Had two of the breakfast toasties (vegan and sausage/egg). They weee absolutely disgusting and staff could not have been more unhelpful if they tried

Just had a British sausage and egg sandwich absolute crap sausage uncooked and tasteless overpriced filth

A great flat white and a blueberry muffin. Lots of seating. Nice to see a water fountain as well to fill up your bottle before a flight.

One site of small London region chain of healthier choice foods. Not my first visit.Good coffee,porridge pots,yoghurt pots,vegan and veggie options. This occasion had tasty Thai green curry soup at very reasonable price,and an oat cookie for dessert!

I have a home made sandwiches in my bag yet again expecting to not find anything healthy or eco friendly to eat. To my surprise I found Pure. I’m still not quite sure how healthy the food is but I read all of the contribution and awareness they bring to saving our planet as a company, and I’m SOLD! All of the information on their website did it for me. I will be using these guys for takeaways and future visits! What a great example for other business <3 oh and you can refill some fizzy water for free!!

Tuna panini and ham and cheese panini purchased. Both tasteless with no dietary info on them. How can they get away with that!! Really terrible food. Wish I could give them a minus star rating.

Located airside up on the top floor of the North Terminal, the food here is wholesome and tasty and recommended as one of the healthier options if you are in the terminal.

Called for a coffee before flight. Ordered coffee paid, server just walked off without indicating where coffee would be served. Joined queue to wait for coffee. Staff just put drinks on counter with no comment. Elderly man in queue tried to ask which was his coffee and staff member just snapped "It's on the label" and walked off. Several other customer got the same response. The labels were at the side of the cup facing her! This standard of service is awful but the rudeness of staff was a disgrace.

Bought a wrap and coffee here, Very nice but no dietary labels on packet which I thought was law now? I am a healthy eater but did not have any dietary labelling on food to verify on whether my meal was high or low in salt, sugar etc.

We had a bacon and egg toasted- truly horrid and an omelette wrap with bacon and avocado. Plus two flat whites. All exceptionally poor. Sadly we wanted it to be good. Back to Pret we go!

Pure have a booth as you enter departure lounge. There’s a young lad there who is very helpful explaining how to order and collect from the cafe itself upstairs. So off you go and place your order, you get an order number with your receipt. Now here’s the beauty...the cafe itself uses a different order number! So there’s a few people hanging around to collect orders, the staff shout out an order number and no-one recognises it. Sambolic. Wait for Pret to open at 5am instead. Two stars as the croissants were good.

Got 2 coffees , latte for me and cappuccino for my husband at Gatwick - it was probably the worst coffee we have ever had - it was bitter , cold and tasted like tar - we couldn’t drink it and threw away - we would have taken it back only we were too far away as at our gate - perhaps it was too early in the morning 8am for the staff - I won’t be recommending the coffee and wont be returning.

At 4:00 there was a lack of open places for breakfast and Weatherspoons was heaving with long queues. A walk around came across this place. Nice tea and a lovely scrambled egg, salmon and avocado. Glad I stopped here well worth it. £7.65

Excellent service. Great coffee. And a fabulous smoke salmon bagel to eat in. The egg sandwich I bought for the plane was very tasty too.
