Frogshole Farm in Crawley

Called in for lunch whilst using the car charger, the menu is good with fair prices and good service. We did manage a nice pudding also.

I don’t understand this place, lived in or around Maidenbower for 25 years And this place never fails to disappoint. Had the scampi and chips, the pease were yellow, I kid you not and the whole plate looked look a school dinner. The ‘hot’ chickens wings were not hot (neither temperature nor spice) I felt sorry for the person that had Taken us out and paid. It was embarrassing. Do yourself a favour and go to the curious pig.

Amazing service in a friendly and cosy pub. We were just passing through the area and so pleased we stopped here. We’d had a bit of a problem and they could not have helped us out any more. Definitely a return visit in order when next in area. Ate the rib of beef option, really tasty and the potato was too scrummy

Booked lunch for a belated birthday celebration for a friend. We all had the set lunch at three courses for £12.79, plus drinks. Everything was a good sized serving, beautifully presented, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Great value for money, will definitely return.

Had a fantastic visit here for a brilliant meal, was served by Dan who made the whole experience even better just by being so welcoming and handling any issues we had with the upmost efficiency and speed and offering his help even when he was rushed off his feet.

We were really disappointed this evening. Our table was pre booked for dinner and all was fine until we went to bar to order food, after literally having 1 (very quick drink I add) to catch up. Went to order food & bar staff said kitchen was closed. This was before 8.30pm on a Friday evening. I could have understood it more if they had said when we turned up for the table or even when they collected our glasses despite the table being booked for dinner. This place is an absolute joke but should be a gold mine but hey, to other clearly better establishments keep up your crap service. Clearly this place should be advertised as a drinking only pub after 8pm ish or when they feel like shutting the kitchen.

Food was amazing, staff were attentive and very friendly. Dog friendly too. Amazing atmosphere! Defintiely a place to visit!

Came with my work, there was about 14 of us and we walked in. The manager put together some tables for us and seated us, the food came out quicker than we expected and the quality of the food was amazing! Daniel and Kieran made our drinks and didn’t leave us waiting at all! They’re both a credit to the business! We will be back that’s for sure!

We visited for lunch today and the food was awful. We did complain about the smashed avocados on toast and was told that's how it comes. White warm bread not wholemeal toast, the tiniest scraping of avocado and 50 pieces of chopped tomatoes, honestly you can not call the women who brought it out a waitress because a proper one would question the dish with the chef, although the dish was clearly not made by a proper chef. A child could have done better. My brother did not ask for something different to be made as he was going straight to work and didn't have time. Needles to say even though we live in maidenbower we will not be returning as we are worried about the standards coming out that kitchen, if he can't cook he probably can't clean either!

Stumbled across this pub by needing a wee! To be greeted by a lovely barmen called craig! He showed us to the ladies and had a cold glass of Prosecco waiting for us on our return. Quaint little pub was cosy and charming will return as plenty of eye candy!

Christmas Day dinner food was OK (not great and not £65 standard). Meat and gravy served over the potatoes so soggy and no sausages wrapped in bacon! Once seated no table service for drinks so we had get up from our party and queue in a 3 people deep bar to get drinks to go with our meal. Not acceptable for Christmas Dinner. Will not book again

We had dinner here Tuesday evening and it was a wonderful evening. We were served by Addy, he was very passionate about his job he gave some great recommendations and we surely enjoyed what we ate. Came here to charge car whilst staying locally, the food and service at the pub were great and it was good value. The menu was good.

Yet another amazing night at the Frogshole, it was a delight to see the place picking up and busy again… What made the night even better was seeing the return of one of the best bar men the pub ever had… but now as a member of the management team. thank you Adie… we will be back. Food fantastic (highly recommend the shepherds pie) beer well priced and service just outstanding.
