Burger King in Crawley

The food was outstanding! It was great and fast service and I was really happy. Godwin is so good at customer service, he treated me with respect and kindness and gave me advice when I questioned about the menu. Godwin was awesome! Thank you!!!

This place is great if you need takeout especially if you’re in a hurry. It can be very busy at times and seating can be challenging.

It’s one great place you can go with family or friends for a sit in or take away. You find friendly smiling staff members who will be doing their very best to ensure you have a memorable experience. Will definitely advise anyone to pay that place a visit !

Loved every minute of our time though it was so busy. The staff members and managers were doing great to ensure everyone got their orders on time. Would definitely recommend it to my friends

Ordered a Double Whopper Meal with an extra Whopper Patty (via Just Eat App for delivery), Never got the extra Patty. Burger King phone number was dead when tried to ring. Won't be using this way of ordering from Burger King again :(

My view is that BK have not got the order your own food and drinks via the terminals as well as their rival McD's. It seems easier to order via human server food was okay.

Absolutely appalling Everything was stone cold , as for the size of the portions well no words can come to mind apart from laughable If your in that frame of mind . I don’t think 15 fries constitutes as a large portion. Had to put it in the microwave to make it all edible. £26 ???? Won’t be wasting my money with you again I advise no one else’s do . Let's just say, we will never return to this Burger King. I had double bacon cheese burger and fries. When I opened the pack, my cheese burger was stone cold. The burgers looked burnt and rubbery, there were small shreds of bacon on top and the cheese was not melted. Needless to say I took it back to staff who seemed annoyed that I dare to take a cold horrible burger back!!! The guy making the burgers stared at me from the kitchen and literally threw the burger hard into the bin. Seriously, they would not have eaten that themselves so why be disgusted at the fact I returned it. They made me a new one which was OK, not great, but it was warm. Our fries were not hot and my boyfriends burger was just warm. We will never go to this burger king again due to the poor food and less than great customer service!! Avoid!!

Total disappointment.... Will never eat in a BK again!!! Over priced and totally naff!!! There is a Greghs here, you'll be better off eating there than here!!

I mean they serve you quite fast to be fair to them but this is no macdonalds. the burgers on sale are just rubbish.

Old man white hair, all I can say is no wonder your staff are so unhappy, treating them like they r dirt. Barking orders in front of customers, as a manager myself this was very unprofessional. The staff huhsen was lovely , so ty , shame on u manager, older but not wiser

We visited here today very quick to be served might be different on a weekend food was good and the drinks machine offers lots of different flavours of zero coke I tried the orange couldn’t taste the orange

I have always found burger king burgers to be a bit dry. Seems to be a lot of bread to burger ratio. I am not usually a fast food fan but someone else purchased this for me so was rude to say no. Its OK but not great.

Slow service and expensive for what you get. Small latte and a cold drink nearly £5. Won't be going back in a hurry.

No problems. Around 6.30pm, short queue, got what we ordered freshly made and smart staff worked well with a smile. That's all we expect. Tables were clean. No problems. Back on the road to Devon within 30 mins, fuelled up both with petrol and food after many hours of travelling. They've obviously improved a great deal since the previous review in 2017. Which is why they deserve to be recognised. No problems.

When did Burger King get so expensive? Now double the cost of McDonald's! Took one look at the menu then went straight next door to Chopstix.

Absolutely awful I asked for a chicken royal it tasted stale I went back to complain the lady who I think was called Maxine couldn’t be more helpful and apologetic she even offered my children a crown she took it to the back and said they would do me a fresh burger so while I was waiting I see a lady preparing the burgers with no gloves and wiping her nose with her bare hand so I told them to stick it ,I will never use Burger King again and make sure I will tell everyone I know who uses Burger King !!!

I ordered a long chilli king burger which was served without ketchup warm and the burgers tasted stale. I like the idea of the drink dispenser; if you order a small cup you can have limitless soft drink. One of the Sales member didn't sound that experienced and too chatty.

