Traveled long-haul from and back to Gatwick 2018 and 2019. Parked/overnighted nearby on both occasions. On our return we filled up the car and breakfasted at Messrs Sainsbury. Smoked salmon and scrambled egg breakfast was the business, the taste of home and set us up for a long drive north. My usual table next year, please, if we fly out of Gatwick again.

Lovely breakfast as always. Love vegetarian breakfast, and partner enjoys sausage and bacon sandwich and a nice cuppa. Prices are good, it s always very clean and staff are friendly.. Great to be served by older members...

It’s very convenient to pop up one floor to the cafe for a coffee or quick light lunch before doing your weekly shop. It is a good watering hole for us. The food is normally decent but nothing to write home about. What I really like about it is that the prices are really very good compared to other similar establishments.

We went here for breakfast once but would not go again. The breakfast was small for the price and not very warm. It took a while for it to arrive. The bacon was hard and neither of us would recommend here for breakfast.

Had a cheeky cooked breakfast here one morning recently. It was fine, nothing ghastly and nothing outstanding.

I was going to have a fry up, but so glad to find this much healthier option. This large bowl of porridge comes with either sugar, syrup, honey or my choice, blueberries and a whole banana sliced.

I had the most shockingly rude customer service experience here this evening. I came in near closing time, but first checked if it was ok to get a coffee and they said yes. A blonde woman working there then openly complained (in front of me) about serving me and said that they should have closed the doors. I have no idea how anyone would think that this is an acceptable thing to say in front of a customer. I will not go back to this costa again.

I'm on a course in Crawley and visited 2 weeks running for the football. Great atmosphere worth plenty of screens, pool tables and dart boards. Highly recommended for the sports fans.

I don’t know why there are so many negative comments on this bar? Although I never ate the 3 lads on the bar were very friendly, there is 3 largers on tap along with a cider. Very good prices for an airport hotel bar.

I visited this Costa about a week ago with my sister, who has a serious dairy allergy and is also gluten intolerant, which rules out oat milk from most mainstream brands too. My sister noticed that multiple orders are prepared simultaneously but none of the tins used to warm the milk were labelled and it would be incredibly easy to get them muddled up, with serious consequences for customers. When my sister asked the staff member if she was sure that she'd given her the right coffee with soya milk the woman was rude and dismissive and this was building on her visible irritation with my sister that I noticed while we were first placing the order. My sister never drank the coffee, it was too high risk. Had it been the wrong milk she could have been hospitalised. Dairy and gluten allergies are serious and customers with these concerns should be treated with care and respect and furthermore, Costa should implement procedures which give customers reassurance that mistakes won't be made and they should train staff to handle these situations with greater care and concern. I won't be using this costa branch ever again.
