Hi Nice weatherspoons food hit and miss if you get it hot .the only other point to mention if you have a real ale membership card the manager did not understand how the card works he wanted my card and Voucher together I did inform him only need the card for weatherspoons pubs the vouchers are for non weatherspoons pubs but he wouldn't take it just needs more training to understand how it work will be there in April and will inform you if he's doing the right practice

Came for a catch up with my brother. The staff were amazing; Kain, Katie and Sadie were awesome hosts. Great energy and made our night a whole lot more enjoyable!

How can they just leave one lovely girl to just do everything on the bar and run drinks to tables all by her self! Felt so sorry for her having to do everything with no help and having to put all the glasses away whilst trying to juggle everything else…where’s the staff?!?! Whilst another women assuming the manager just walks off and disappears I visited here on the 1st January 2024

SMALL FRUIT FLIES EVERYWHERE, DIRTY DUMP. Walked in & looked a total dump. Furniture needs to be trashed. The carpets are stained with what ever & everything. Then got small fruit flies buzzing around my head. Whats going on, bulldoze the location. Disgusting should be ashamed.

Called in for breakfast before drive home, the food was great and good service, also great value with parking close to pub.

Went here for something to drink and eat as I was staying in Crawley for just the one night. Food was awful. It wasn’t busy as it was a Monday but the service was appalling, it was as if everyone who worked there just wanted to close early. Ordered the Pizza and chips and a pint of Guinness. Chips were luke warm and the pizza was soggy, to be fair they only have to walk ten yards to drop the food off at the table. No one asked was it ok at any time. The bar staff who I think was the manager just came up when finished and said all done. Guinness was poured appallingly, if it didn’t have bubbles it was spilt over the glass. Cheap as chips for everything but a terrible pub with terrible staff.

Friday evening 29th September and once again we were staying the night in Crawley, so a visit here is almost compulsory. It was rather busy when we got here, so we queued at the bar to order our drinks. When we were eventually served we were told there was no beer, real ale, could not believe it. A pub with no beer on a busy weekend evening. We left and went elsewhere, yes it did cost more but at least we were able to drink what we wanted.

This pub is in Crawley High St, and its your typical Weatherspoons pub good value for money and great selection of food, and a small group if ladies effing & blinding, and even another couple eating KFC, probably the worst spoons I've been to but you can’t beat there prices and always clean

Me and my husband came here in the 22nd of July during the day time. Everything was going ok until I heard a girl screaming. I'm looked up and it was a young coloured girl behind the bar that was mucking about in the kitchen with 2 other members of staff. No other member of staff behind the bar seemed to care what was going on as they we're serving other customers. I do not expect this sort of behaviour in a pub especially from an adult

Sunday evening 14th May we were spending the evening in Crawley and no stay in the Town is complete without a visit to "Spoons". It is not the most glamorous or upmarket branches of Wetherspoons, in fact it is a bit basic at best, despite some form of recent refurbishment. Even with all of its faults, including visible water damage in the ceiling, it does at adhere to the Wetherspoons principles of serving low cost quality food and cheap drinks. On this occasion we did not eat here, we were only here for drinks. Unbelievablely, our two drinks came to £4.28, which is cheaper than one pint of larger in our local pub back home in Devon. The staff were a bit disinterested, which is no real surprise as some clinente were not the nicest or polietest people to serve. It is what it is, so best to make the most of it.

Everything was very well cooked and a great variety. Polite, very friendly staff. Good coffee & great value for money.

We decided to try this bar out for breakfast with high hopes. The breakfast was and English one and it was as the English one is in general and hard to ruin that one. The service however was below par and the waiter had little interest in serving us or was very tired after the long bar hours the night before. We ordered Mimosa which is prosecco with orange juice and the waiter who was working at the bar didn´t know what Mimosa was!!!!!!!!!!! Nest time in Crawley will not include at trip to this bar neither for breakfast nor dinner

My wife and I had a very tasty breakfast here last week and we were both pleased with our food. We didn't have any issues with the staff, in fact they were all friendly and polite. We had a lovely dining experience; we can't ask for any more than that!

Possibly the most family friendly atmosphere pub I have ever visited. They've got a healthy selection of beverages, and a decent food menu. To top it off, they even serve breakfast daily between 8 and 11:30. Easily one of my favorite pubs.

