SliceBox in Crawley

I went there to order food and the workers were very polite and understanding and gave clear instructions about what I wanted for my menu

best place for fun with a variety of snacks and delicious deserts and the workers are so polite considering they have to do a lot of work day and night

I've always used this place with only a couple of small problems. However last night we ordered and I ordered a doner burger MEAL that clearly stated it comes with chips , curley fries or wedges and a drink depending on which one you choose , I chose curley fries.... food came and no curley fries , tried to call for ages with constant answer phone . When I finally did get through the men on the other end were rude , insinuated I'm a lier even tho it's clear as day i paid 5.99 which is the price that includes the curley fries (will attach screen shot also ) , after about 10 mins of rudeness and arguing it with me he said he will send them out ... did I ever get these fries ? NOPE never and couldn't get through again ... never again will I use this rip off and rude place .. time to find a new place to spend our money as these do NOT deserve it!!!

I ordered a kids meal for my son, as on just eat ieat it specified that it comes with a drink and complimentary chips. But the food got here and no chips arrived. I got a phone call with abuse down the phone that I was lying and I was to come down there and prove to the. I am disgusted with their behaviour. And being a food standard representative. This is not being taken lightly. Picture below to prove that the kids meals come with what I have said.

Rubbish customer service delivered my order wrong twice in 2 and half hours even one star they not worth it so please don’t waste your time.

There are plenty of pizza options in Crawley and this would have to be one to avoid. Upon phoning we were told they didn't do half and half pizzas whilst pretty much everywhere else does. But much worse than that was the pizzas themselves - bland and overly doughy, they tasted of chewy nothingness. How can a ham and pineapple pizza barely even taste of pineapple? I don't know, but whoever runs slicebox probably does...

have ordered lots of times now food always perfect hot and yummy highly recommended to all pizza lovers thank you slicebox for providing an outstanding service

Hello there, here is my short opinion after the first and last meal at Slicebox. We were like "let's eat here it seems quite good". We ordered different dishes and we were satisfied with the prices. After we tasted the foods our mind change a lot, because of the foods quality. The chips was dry and a bit oily, the pizza I ate was a bit disappointment. The burgers and the tortilla were the same, there was only one difference. The meats quality was almost awful, it tasted some kind of cheap, high soya content meat. Overall I would say if you can afford a bit more money for your meal at a bit more expensive place, you should go for it.

if your looking for lunch on a budget this is the spot where you can get a full meal including drink for £4

We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food order to be delivered. Ordered pizza with pepperoni and bbq pizza. Peperoni pizza had no pepperoni on it and the 2 dips we ordered were not there. Wont be using again. Disappointed

This takeaway has ma great selection of food, They have skilled chefs that prepare amazing burgers and pizzas. (HOT SHOT BURGER) they also have some of the best deals in Crawley with regards to pizza's

Not great for a good night indoors. This take away does a range of hot food. The potato wedges are tasteless and the pizza is nothing to write home about. I prefer Pizza Express.
