The Best Kebab in Crawley

Kebab turned up with no salad or sauce as per the order. Phoned them up expecting an apology or atleast some form of decent customer service. Spent 20 mins on the phone to a very rude male that kept saying "one minute", then shouting to another in his own language. Refused to believe me had to send pictures. Was very impatient waiting for the pictures. Refused to compensate the rest of the order which had now gone cold. Had to explain to two different people my issue and had to tell them each a number of times that the order was wrong. Normally no problems but will not be using them again. They also seem to have hiked their prices which I wouldn't mind if the service was good and you got what you ordered without an argument and not being believed. Chicken was also very dry. AVOID!!!!!! And use Troy's :-) eventually sent a new one but by then wasn't hungry and it went in the bin

If mohammed and his younger brother have different standards they should work in different shops and not mug people off with different standard.

Salads are only onion and cabbage, meat is soft and tasty. But customer service is as rude as you can imagine. Ignorant, lazy, not welcoming

Placed an order online I ordered rice got chips and didn’t get sauce asked for on top! Anyway the chips where over cooked or reheated.

All the food was so cold even the cheese hadn’t melted on the chips! Even though in a ‘hot box’ and delivered. It was as if I’d got the cheese straight from the fridge. Phoned to complain and was told at 1am that there’s nothing they can do. They still had a few hours of being open!! Chicken was cold. Asked for a little tiny bit of chilli and that’s all I could taste. Will never ever go there again!!! Red chilli in furnace green is a thousand times better just a shame they were closed when I ordered!

Had kebab from this shop very small portion, langley green kebab shop or troys in the town centre much better.

This has got to be the worst kebab shop in England. I ordered a lamb kebab. The meat was both cold and dry. The salad was sparse and uninspiring. The chilli sauce was described as genuine and hot...it was neither. I will not be returning to this place ever.

The name says it all. By far the best kebab ever. We often get deliveries from here and apart from one occasion the food portions have been plentiful. It's always hot and the delivery driver is always friendly. They just get it right. When ordering you get the option of which sauce and salad items you want which I think is a great addition as I'm not a fan of tomato and cucumber. Chips crispy and mean tasty and well cooked. It's 9.30am and I want to order this now after writing this review! It's so good! If you're ever in Crawley and you fancy a kebab, get it ftom here. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Lovely food and delivered earlier than 45 minutes which was great !

Really impressed with kebabs brought from here, will be re ordering, it was just by chance that we found it and so glad we did after no longer being impressed with others around town

Worst kebab and burger I have ever eaten the burgers bun was soggy and fell apart so only ate the patty then parts of my kebab were stone cold as well as the pita being soggy which also fell apart will not be eating here again truly disgusting

I use best kebab often and never had anything wrong but tonight the food was horrible, the doner meat was fatty and chewy, meat was barley warm and due to this I couldn’t eat the kebab so I wasted my money! quiet disappointed

do not order from here . was disgusting. ordered coke for Pepsi . uncooked chips and as for the kebab unflavoured chicken in Pitta with salad chucked on top with a load of sauce on top . had to take complexly apart to eat and it wasn’t enjoyable . don’t waste ur money . the only reason I ate the chicken is because I had paid for it i and it was eatable . do not waste money !!!!

Was cold on arrival, took 35 mins from shop to home address. Used to be really good but slowly going downhill. I ordered large lamb doner but it was smaller than small.will not be using again.

I had a message at 19:07 saying food on way. It turned up 28 mins later, cold. The deal 1 which had and usually enjoy was very poor, it was meant to be a large doner however it was smaller than a small. The driver just gave it to me asked for the money and left. I understand the weather is not good but there is no way it took 30 mins from shop to me, 10 mins max. Will seriously give it a second thought about getting delivery from best kebab again. Name of premises this time was un - appropriate...

Worst kebab I've had! lettuce was disgusting, was very small size for a large and the price. To top it off they forgot my expensive can of drink! Will definitely not be ordering again!!

Ordered Two lamb shish kebabs after order was placed called shop to confirm the order and the Ridiculous delivery time of 1 hour and 30 minutes Kebab Man Confirmed that is the correct delivery time even know shop is five minutes walk then after waiting one hour Shop then decided to call and say they only have one lamb shish is there anything else I would like they gave me my money for the kebab that I didn’t get Lucky I refuse to pay delivery charge for that poor service thanks Best kebab

Pretty Average. Really small portion sizes compared to Troy or LG Kebab especially for the price.

I had the mixed meat (Donna and chicken meat) and a quarter pounder with cheese and Donna meat food was good it was a little wait but we'll worth the price (15.40) highly recommend it

I Got A Mixed Chicken and lamb doner ... I think with kebab shops they can be a bit hit and miss. I have to say this was a hit! I ate the whole kebab and was gutted I never picked up a drink to wash it down with ! Garlic & chilli sauce was superb ! Give it a whirl guys !

Arrived cold. I received a notification from Just Eat to say order en route but my order didn’t arrive for over 20 minutes later. The takeaway premises is only 5 minutes away in car. So why it took over 20 minutes Is a mystery. Maybe the drivers take out multiple orders? This doesn’t help when orders turn up cold.

Very disappointed with the food burgers were very dry no sauce or salad. Chips were also very dry. Not happy at all.... Didn't even provide any sauces with the order.

A waste of money. With the late delivery I was expecting quality, instead, The burger was burnt and extremely dry, had no salad or sauce. The chips were bland and soggy. very disappointed and no matter how hungry you are I would not recommend.

Food tasted acidic like it had been left out too long. Didn't taste right so I had to put it in the bin. Tried to complain to the restaurant but they we're closed at the time I called them.

The food took too long. All I ordered was a donner and a shish kebab. I called shortly after placing my order for extra lemon and chillies. I got nothing. It took over one hour! The food was cold and a complete waste of money as it's all gone in the bin. Even the dog wouldn't eat any of the food. Worst kebab ever! I won't order again! Too expensive for such horrible food especially when noone would eat it.