The Jubilee Oak Crawley is one of the worst places we've been to. We had issues regarding drinks, the food was dry and disgusting barely edible, the manager Stuart was rude and I will never ever come back. Don't waste your money, it's disgusting.

Went here for a breakfast 1st time had eggs Benedict had to send back due to eggs and ham being cold so I thought ok I try again had a cooked breakfast this time it was absolutely vile I had 16 beans on my plate...

What you get for your money is good. Burger deals are the best. It is fast and inexpensive. Love that you can sit down, order and pay via the app!

Visited the pub on Friday late afternoon as didn’t fancy cooking, pub had a nice atmosphere & was cosy must say the chairs that have been reupholstered look fantastic such a vast improvement - love the new pattern! staff were friendly , I had a burger which was the best I’ve ever had , way better than other ones I’ve eaten at more expensive places! my husband ordered the fish & chips with mushy peas & tartare sauce which he said was delicious, wanted to try their cookie dough sandwich pudding which sounded yummy but was too full up. Noticed the large selection of gins & cocktails , will definately be returning to sample them in the near future.

The haggis on a burger was £8.65, including a pint of cask ale, which sounds to be good value? However this menu cost £6.25 (with McSween haggis) in 2017 and £7.50 in 2018. The 2020 haggis was ok but inferior to McSween's being a little bland. Chips and onion rings could have been hotter and crisper.Service was good. I was told that the Scottish ale was not yet ready but during the meal it became available and I was approached and offered a sample to try. The decor at this pub is in desperate need of an update. The carpet seams are opening and frayed by the stairs and the downlighters (over table 13) are hanging below their holders. Table lighting was poor, the Burns A4 menu was unreadable without my iPhone's torch because the details of the many drink offers were in such a small font, yet the reverse of the page was empty.We are looking forward to 2021 and hoping that recent price escalation will be contained, otherwise almost £10 will be charged for the burger next year.

One of the worst witherspoons not a match on the Horley one or Horsham 10 out of 10 Crawley deserves a far better one

Food was hot and satisfying, service was good considering how busy the pub was on that day. It was pre-Christmas and so busy. The meal is always nice and great value for money. The decor is a bit tired so could do with a refurbishment. The toilets were not so fresh and clean and could also do with a refurbishment.

Chairs was very dirty with wet stains, booths are tiny and just generally uncomfortably dirty that we decided to leave and go elsewhere for brunch.

Had the misfortune to visit last night 20/12/19 is this a new way to save money? The toilets stank of piss, you could smell it from the top of the stairs, if you can’t clean the toilets what’s that say about the rest of the establishment!

I come here often with friends and also family, and usually receive excellent service. However this time was completely different. I am appalled by one of the staffs attitude and work ethic, and frankly quite disgusted by the way I saw her interact with customers. The establishment was CLEARLY extremely busy, and she was just nattering with another colleague (I assume, could have been a friend but I didn’t pay attention to the other person) and she seemed to not really give a flying monkeys ass about customers, especially me who she was extremely rude to. I was nothing but polite to her, however she continued to have a huge attitude issue with me. I hope you get this sorted because it is not the level of customer service I expect. Even from a Wetherspoons. I NEVER have any problems when I come, staff are always lovely, hard working and positive. I did not catch her name, however I remember her having glasses and blonde hair, very short girl. Can’t have been older than 22ish.

Ordered bacon (3 rashers) butty on white bloomer. 1 rasher spread thinly inside butty. Took it back and they did put another rasher on but still not 3. More bread than filling! My mug for tea was brought to me dirty, had to get it changed. Customer service non existent. Dirty, dirty place. Will not go back there again. The ladies toilets smelt strongly of urinals. Disgusting.

Can not complain about this place. Feels quite snug in the middle section of it and staff were very courteous. Twice ordered off the app and service was quick - the service at the bar was also good.

Have to say that is the worst meal we have never had from a Weatherspoons, we ordered the chicken burger which when arrived we noticed that both the chicken and the bun was burnt, we thought it would be alright, but well mistaken as it tasted terrible. Will not be going back there again.

