Crawley KFC for a change I was a bit annoyed as we were waiting like everyone else,then came I. Another man who ordered was given discount,served his meal before the other customers & then he was given 4 sweet corn & free orange juice when we got home our chips were cold & some of the order was missing

Just passing buy when we all fancied some grub, pulled over to great large bucket, quickly served although long queue

Standard KFC option, with a large seating area, which was kept clean. The seating area was open late into the evening.

Very dirty! Have never ever seen either the tables nor the floor clean. Don't recommend this place if you are particular about hygiene.
