Food was cold on arrival, the smallest portions we have seen of curry main dish and hardly any meat in it, very very disappointing, paid good money for cold food and extremely small portions, nothing labelled and items missing, first time we’ve tried you and sadly will be last have contacted just eat to request refund, please could this be arranged

I called the restaurant as I forgot to let them no not to add onions to the burgers I was told this was fine but when the burgers arrived onions were added!

Lovely kebabs with delicious chicken tikka. Chips still hot. Also ordered some Indian side dishes to accompany. All excellent.

Food was lovely and great value for money. It is Saturday so very busy so completely understand the waiting time. Thank u!

Was so much sauce on the kebab and burger, couldn’t even taste the kebab. Curry was just oil and bland and chips were definitely reheated.

i orded a keema naan bread and recieved a plain naan which was dissapointing as i was expecting keema naan

Best burgers kebabs and samosas and curries for that fact in town get the jusiest burgers with crisp salad and perfect amount of sauce. Kebabs in naan wow same great taste and chips are not the cheap ones either they taste amazing

Shawarma portion was quite small as compared to other places. also i asked for spicy sauce and they sent some horrible sweet one. Shami kabab is not a shami kabab but some thing else.

Food arrived cold and order wrong. Asked for no salad and one item was covered in salad. Asked for chilli sauce and garlic mayo but it had no chilli sauce on it. Food tasteless and bland.

Nice food, but once again we were missing an item, we paid for extra cheese and did not get it, these mistakes keep creeping in and will probably make us think twice about ordering again sadly.

Where do I begin. Ordered at 6, eventually delivered at 8, incomplete and cold. They refused partial refund because they were busy (first I knew). They said they would deliver missing items. They then called back wanting to debate the order while my food was in front of me. Extra coke and chips were not a reasonable level of compensation.

Driver dropped our food, he took it back to Spice World after telling us he will be back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called to find out they had cancelled our order. I refused this to then be told they will cook fresh and deliver in 20 minutes. I called again 40 minutes later to be told the driver had just left. Another 10 minutes and our food arrived. It was very greasy and they forgot part of a meal. Never ordering from Spice World again.

Food is always nice. However, your chips are always soggy. If they were crispy you would get top marks :)

So I have just placed my first order with these guys at spice world - It was the worst Indian takeaway I have ever had. ( it all went in the bin !!!!) and a total waste of £31 - items were Missing,Food Tasted very Watery ,It did not seem very hot either, did not get the order right !!! Are they a real Indian Takeaway ? I think it is safe to say i wont ever use this place again - And for the people looking for a decent indian DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING INDEED

Ordered didn’t arrive on time been waiting 2 hours my food didn’t turn up. Very disappointed, definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was a little late but the delivery driver was nice.

Took 100 mins from ordering and receiving my order. Originally, it should have been 60 mins. After calling the restaurant I was told they were waiting for the driver, so should be leaving restaurant in 5 mins. It took a further 25 mins to reach me. Rice was dry and it seemed only a half portion of curry. Won't be using them again.

Took an hour and 40 minutes to finally arrive cold.. 30 minutes after the expected delivery time. When I rang them up asking where it was all they could say was we’re busy very sorry.

5 popadoms were missing from the order. Called the restaurant and they said they would send them out. They never came, called the restaurant again to ask for the refund of £4.50 and they said no one was available to help. I await them to return my call.

We ordered chicken not vegetable biryani.  I ordered orange tango and never got that and the poppadoms was cold and stale . The buhna curry was a dry curry even though its supposed to have a sauce. Will be recommending friends and family not to order from here.

The chips were perfect. Burgers were scrumptious and just as I wanted. Kebab roll was fresh bread juicy chicken and fresh crispy salad in all. Thank you for such lovely food. Amazing after such a long time the taste is same great taste.

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered chicken kebab roll. Chicken was overcooked, salad was 90% onion. Waited 1.5 hours and turned up cold. Missing an item. Cans of drink were warm. Called restaurant and got no sense out of anyone as could barely speak English.

Food arrived 20mins past the hour delivery time even though we are 10mins away from the shop. Food arrived stone cold Put in the notes for no onion in both kababs and 1 arrived with onion which my husband had to pick out as he suffers with his stomach. A shame as food normally is good. The chicken in the curry was over cooked, the curry sauce was watery and the rice was dry. I ordered chips which didn’t arrive with my order. The naans were nice. Disappointed.
