Delivery incomplete, advised would send missing item asap, nothing an hour later, then unhelpful/rude on phone and wouldn't refund. AVOID!

First time eating here. Really yummy food arrived hot

Fantastic food. Unfortunately, being in a newly built house, the driver got lost. But that's no fault of theirs at all. I would definitely order again

Always has been my go to for a curry. Last night food arrived cold. Some chicken was questionable if it had been cooked properly. Most Indian restaurants offer more poppadoms and this has done in the past but not recently. Not sure if there has been a change in cooks/owner but felt really let down and unfortunately we won’t be using anymore.

My order time was change to 20mins later than stated also on arrival wasn’t very hot

In fairness, the food quality was great (as always), but marked down as I ordered rice with my Donner Sizzler (not Nann).

Food quality was very bad .had no taste what so ever proem Rogon prawn on pure was bland .puri was fried in old oil . Never going to order from here again .

Very late delivery, no partial refund for that. Usually restaurant is good with delivering so would have been good to recognise their problem this time and compensate for it...

The food was amazing, however delivery was not. I know it was only ten minutes late, I had to wait 1hr30 standard, was told just eat driver was on his way, to be greeted by a restaurant driver, so we was charged delivery fee when just eat delivery service wasn’t used. I would order from here again, but next time it will be for collection.

I placed my order at around 18:30 and at 20:50 it is still not here. I appreciate Fridays are a busy time for restaurants but, I called a number of times to be told it will be 10 minutes. I also got a notification to say my food was on its way and after 45 minutes it wasn’t here. Not sure if that’s the way the restaurant “trick” just eat into not knowing things are delayed but, really not good enough! Definitely won’t be using again

Absolutely lovely food. Everyone enjoyed their meals. All hot on delivery. Was a massive order so took longer than usual but was well worth it. Loads of food. So so stuffed.

Food always good but naan and rice missing and it took two hours.

The main meals were good but the naan bread was greasy and the saga aloo we ordered was missing. The food was also quite cold when it arrived, we think it was prepared long before it was collected for delivery.

Chicken wasn't cooked if not noticed could of ruined Xmas

We had 2 items missing, but when I spoke to somebody,they did apologies and refunded me, I would've preferred the items though. Also in a couple bits of chicken in the tikka masala, there was something black inside, I complained and it's being investigated. Otherwise the food was really nice, the 2 problems let them down

Curry’s was excellent, plain naan very dry, cheesy chips were really soggy so could eat them, inside the onion baj it was like it was uncooked very much like a paste but overall Not bad would order Indian side alone next time

Awful, over 90 minutes late, rung several times and the person on the phone was rude and no help at all, didn’t even get an apology.

Food was good. Arrived hot and plenty of flavour. Arrived 30 minutes after estimated time. 1 and half hours from ordering. When I rang the restaurant I got a lot of attitude from staff and ignorance of where my food was. Poor service.

They sent a Bhuna Chicken instead of a Butter Chicken (not exactly similar flavour-wise!), and we would've complained and had them send the right item, but it took AN HOUR AND FOURTY FIVE MINUTES to get here and we were starving. Don't get me wrong, it all tasted nice, but this service was very lacking.

We couldn’t agree what we wanted, One of us wanted a kebab and the other wanted a curry..... imagine the delight when we found both on Argy Bhaji’s menu. Arrived on time (even in rush hour times) and tasted great, the flavours of everything amazing, we will definitely be ordering again!

All of the starter items were to spicy for either me or my partner to eat.

The donner wrap in naan was really good, as was the cheesburger. Food was hot and tasty. Minor criticism- the cheesy chips were ok but not great. I have moved from up North where cheesy chips are a common takeaway option, so was happy to see somewhere selling them but instead of grated cheese, they just had two or maybe three squares of burger cheese melted on top. I think at £3.50 for cheesy chips I had expected proper grated cheese mixed in with the chips. However, that is a minor criticism. Overall, great food and quick delivery, I will be ordering again. Food tepid. chicken biryani (chicken tasted like roast chicken dry and tasteless) samosas greasy and tainted taste of oil, but hot. . Keema naan where was the Keema. Vegetable curry(peas onion diced pepper I think) tasted ok not impressed sorry to say

The delivery was ontime, poppadoms and naan bread were good along with the rice. However the Rogan Josh was over spiced (very spicy) to the point of inedible, the tika masala was grainy and like a paste instead of creamy and light. The food was delivered hot, also the onion bhajis were gooey and soggy and seemed undercooked.

We really enjoyed our food from here. I had the Pathia which had absolutely beautiful flavours balanced with spice perfectly! Our first time here but won't be the last!

Food is nice but this is the third time they have forgotten something off the order. First time was just a chutney dip but twice they have forgotten to send rice. Food is very nice and price is good, just a shame on the service occasionally.

Food was nice little too salty but generally nice, the only issue I have is the way the food turned up, yes it was early but it was thrown at me at door and then he sped off, once opened bag I could see way, the food had leaked everywhere, take 5mins longer driving and take care with the packing/stacking please, as I said food was good, very tasty and really good sized portions

Honestly I thought there were no decent curry houses left in Crawley. Food was spot on. Piping hot curry, very tasty, good value for money! 10/10 guys! Definitely ordering from you again soon!

Wrong order, I asked for a hamburger and got cheese in it when I can’t eat cheese. And the rider forgot the drinks, I called him back and he did then drive back to drop them off.

Really tasty tikka masala and superb Bombay potatoes :)
