Starbucks in Crawley

Extremely rude staff, unhygienic and unclean tables and floors. When I requested one of the staff to kindly clear the table from previous guests and clean it, they kicked their cleaning table and responded in rage “I am not your slave”. This is fully unprofessional and unacceptable especially in front of my 7 and 8 year old daughters. The same company in Dubai has very respectful and helping staff. The staff at Crawley who was furious and miserable was white, and possibly did that to us as we are a non-white family. The management must take action on this.

Got my order wrong, again… I always clearly specify what my order is, yet this is the 3rd time they have gotten it wrong? It’s so frustrating, especially when I’m in a hurry, and the baristas always look as if I’m an inconvenience when I point out the order is incorrect. It’s quite off putting :/

Service is slow. The staff are more concerned with speaking amongst themselves then making the coffee. The establishment is well staffed however the staff are incompetent and slow. The waiting time for Coffee is far too long, by far the worst Starbucks service that I have ever had. It doesn't take 30 minutes to make a latte.

A very spacious and relaxing restaurant slow at serving customers. Strange that the entrance door opens outwards as you enter and many people just use the toilet without buying anything.

I have always felt that a trip to Starbucks was a treat but at this place in Crawley it was more of a sadness. I went there twice and in both cases the staff couldn´t handle the pressure of a few customers as my ice coffee drink was in both cases forgotten and I had to remind the staff both times. The quality of the pastry i felt had slighted a bit since post Covid but perhaps it was just that moment.

This is a lovely space with the usual delicious coffee... The staff are friendly and helpful... Even thanked me by my name when I returned our used mugs to the counter.. Best of all, our furry friend was allowed in!!

Always friendly, lovely staff, only these guys made me smile through loads of caffe shops in Crawley, so I keep coming back.

I took some time to meet a dear friend there and I still wish I remembered some of his face. I was having a good strong coffee, something I do not get much nowadays and he also took a small zip. I liked Star Bucks when ever I was in Crawley and forever sometimes I wish I had same good coffee again.

Brilliant place to do office work. Love the Americano and staff were very helpful when I needed the toilet.

If you would like to apply for a job there, please don't. Because you'll won't get any answer back. I had a interview, trial shift. They didn't say nothing to me, like nothing bad things about me. Well, the supervisor..She didn't even know that I have a trial on that day. So I went home, after the trial. They told me next week i'll get a call from the manager. I didn't get NOTHING! And I called him, He said he didn't spoke with anyone about me..so just give him 2 days. After 2 days, nothing..I called him again. He said, tomorrow I gonna call you. And that was few days ago,and still nothing. So my problem is..the NO ANSWER, YES OR NO.

I went for a coffee, I waited for 15 minutes, the place was dirty , toilet was close one hour before closing and to use disabled toilet which was blocked

Very long wait to be served very disorganised . Tables dirty and floors not great experience . Coffee was cool and time waited for it wife tea was to strong . Shame as be investment in the place . I do not write reviews but it needs to be corrected .

Used to love their coffee but last weekend it was just toooooo painful! Slow, slow service and trying to get coffee with your partner at the same time seemed an impossible task for them. Place was pretty messy too

Popped in here with my son on Saturday. Filthy tables, chairs and floor. The staff were moody and lazy. Had to ask the manager to clear the tables and he only picked the cups off the tables before I told him to wipe the tables. It was like this the last time I came in months ago and it hasn’t changed. This place is a joke! AVOID!!

Good coffee, but not sure about the service, was busy Sunday like anywhere else they referred to the girl took my order as the person in-charge, I've asked for medium skinny late which was £2.70 on the menu board, she charged me £3.05, I told her why is that she said your coffee is £3 and the cost of the takeaway cup is £0.05, I still don't know why my coffee cost £3 when on the board behind her clearly saying £2.70 and on top she said no it's not that. I just left it as she was really not smiling and looked in bad mood to service guests and it felt she wanted this extra £0.30. I visited the store many times and now I'm wondering how many time was I over charged.

We are always looking for Starbucks when we travel and this one offers great tasting coffee - nice and hot! Prices are right in line and the service is very personal.

Whenever we are in Crawley and if we have time we treat ourselves to a Latte and some butter biscuits, always a good choice and always friendly staff

The main virtue here is space - there are plenty of tables, couches, chairs, inside and outside, space to sit and work, space to sit and chat. It's not always the cleanest, and the staff sometimes seem a little frazzled, but it was never going to be a high-end experience. It does everything you would expect, and offers more comfort than some similar venues. Nice little meeting room, too.

On my way to a business meeting , I popped in to Starbucks to grab a drink and prepare myself for my meeting. I ordered my usual drink and start to prepare for my meeting.

this coffee shop has a great atmosphere, spacious, indoors and outdoors seating, overlooking a fountain, drinks could be cheaper

Extremely slow service, very unhappy and unfriendly staff. Dirty outside seating area with all their branded rubbish on the floor. Third time been here and never gets better. Wont be coming back

This used to be a favourite coffee shop of mine before Costa arrived, Starbucks coffee just doesn't seem to be the same calibrate and disentangle have the full coffee taste of Costa blends. The food served is not as good as it once was either , they have done away with the excellent chocolate Danish sprinkled with pistachio for some reason , this was one of their best lines so why discontinue it , heaven only knows. Pleasant enough surroundings and now I see putting seating areas outside in the square, but still a definite second to Costa.

Popped in for a coffee & hot chocolate with my daughter. Spoke to 3 of the staff - all were lovely and seemed genuinely caring - even at 4.30pm on a wet Thursday in Half Term! Great service. Thank you! Carrot cake lovely too.

Ok first off the guy serving us was rude. Then he gave me cream wen I asked for none and tutted me wen I told him. It was very busy but he embarrassed me. People started to look. The other lady the slightly larger build was lovely and deserves a congratulations. We visit u alot and we will sgsin because of him x

Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. Room to book is a smart idea. Sadly a number of tables (4+) needed cleaning and also clearing of rubbish. Both drinks were acceptable but the frappuccino appeared slightly weak compared to other stores.

We popped into this Starbucks for a coffee and sandwich quite busy but we found a table and seat, good selection all round.

Here at Cineworld Starbucks with my daughter waiting for our film. Staff seem unable to smile or talk to you. Friendly to them and no response, like robots x

Iv given it 5 starts because I love Starbucks coffee and Iv encountered a very helpful gentleman that works there. I think he might be a manager as it seems that way. Always very helpful! Iv always loved Starbucks. And the staff are very smiley. I'm so happy we finally have one in the centre that's big! The only downside sometimes is that there's sometimes a big que with only about 3 people behind the till. But that's it and it's only during busy times. They try to go fast though.

One star is for nice and smiley staff and the second for very nice earl grey tea which I bought in a metal tin. But the café itself has no atmosphere at all and it's very cold inside.

large coffee shop in centre of Crawley, with meeting room you can book as well - brilliant idea. Coffee and service are generally good.
