Very disappointed in both quality and service. I ordered a delivery and food turns up which both fish n chips did not taste very nice and was just warm. They also forgot to deliver a bottle of drink and savaloy in which when contacting them arrived 20 minutes after I finished my food. Due to service and quality I do not think I will be using them again.

Great service from the staff, a broad range of food from fish and chips, to kebabs and burgers. The chips are certainly the best in Crawley.

I visited this place just last week and ordered a Quarterpounder with cheese. There were two girls as customers before me who were chatting to staff. I placed my order and went to another shop to buy other stuff. I returned, the two girls were still there with all three counter staff looking at one girls phone. After they left one of the staff raised his eyebrows at me and advised he’d get on with my order. This is 10 minutes after I ordered it. When my burger was ready, some guy, who had no interaction with me prior, just picked up the burger and started loading salad into it. I told him I’d asked for cheese but rather than just take all the salad off, just put the cheese on top of the salad. He then totally ignored me and talked to other team members in his own language rather than ask me if I had a problem. A guy who had absolutely nothing to do with the transaction came up and just threw my burger in the bin and told me to get out! If it takes your staff 15 minutes to start an order, if your staff or so under-trained that if I order a quarter-pounder with cheese, can’t understand that cheese is a pretty fundamental part of that order, and accuse me of being rude, I wasn’t me that couldn’t start an order because I was being ignored, it wasn’t me that couldn’t get a simple order with the word cheese in it right and it wasn’t me that made a scene in front of a shop full of people when all I did was point out that my my order wasn’t right.

If I could give a score of 0 I would just for the attitude of the girl who took my order she repeated my order and it was wrong so I corrected with her then asked her to repeat it she said “I just did” I said yes but it was wrong she was huffy and rude I then cancelled the order due to her attitude and she said I have to have the order as it’s with the driver such a rude girl and needs some training in customer service so rude. We have been going to Troy’s for years but we won’t go again all while she is there.

Do not use. If I could give no stars I would. Not all food was delivered so phoned and then they said they would deliver the rest, whilst two of us were waiting for our chips and sauce to go with the burger which was getting cold, it took 14 mins to deliver the rest of the meal. We chased them in the mean time and was met with the response We are closed what do you want me to do about it. So Rude no customer service. Do not use.

As a couple we don't use this place as much as we should. We love their chips. Be warned their portions are quite big. Their burgers are massive and everything is great value for money. They deliver in the late afternoon and evenings or you can collect. Just a shame we ate everything before thinking to post, so no pictures. We will just have to pay them another visit to rectify. I can't wait!