Last time ever we are going to order food at this establishment. Took over 35 mins for a basket of halloumi fries to arrive staff are all inexperienced young cheap labour sluggish service dated deco that hasn't changed in 20 years toilets distgusting carpet filthy. Compared to other establishments in other parts of the country the Crawley pub is shameful

You know what you're going to get regarding both beer and food and rarely is it any different no matter where you go. Curry was basic but fine and the beer the same.

not only does this pub have no outside area to have a cigarette but if you stand outside to have one the door staff then refuse to let you back in because a homeless person tried to start a fight with you. had to go home on my own without my leather jacket and when asked to speak to manager about this was ignored and left feeling humiliated and distraught. I never usually go out in town because I am shy and wary of trouble but never expected it from door staff who I previously thought would be there to prevent trouble.WORST NIGHT EVER!!!

Absolutely disgusting place.... been in many a Witherspoon's all round the country and this is THE WORST of the lot.... The manager was so rude to a big group of customers.... the toilets looked like they had never been cleaned..... people was having food served that was either cold or wrong... Manager has to go for this place to even begin to improve.... will not ever go back until a new manager is in place

The pub in genral has good things like ordering from the app. The down sides is the food. I ordered a curry and the plate was not washed properley so i had some bits from the last persons food stuck to it. It looked like a bit of egg. The cutlery is always not washed properley. I normallyhave to keep asking for replacment cutlery because it has bits on it. I belive this needs adressing as someone will get ill one day.

Staff great and food was to a good standard but the place itself needs a refurb as it just looks scruffy. They do seem to have an issue with fruit flies which is slightly concerning.

Very disappointed by the service & food I received in The Jubilee Oak today. I ordered the Eggs Royale from the breakfast menu & made a point of stating that I like my poached eggs to be soft & runny, which was put on the order info. The poached eggs turned up & were unfortunately very over done & not at all soft. When I mentioned this to a staff member & asked for them to replaced, the reply was pretty much ‘ this is how they come & there’s nothing we can do about it’, I was offered a free drink as compensation, however I had a refillable cup of tea, so not really much of an offer, when all I wanted was for the eggs to be replaced. In the past when the eggs have been over done, the staff have been apologetic & immediately offered to replace the eggs, in fact they offered to replace the whole meal. This lack of customer service was a real shock as I always find staff service at the many Wetherspoons that I’ve visited in the past great.

We are 'Spoons' fans... but for a 'Spoons' this leaves a lot to be desired.. please do not get me wrong, value for money, yes... mannered staff, yes.. normally you can not go wrong.

I have eaten at this pub several times, the food is good but typically pub fare and in all the time I have been going (A couple of times a year over last few years) sadly the menu has never changed. It would be great to see a few different dishes added.

Visitei com a namorada e com o meu cunhado. Fomos de propósito porque é uma referência no que diz respeito a “english breakfast”. Aspeto um bocado “usado” e velho mas ainda assim ficámos satisfeitos.

Got to be one of the worst Weatherspoons I have ever been too.

During the less busy hours we regularly visit this and other Spoons around the area - for the friendly staff and good atmosphere this one stands out. Also, the food has been spot on pretty much every time over the last couple of years - good service, well presented and piping hot.

I made two visits to the “Oak” today one at lunchtime & one in the early evening for dinner.

This place needs a real good clean. The management must live in a pig sty.

Wasn’t very busy, and our food arrived very quickly, however the chips were barely lukewarm. They were changed very quickly and without a fuss being made, we obviously were served some which had been sitting around a while.

My partner and I usually come to the jubilee oak. On this occasion we were disappointed The food took nearly an hour to come and when the steak turned up it was more rare then medium. Shame as lovely pub with good atmosphere

Looks like this old pub is running like a Wetherspoon corporate pub now. It’s lost the local pub feel now serving cheaper beer selections and unique craft beers are gone. Menu is basic pub foods of breakfast till Noon, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, fish n chips, fried scampis, beef pie, etc. they have a nice combination menu choice 2 for $8.39 where I ordered the fried shrimp scampis and beef shepherds pie. They were out of cod so the fish n chips weren’t even available (which was the main reason I came to this pub). Shepards pie was basic flavored nothing exciting with gravy and peas. Fried shrimp scampi were premise frozen refried flavorless and not recommended. Next time I’ll try the cod unless it is premade.

