McDonald's in Crawley

I regularly order from this venue from the McDonalds App. They have a history of messing up my McDelivery orders. Do not use them. They will mess up your order enough times you'll no longer get refunds. Terrible customer service.

On 24 June 2022 I placed an order at the Drive through - (I had just arrived back from Scotland, I live is Horsham, I have lived here for 23yrs). I asked if I could pay using cash, they told me yes, I handed them a Scottish £5 note - the server told me he had to speak to his manager. I waited while as a discussion took place about my choice of payment. Server came back to tell me "we don't accept those notes as they are not legal tender" I appreciate this is not a big deal for most people - I feel quite upset by the experience.

Monday afternoon 4th September and we called in here for a quick snack and a coffee. The downstairs area was just full of school kids either ordering food or waiting for their orders, basically the place was congested. It was easier to order at the couner rather then attempt to get to the electronic order points. Ordered two flat whites and two cheeseburgers, once ready we found a place to sit in the upstairs seating area. As well as more school kids there were a group of young people being total idiots. It was not a very pleasant experience we quickly finished our food and left, glad to get out of there.

Hot food really nice staff pleascent experience good for budget meals not the best for vegans but do descent chicken and beef

I went into the drive through and I think I was attended by a lady called Amelia and for some reason she was really arrogant and rude so i asked her to be kind and she spat in my food please fire her

Started off abit rocky as multiple items were left off my order but a nice young lady named, Amelia I believe, proceeded to rush back to the kitchen and came with my missing items with haste continually checking on my family and I to see if everything was okay, the trips saving grace,star employee and the kids loved her.

Amelia was a star, great experience!! Had a great time, will definitely be back again! Best McDonald’s in the UK thanks to her!!!

Friday 29th March we were on are way to Crawley Station and we stopped here to get a coffee to go. Is is located on Haslett Street which is tucked away behind the County Mall Shopping Centre. We used the automated ordering section and we ordered 2 flat whites which were £1.59 each. We had no contact with any staff until we collected our order, which was confirmed by the member of staff. This appeared to be a small branch of McDonalds and it all looked rather clean. It was a good cup of coffee which we drank while waiting for our train.
