Busy restaurant but the food and service were first class. Asked to move our table of 8 to a slightly quieter adjacent table and request accommodated without any issues. The manageress was brilliant- pitched in with the staff and very welcoming and hospitable. We dined on Mother’s Day so well done to all the staff here for being such a class act even late into the afternoon.
Very well recommended and so booked the previous day for our anniversary (41st) lunch at 1.30 - arrived at 1.10 - had to ask to be shown a table - chose one ourselves with help of a waitress. Menu, nice linen/cotton napkin and cutlery ready on table. Order taken for drinks at about 1.25 - these arrived perhaps 1.35 - food (shared starter, calamari, followed by trout/ham eggs &c) ordered about 1.40 - starter arrived c.2.10 - ham etc was served about 2.45 - trout about 10 minutes later !....... All summed up in an apology that they "hadn't expected so many ....." Yes, but they continued to accept all comers, without bookings, as we waited for ours to be cooked. ie Numbers (=profit??) before quality?
Calamari just about OK - Ham dry and eggs like rubber - sent back, very little improvement second time around - tiny (3 inch x 4 inch) fillet of trout, greatly over-cooked .... tasteless "new" potatoes ..... All in all a disaster - only lessened by the fact that they offered extra drinks while we waited - and agreed that they could not, in all honesty present a bill - so maybe we were just unlucky or the management needs to get its act together for Bank Holiday weekends. VERY disappointing - no reason for going back!

Great Costa. Food was pretty gross and expensive but thats not out of the ordinary.
Came in and caused a scene. Baby spilt my coffee and Abby, our server was great, i asked for a cloth and they told us not to worry, came over and cleaned up. Abby then offered to remake my drink even though she didn't need to but she saw i lost the whole cup. I think she may have gotten in trouble as she came back and said she was sorry but she can only do a small. Great service, this lady will go far in the industry identifying ways she can help customers. Small acts of kindness go a long way to reduce a stressful situation quickly and easily.

Visited the St Richard’s hospital Costa after an appointment and was served by the lovely Kat, I asked her opinion on their new seasonal drinks and she recommended I tried the cinnamon bun iced latte and that I had a cinnamon bun alongside it and it was super! A much needed pick me up with excellent customer service. A great face for the company.
Esperó una hora quince minutos para los peces
& chips y el restaurante estaba medio vacío y estaban rechazando a la gente.
Nunca he esperado tanto tiempo para el servicio. Necesitan más personal.
Always ordered our Indian from here. Obviously rugby is on and it’s a Saturday. We pre ordered at 6.15pm for delivery at 7.30pm. It came at 8.15pm. Food is always tasty however the starter was a bit undercooked and all was a bit cold. But like I said, always tasty!

Food was cold, ordered a breakfast roll couldn’t even be bothered to put the meat in just an uncooked rasher of bacon. Half a coffee. Will be getting a refund, don’t understand how this place is still running.
Compramos 2 batidos a £ 4. 15 cada uno , después de que finalmente los conseguimos 10 minutos después aunque no estaba ocupado eran muy débiles e insípidos no cómo debería ser un batido y definitivamente no vale la pena el precio que pagamos .
Visiting Caffe Nero is a safe bet. You know what you get. we stopped here after a day in the city and got our drinks and snacks without delay. There is a good ambiance and some seats by the window with view to the street.
Came for the quiz last Thursday night + had a lovely time. Was served by a young girl, told me her name was Lexi, who was absolutely lovely. Perfect recommendation on a white wine (so good that I had another glass). Will definitely be coming back, not just for the quiz.
Had a lovely valentine's evening dinner at The Bosham. 3 course menu was great, lovely food and staff very helpful and friendly. Was very busy so is obviously a popular place to visit. Dog friendly as well and must have been half a dozen well behaved dogs.
