Wagamama in Crawley

Went for dinner with a friend / colleague we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lux during our visit, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Lux made us feel welcomed and comfortable, was attentive without being overbearing. The level of professionalism and genuine care she provided made our meal unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to have Lux as your waitress, you're in for a nice experience. Highly recommend!

Best Wagamama experience ever had. And I visited many before. Manager ( think his name is Stavros ? ) was a superstar. Our waiter Miguel also amazing. Always checking back on us. Food was very good. Just the pork on the ramen I think was a bit too dry, think because the cut was too thin. The chilli squid was the best I ever had. Overall, great experience for the family. Thank you.

hello, i am very upset with my visit yesterday afternoon - my friend got a ‘lemonade’ and turned out to be water, with a touch of lemon - no taste. Also, we nearly missed our train as it took an hour to be served and get our meals. And also they had a broken piece of equipment so i didn’t get the chicken that i wanted, the chicken wasn’t to my liking either, i could’ve had my own chicken and cooked it at home and it would’ve been better. i am very disappointed wagamamas, VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Food was standard wagamama, exactly what you ask for nothing amazing but pretty okay etc. Service was very slow despite a completely empty restaurant, this is the second time the service at this location has been pretty poor. So, fine if you don't mind waiting forever and uninterested staff :') I'm unlikely to go back at this point, but the food was fine.

. Waited twenty minutes for our drinks , then we were served them after our food . When our mains arrived ( have to say didn’t wait long) they were burnt so badly they were inedible and actually smelt burnt. The staff were pleasant enough so we paid for what the edible food we had and left.

Great food, Didn’t enjoy Napoleon dynamite aka slim version of the Superbad jonah hill strutting his stuff being quite nasty towards the other staff which were all polite. He acted like he owned the place, but was just serving & on the door.. didn’t like his attitude at all. Put me and the family off of coming back to the Crawley branch, so will be going to another in future.

Food very average..caused stomach upset.underneath of the plate was covered in dried on rice ,chilli ,and various other foods .

We were going to eat here tonight, but with more than 2/3rds of the menu not available it was not worth it! How can a restaurant be run so badly?

Generally poor visit today, usually enjoyable .... busy and using that as the reason all plates were presented luke warm.... food just sat on serving shelf until it was brought to table..... 2 of the 3 meals were returned to be reheated. Patiently waited for our table, should have gone next door, enough other choice of restaurants..

I love wagaz food , was awesome one more time and Sam provide me a amazing service! Well done guys , keep strong

Went here between flights- they were very efficient and polite, and the food was great. Highly recommend stopping by!

Thought I would have one last 'full English' before leaving the UK for good. Tried to find Garfunkels but we were running out of time, the other 'restaurants' looked like feeding stations at a zoo and Wetherspoons was out, and is out forever because of his stance on Brexit. Our choice then wasWagamama and it was not a good choice. 2 slices of bacon that had been frozen and were still stuck together, 2 sausages that were disgusting and nearly cold and some mushrooms. No brown sauce and no baked beans. My partners eggs Benedict had finger prints all around the bowl and was stone cold, That had to be sent back, and by the time a new one arrived our flight had been called and we had to leave. They also gave me a side of fried tomatoes that I hadn't ordered. I paid for my breakfast that I left only half eaten. All round a terrible experience.