Shame on you burger King county mall,. Refusing to give a customer tap water with their order. I asked ' don't you have a tap that water comes out? Their answer was no. Obviously they wanted me to buy bottled water.

Fast food lol. Took nearly half an hour to get food that was not worth waiting for. Cold, tasteless mush. Staff very unfriendly. Absolute chaos behind the counter with everyone getting in everyone elses way. Does Burger King know this is 2017.

Stopped here for a meal, asked for a glass of water can't give it out. only 1 packet of ketchup allowed per meal, how stupid is this.

Went there today, staff didn't smile at all, really slowly service and the quality of their food it's just disgusting !

well went to crawley shopping its a good job i am not a big eater as i got 12 chips and 2 of the smallest over cooked fillets i have ever seen with a coke and it was £4.59 daylight robbery and crap ,never again

Quickly popped in here on route to our Gatwick airport hotel around 10pm last night. Took food as takeaway as in a rush to get to hotel before check in closed. Got back to hotel and our pack of chicken nuggets turned out to be apple pie. Is it really that hard to know the difference between these food items? C'mon guys, sort it out.

Burger King profits must be at an all time low. Only one sachet of tomato ketchup allowed per medium meal, extra ketchup is 10p per sachet. I have never encountered this before. Surely accompaniments should be free of charge. The meals are not cheap. Won't be back......

I never eat fast food and this will be a last the food was like cardboard and the burgers hard round the edge the servise was normal to be fair but the tables and toilets need a good clean, try somewhere else to avoid disappointment #bad

When we go shopping in this mall we have a meal and we choose to go here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The burgers are fresh and tasty.

Is was a busy day and there was a helpful man showing people which queue to join. The woman at the counter was polite. Given that it was a busy time it didn't appear that the people behind the counter were in much of a rush though.I noticed that the staff cleaning the tables were very quick and the restaurant looked very clean which was very good.Also each table had a burger king crown on which was very good.Overall it was a good experience. lol

Love the bean burgers here! Always good value for money. Quick eat whilst out shopping. Good soft drink selection here too and help yourself.

In the Food Court upstairs of the County Mall. The service was was quick and pleasant. The food was hot and delivered quickly. I like the refillable self-service drinks machine to the right of the counter a good idea.Tables and floors were clean as were the serving areas and drinks machine.As always Burger King delivered great fast food as expected.

rubbery food over pricwd rude staff and all in all not a good expeirience you are better off going to eds dinner out of eatery and on same floof further up shopping centre you pay more but the food tastes sooo much better the staff are so rude and it is always a mess there they even charge extra for a bit of sauce and their burgers are small

upon arriving, I was immediately asked for my order. no chance to read menu before being asked another three times before requesting for the first option I saw on the menu. food was cold as always.

Went here yesterday with friends and children was not happy with the service the staff need to learn to smile and be polite !!! And the meal wasnt up to usual burger king standards !!!

I have eaten here on a few occasions with grandchildren, however now find the food to have seriously gone downhill in quality. Today I visited for a quick lunch and found that the buns are smaller, the chicken was burnt and the fries I was given was only half the normal quantity received formerly. On the plus side the tables and chairs have been renewed and are colourful, more pleasant, a pity the food does not match! Disappointing.

Having worked in fast food myself, I'm aware of the standards of service required of staff. However, this was not seen at all. The woman who served us forgot our order as we waited with no queue for 20 minutes - with no apology at all. Disgusting

When you order a meal you don't expect to see the manager / owner shout and bawl at his staff like they are slaves. Disgusting and degrading to watch. I left the queue. I hope this guy someday gets treated in the same way and my sympathies to any of his unfortunate staff. I decided not to give a penny of my money to this place.

Burgers are consistently well prepared, nice beef flavour together wtih the flavour from the char -broil and moist unlike the other big burger company down the road whose burgers are quite often dry, tasteless and sloppily presented.
