The best restaurants in Crawley South East

Came here to Crawley as we couldnt get into East Grinstead. Decided to pop into get noodles and let me just say this is by far the best noodles with a 20mile radius. I had the sweet Chilli Noodles and my mum had the sweet and sour, we have definitely found our favourite noodle place and will definitely be coming again

Visited the costa in the food court, overall experience was just disappointing felt like a waste of money and just a bad decision on my part. The customer service wasn’t the friendliest from the lady on the till but other staff members seemed more friendly. I ordered two small lattes, one caramel the other vanilla, the coffee was awful tasted burned and the vanilla late had no vanilla flavour whatsoever, it tasted worse than instant coffee and similar to garage machine coffee! £4.30 per coffee just was not worth at all! The cinnamon bun was pretty decent though. Perhaps try the another coffee shop or the Costa downstairs as it may be better quality and definitely a better atmosphere! The atmosphere was abit chaotic, layout not the best and the collection point was rather cramped. I will say the gentleman working in the overall food court, did a great job and keeping ontop of the leaving customers and clearing the tables during a busy time :)

Took 2hours for delivery even though on the website it said an hour!! Then they got part of the order wrong was so hungry I couldn’t be bothered to complain. I’ve eaten from here before and not had a problem hopefully it was just a one off. The delivery driver apologised for the delay which was something

In a nutshell: food is average and overpriced. Service was shocking. It’s clear there’s no real management in place.

Dream work makes the team work, outstanding service. Portions were large and food was incredible. Everyone was looked after . Service with big friendly smiles. Highly rate this place

Possibly the worst quality food ever seen at any Wetherspoons. Granted i did not complain at the time due to time constraints and no wish to embarrass my business partner but after complaining online a week later, received a stock email saying they would do nothing to rectify the situation.

Kebab turned up with no salad or sauce as per the order. Phoned them up expecting an apology or atleast some form of decent customer service. Spent 20 mins on the phone to a very rude male that kept saying "one minute", then shouting to another in his own language. Refused to believe me had to send pictures. Was very impatient waiting for the pictures. Refused to compensate the rest of the order which had now gone cold. Had to explain to two different people my issue and had to tell them each a number of times that the order was wrong. Normally no problems but will not be using them again. They also seem to have hiked their prices which I wouldn't mind if the service was good and you got what you ordered without an argument and not being believed. Chicken was also very dry. AVOID!!!!!! And use Troy's :-) eventually sent a new one but by then wasn't hungry and it went in the bin

Fantastic apart from I pay for a pot of sauce and it's always forgotten unless I write a note.

Booked a table of ten for a fourth birthday party. Children weren’t given colouring and quickly got bored. Everyone ordered from the table. Half of us got food relatively promptly, the kids on the other half had to wait fifty minutes for their pizza. It took four chasers and one of us ended up having to carry the food from the kitchen ourselves. After all this, the puddings we’d preordered weren’t ever offered or our table ever cleared. We gave up and left in the certain knowledge that getting desserts would be just as difficult as getting the pizzas. The selection of food at the buffet was very limited, the pasta essentially mush, and the salad bar poorly stocked and a mess. We complained and someone took details but never offered us any explanation on what they were going to do to help us. We were ignored when we left. Nobody expects much from Pizza Hut. But this was the absolute pits. Just go to Pizza Express which is a few minutes away and no more expensive. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

So so slow service & not very clean,cobwebs & very dirty windows as well,The staff just don’t seem to care

Fair enough....some people are not A persons yet if you are working around 5AM you have to be pro and offer friendly service and not being rude and offer bad service. My wife got very rude service but funny thing that changed a bit when the staff member saw her use a crutch. Of in the hell should that matter........... The food came fast and for the price we paid way way higher for breakfast than in Crawley and Brighton, the portion was small and the food less than average. We have had all over the world much better food and service in airports so I would stay away from this one.............

Booked here as we were jetting off on holiday following day and were staying at a nearby airport hotel, well we were firstly greeted by lots of dirty tables & food on the floor Watched in horror as ques were forming to take food orders at the bar …never in my life have I ever been to harvester and ordered at the bar. Waited for 14 mins before a poor waitress who was running around like a headless chicken said someone will be with you shortly …yeah I said to my family let’s go!!! The salad bar was empty and messy , very very minimal staff….of they don’t have enough they simply shouldn’t be open !!! Never ever would I go back