We use the pub for an evening meal and drinks while stopping overnight in the nearby Travelodge. The drinks are always the cheapest in the area and the food is the usual Weatherspoons standard, wholesome, hot and plenty.

Visited this pub one Saturday evening , although we found the staff , food and service very good , I think the building and interior could do with a bit of s make over , the toilets especially I found very smelly with the hand dryer not working and toilet seat missing in the men’s toilets . My wife also commented on the ladies toilets also , can’t believe a big organisation like Wetherspoons can let a pub get in this state . But as I previously said the food was good the staff were pleasant and the service was great

Friendly pub, good coffee, free refills..tables and seating need a good scrub as they could be cleaner. Desserts always good portion, staff are very helpful, prices acceptable...

Arbeiterpub im klassischen Stil. Jede Menge Lagerbier und Ale frisch gezapft. Das ist ist auf dem selben Niveau, nicht gut nicht schlecht. Die Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig.

We stayed near Crawley on a layover but never eat at the hotel in these situations. We want a pub. We'd never been to Crawley before so basically drove around in our rental car and found this part of town. We picked this pub on how it looked from the street and headed in. The staff were very friendly and the food pretty good with ample portions. We had a ten year old with us and found the language of a couple of the patrons a bit harsh but this is their pub and not ours. I'll stop in for a pint again if I'm in town. Might stop in at a couple of the other pubs too.

Typical Wetherspoons , tables fairly clean but cluttered , unfortunately this Wetherspoons don’t do pizza yet I had steak which was ok , partner had panini which was ok Didn’tt have desert as Wetherspoons no longer do sundaes

A popular place to eat and drink. We visited as we were staying in the area and wanted to try somewhere different. Service with a smile, cheap prices for both food and drink and plenty of seating, plus high chairs for children. The only negative is that the place was a little tired. High recommend the beef chilli and the apple crumble.

We had a few beers and a decent meal in this Weatherspoons's pub while we stayed in Crawley before our flight to Puerto Vallarta the following morning.

Typical Wetherspoons but with the bonus of really friendly staff. Nothing we too much trouble and everything delivered with a smile.

Located 4 minutes from the train station. In the center of town. This is a Wetherspoons bit dark in places. Long and thin building. And good for cheap Booze.

Located around a 4 minute walk from Crawley Station, The Jubilee Oak offers a cheap and varied drinks selection, although it’s best to check prices to ensure you get the best value. The interior of this pub is very dated and I suspect doesn’t let in much natural light, particularly as the pub is long and thin. Not a must visit unless you are only concerned with price.

The usual wetherspoons value, varied and reasonably priced real ale, cheap food and decent service , easily walkable from the Station so good stop if visiting for football. High St has retained some identity away from a truly awful 70s style town centre where the Councils idea of style is to insert a squirty fountain thing. Please.

Monday burgers&hot; dogs, Tuesday steak (one of my faves), Wednesday Chicken, Thursday Curry, Friday fish. Only thing you can't get is a Sunday roast, though their lamb shank with mash is pretty good. It is possible to get good meal for around 8 pound, including a drink, with an excellent choice both alcoholic and soft.

A nicely decorated Wetherspoons with lots of booths to sit in. Drinks are very well priced. Staff are friendly and there is a general good vibe. Would recommend.

Not a good morning at normally a reasonable pub!

It has all the hallmarks of a Wetherspoons. A big barn of a place decorated with items of local interest. Cheap food and beer, with a decent choice of cask ales. Toilets upstairs. Serve yourself bottomless coffee.

We have visited this pub on numerous occasions and never had service like today. The first lad that served us didn’t know how to serve a lager top, filled a glass with lager, two inches from the top, then another glass to add lemonade and a third to knock the head off . Then on the second service JAMES M poured just over half of lager and topped it up with lemonade but left it about an inch and half from the top, when my husband asked him to top up with lager he proceeded to top up with lemonade WTF. It’s about time someone taught the bar staff how to serve drinks. Plus the young girl waiting tables offered me two different peoples food as couldn’t find who it was for because the bar staff had put the wrong table number.

Staying at local hotel so used this pub for our main meals and very pleased with the lovely food and great service from staff!
