Domino's Pizza in Crawley

We made a big order of pizzas to be delivered at work place. The big boxes of pizzas were delivered in time and very warm - freshly cooked. There’s also drinks available. As we ordered big number of pizzas the management gave us two extra boxes for free. Brilliant 🤩 deal!!!

Awful place. Don’t even accept a Cash payment!! Not everyone chooses to pay by Card. Unacceptable. The staff are rude and a cold welcoming I wouldn’t recommend eating at this place. Until they accept cash it’s a definite no.

We were staying at the Premier Inn London Road South (Gatwick Manor) and had our pizza delivered to reception. We received regular updates about our order on the APP and the driver who delivered it on time called us as requested upon arrival. The pizza was excellent as was the service. We would use again and recommend.

Good pizzas and starters which you would expect from Domino’s, hot and tasty... fast delivery would order again

I decided on the meal deal with 2 pizzas, sides, cookies and bottle of drink. Everything was very nice and delivered quickly within the time stated. Very happy and will order again.

Probably the worst Dominos I’ve ever been in, walked in to make a small order and was ignored by staff completely. No acknowledgement, nothing said back to me at all, I just stood there like a lemon for some time whilst they chatted amongst themselves. Ended up going to the chippie a few doors down instead...

So I've been using this store since it opened nearly two years ago. Most of the time it's fine. Delivery times always bang on but it is a lottery on whether you got a sloppy greasy mess which tonight I did. I probably won't use this store again. Enough is enough

We were staying at a busy hotel and decided on takeaway rather than losing our car park space by going out to eat. Luckily for us, there was a Domino's in the area and the experience from ordering it online to the tracking of the delivery and the friendly driver who arrived at the hotel entrance was faultless. There are always deals to be found and it was good value for the quality. The reason this review is 4 is that the pizza was slightly too well cooked in our opinion. Still delicious though!!

I think Domino's is the best take away Pizza around - the shop at Pound Hill does not disappoint. Good Pizza, pleasant staff, reasonable prices. What more could you wanty

Large pepperoni for walk in price of £10. Exactly as expected. Lovely, salty and soggy. Great stuff.

The best Pizza brand anywhere. Good quality food produced quickly and efficiently by cheerful staff. Happy to back anytime to this takeaway

I called 17 times to order a pizza for delivery and not once they picked up came to the store and had raised the question with the staff member waqar. He response was we are short of staff and busy! They didn’t look busy and there was 3 staff members working at a very slow pace. The other response is we don’t answer phone call at this time! Then why have a business and advertise your open till 5! Externally frustrated and will never use agian and will also pass all the feedback ok to the whole of Crawley via Instagram, teeeter face book and all other social media. Extremely disappointed with these guys!! They will probably close down very soon. I hope we don’t have any dominoes that believes in these values.

Very slow service, never deliver in the time stated and it’s doesnt arrive hot. Almost double delivery times!!! Not good... wish I could pick the store in town instead.

Average Pizzas good deal at lunchtime though staff need to be more friendly (training needed in customer service)

Rude staff and ASAP pizza took nearly an hour to arrive and basically my fault for living in a village.

Was not the first time I ordered and I had no issues before but today I was waiting for delivery for more than an hour when I called the store manager who got upset with me for complaining. I called the driver and tried to talk to him but he did not understand a word in english so I gave up. I wanted to get a fresh order and asked the store manager to send a driver who speak english so I can help him find the address but the manager did not serve me anymore. Very disappointing, ridiculous customer service

Your service is disgraceful, both your manager and driver are incompetent. The driver was unable to find the address plus he had zero English, pizza never arrived even though we gave clear instructions to the driver over the phone.When we contacted Domino's about this they suddenly stopped covering the area according to the manager who also hang up the phone. I am on a holiday in England, supposed to be my first time trying Domino's but after this no waaaay!!!

Food soways GD Xmass Eve perfect start to Xmas with family plus didn't have to wash up lol. Always GD value for money and pizza is s big yumie ty
