I just LOVE Raj Tandoori 2. When I get a takeaway, I only want it from them. Their paneer tikka masala is amazing. So many places seem to not be able to get that dish right but it’s spot on here every time.

Delivery was fast, a few minutes early, both curries, rice, saag, and naan were fantastic, curries were a little runnier than we’d normally expect but tasted amazing and all the better to mop up with the naan

I don’t usually eat Indian but this takeaway makes me wanna try it over and over again I loved it!

The last 2 orders the chicken has been so chewy it’s not been edible. No other issues with the food so it’s a shame that the chicken recently has been awful, that’s now 2 orders where my wife has not been able to eat the main part of the meal. Luckily I ordered paneer as I have now lost faith in the meat quality. Not sure I can order from here anymore which is a shame.

Thoroughly enjoyed the take-away we ordered.The food was fresh and beautifully seasoned.Both the biriyani and the chicken tikka masala were perfect and the service was impeccable.Food arrived on time and staff on phone was very friendly and pleasant.Would definitely order again.

Starter was cold, main ok, chicken dhansak, not many lentils, small portion

Best naan! Korai was tasty but way too much oil, the daal had too much garlic, tandoori lamb was very tough and hard to chew. Coconut rice was weird texture.

The food was completely a waste of money! None of it was edible. The chicken tikka masala tasted like a korma, the chicken itself couldn’t even be cut because it was that tough, tasted out of date! The egg rice was very watery and covered the plate in water. The biryani was dry, tasteless and the meat again was tough and tasted out of date. Bombay aloo tasted out of date, the popadom was stale. Naan bread was tough and dry and samosas were stale and it was all binned!

The worst takeaway I have ever eaten

My go to curry house. Have ordered regularly from here for about ten years. Plenty of choice and they’re willing to vary the heat on request.

This was our first time ordering and we are very disappointed. We ordered chicken dishes and both were so dry it was almost coconut consistency. The flavour was moderate. For 2 dishes that were meant to be spicy they were bland at best. Very disappointing

Its not a question of the 'quality' or the delivery but the fact that Raj managed to deliver with ONE MEAL SHORT! You charged me for a chicken korai which was not delivered with the other food. Not good enough.

The delivery time kept changing, I did get notification that it was going to be delayed and that they were doing everything they could to rectify it. Lovely meal when it did arrive.

Disgusting customer service. Wrong food delivered, called to discuss getting the food that we PAID FOR. Told to report it missing and not to call back before he HUNG UP. We have completely the wrong food and such a little amount after paying nearly £60. Disgusting- will not be ordering again. 0 stars

the paneer and butter chicken were way too sweet and so just be wary when ordering.

Usually very good but has been hit and miss the last few times. Sadly this one was no different - chicken was very overcooked (tough to chew, even tough to cut! Chucked most of it away) and naans were burnt. Time to try somewhere else next time unfortunately! Not good enough when the price of everything has gone up.

Great curry. Jhalfrezi a little mild, but I did select "Medium". Will select "Hot" next time, personal preference. Been using Raj2 for several years and found it to be one of the best home delivery Indian Restaurants in the area.

Chicken korma, butter chicken and pineapple fritters are absolutely amazing. I love the taste to each and every one of them. Not too spicy for me to enjoy and portion size is seemingly generous.

Honestly, the food slapped—mad tasty. The curries were rich and full of flavour, naan was fresh and fluffy, and don’t get me started on the tikka. Legit melted in my mouth. You can tell they know what they’re doing in that kitchen. Service was spot on too, quick and friendly. Vibes were chill, and it’s defs one of the better spots in Northgate. If you’re after some next-level Indian nosh, this is the place. Can’t wait to go back!”

My Lamb Korai was the usual excellent standard, keema naan soft and piping hot. Some of my onion bahji's were slightly over cooked (this time only) Otherwise would have given full marks again.

Ordered the set meal for £22. ‘Alright’ is how I’d best describe it. The mixed starter was nice. The Chicken Tikka Jhalfrezi was bland and very oily. The Saag Aloo was bland and the Garlic Naan was so dry I couldn’t eat it. Pilau Rice was fine. Just very disappointing really.

Usually our go to for indian takeaway but this time was very disappointing. All of the chicken was very overcooked and tough/dry. Naans were the same, ended up a struggle to eat sadly so will probably give a miss next time. Shame!

We binned the food. What a waste! Couldn't eat it. it was overcooked, overspiced, too much salt and literally no meat. The food was just horrible. Very poor quality 😢.
