Bureaucratic staff with rules about everything restricting enjoyment. Cafe miles away at your inconvenience and shop highly convenient, hmm I wonder why?!!! Basic, tasteless, cakes and biscuits all frozen then re-heated, why pay stupid prices for rubbish food? It's a money spinner for NT who've clearly lost their way when it comes to any kind of customer service and the parasitic family who still live in/exploit the masses. Giv it a miss..
After walking up from East Wittering, I queued for 20 mins just to grab a can of cold drink as the outside bar was closed, only to be told I had to join the queue formed from the terrace door opposite the main entrance, which is actually the exit!?? All those people
were getting food and had avoided the proper queue. It wasn’t the fault of the poor girl who told me but someone should have redirected them!
So I walked all the way back to East Wittering (parched!) to get a cold drink elsewhere.
Ive used this cafe a lot and its usually lovely, maybe I’ll avoid half term next time 😂
Long journey and desperately needed somewhere to take a break. So there was my saviour next to a Travelodge.Big car park, all clean and tidy,12.45pm and the place was empty ! Big sized Americano (£2.95) and a chocolate twist (£2.30) did the revival trick, quick doze in the car and then back on the road fully refreshed. It does what it is supposed to do and does it well.
Esperó una hora quince minutos para los peces
& chips y el restaurante estaba medio vacío y estaban rechazando a la gente.
Nunca he esperado tanto tiempo para el servicio. Necesitan más personal.
I was picking up my car from a garage in Kirdford. to think my wife are bringing Me across I decided to stop at the half-moon pub to treat her to lunch as we approach the pub the front door appeared locked however there was no times of opening or closing or no menus we walked around the side to find people inside as we arrived towards the rear of the pub we presented with a beautiful garden and I noticed a rear patio door I opened the patio door and a man said what do you want? I said are you open? His reply was the front door is locked. What does that tell you.
I found this to be extremely rude considering they are supposed to be serving the publicyoung lady came up to us and told us sorry sir we’re not opening until midday at this time. It was 1146 whilst the pub was closed. The man’s rudeness has made me realise I never need to visit this pub again. I’m not sure if he’s the owner of the worker chef or just someone in there, but I found his rudeness to be completely and utterly unacceptable on this occasion.
My favorite coffee shop in Chichester by far. Small friendly a great place to think and work. Coffee and cakes are excellent staff charming highly recommended.
This was my first time going to Lucky house. I called ahead to make an order and was greeted with a very friendly voice. No waiting when i collected. And then come to the eating. The good was excellent. I couldn't fault it in any way at all. I will go again.
Ordered a decent size takeaway for 12 people early on a Sunday night. From start to finish really helpful. Waited around 35 mins which was great considering the amount of food. Food was all very good. The aromatic duck was excellent.
Throughly recommend.
