Subway in Chichester

Absolutely sensational . After a terrible experience with just eat the last 2 days they’ve really pulled through . Thanks so much

This has to be by far the worst subway I have ever gone to. The worst service by this lady in the Chichester shop on Sunday 10th nov 24 morning who claimed has been working for subway for over 10 years. She was very rude, cheeky and was acting super weird. There was no brown bread early in the morning and the sandwich was made in stale old bread and the veggies were super unfresh too. But also the way this sub was made was horrendous. It was dry with uncooked old patty. I bought a footlong sub and requested if you could add jalepenos on one side but was told rudely that she won't do it as this would be classified as 2 different subs. This is the first time I have heard this in any subway across the world. It didn't make sense but the way she was talking and being cheeky was ridiculous. When I asked her, "then why did you cut it into two pieces?" She, believe it or not said "are you going to eat all of it like this, I can throw this one away and make you another one." I respect food and hence requested her not to throw it and hand it over to me. At one point she even had the audacity to tell me to post a complaint if I wished to and I am sure I will. I have been a subway customer for more than 20 years but the way this whole experience was will make me think 10 times before I enter any subway.

I went for my daughters birthday today with a few other children. The food was nice but we where all told by staff to keep the noise down. I would not recommend for parents to take their children. Shame no McDonald's nearer as better catered.

It was almost 2 hours from when u ordered to when it was delivered.

Yes it is a chain food shop, but you can greatly personalise your sandwich to your preference and they do not skimp with the fillings. Reasonably priced and good service with the friendly staff at this branch.

Order arrived 2 and a half hours after ordering. Would’ve been quicker to collect but were unable due to being at work. 2 and a half hours for delivery is a joke.

They sent regular coke despite ordering coke zero due to being diabetic.

Food was terrible. All three subways hardly toasted and arrived cold. One arrived with no sauce and one arrived with no filling and just had meat slapped onto dry Italian bread. Spent £33 and wasn’t able to eat it. Now have to go through the whole process to prove my complaint. I ordered from here the other day and the food arrived cold, however, tonight the order was so incomplete it makes you wonder how this even happened. Absolutely shocking and will never order from Subway again.

We ordered Chocolate Chunk cookies but we got Double chocolate cookies.

a shocking delivery experience ordered chicken tikka got chicken mayo not tikka and absolutely covered in BBQ sauce, threw it in the bin and learned to never order from here for delivery again

Ordered three cookies and received one. No chicken Tikka in the footling and the whole thing was smothered in barbecue sauce to get away with it

Wrong order given to driver first time round poor driver went back to store to get the correct order then food freezing cold and clearly been sat around very poor service from the store amazing service from the driver

Normally love subway. However the cheese bite are cold and not very nice. The dips that are supposed to come with the cheese bite and the hash browns I ordered didn’t arrive. And my actual sub is lukewarm and doesn’t taste very nice.

The entire 6-inch meal deal was missing plus all the cookies from every meal and the nachos from a foot long meal deal

Ordered hearty italian and got italian herbs and cheese. both sandwiches were freezing cold and ordered nachos with no jalapeños and yet they had some anyways.

Ordered twice from this place and they’ve got my order wrong both times.

Not the best subway i have had . Disappointed. Asked for a sandwich and did not put in half of the ingredients thats supposed to be in it . All i got given was melted cheese that tasted revolting , pesto and peppers . Got asked the audacity for them to change the gloves . Very silly question . Disgusting

Good food but why does it close 20 minutes before closing time

The worst subway I have ever been in. Not sure how you can get wrong putting things in a roll but this bunch can manage it without a smile in sight.

I didn’t get my drink and i waited over an hour

Absolutely disgusting service from subway!! Didn’t get what I requested and now I’ve wasted money on food I’m not gunna eat because they can’t follow what I’ve asked for! I will be getting in contact as this should NOT be happing when I’m paying for a service ans I’m not receiving it

The nachos were pretty much empty and were messy and all to one side, they put the drink in the bag which squashed my subway and made it cold. Would like a refund.

The majority of fast food places in Chichester are rubbish and operate at low standards especially with regards to delivery, unfortunately, this subway is no exception.

So after last order wrong ie not toasted ingredients missing and being told not due to subway deliveroo say it's not their issue I foolishly ordered again. I also phoned to ensure it would be correct and yet just 2 of 4 toasted and originally manager said 2 were toasted again ingredients missing. It seems there is no point of raising issues as it is a delivery and accordingly nobodies fault. to add insult the baguette/roll is wet in the middle which in my opinion the bread wasnt baked correctly and it was the normal bread that was wet I the middle

The delivery man rung me and was trying to find the house after I gave instructions on the website and he went quiet and I went to speak then he shouted at me for interrupting him and was very rude

Ordered a chicken teriyaki, the guy just gave me chicken tikka without saying that they don’t carry teriyaki in the store. Got minimal amount of chicken and lettuce, and loads of sweetcorn so the ratio was way off. The people who were in the shop that day were quite rude as well.

Ordered a hot sub it was cold, Milkshake wasn’t there.

Both subs were bad. We ordered for delayed delivery and thought they’d be made near collection time but Both had gone soft from being sat so long so assuming they were made at time of order and left to wait. no extra cheese despite paying for extra. Much better service in person so won’t order online again. Cookies were great

Iv been given the wrong order and when I phoned the store they were terribly rude.

I ordered a 6 inch Steak and Cheese with crispy onions. It arrived with no cheese or crispy onions. Can't fault delivery just the restaurant

Driver was extremely rude and had a go at me for the address not working properly on his app as we are a new build. Totally puts you of using JustEat. Food was cold and after ringing the restaurant found out it was sitting there for 30 minutes because the driver was late and took him another 20-30 minutes to get to me even after giving him specific directions in the message box and on the phone.

I tried to change my address and contact jsut eat 5 times and there was no response ehnstaisfied completly.

Delivery driver was excellent, have had him before and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond.

Food is as good a quality as you'd expect from a Subway and is generally good, but they consistently get orders wrong both in store and when you order delivery eg you pay extra for double cheese then get a sandwich with no cheese at all, or you ask for it to be toasted and it comes out cold... items are always missing when you order for delivery, half the time they can't even get the right sauce or whether it was supposed to be toasted or not, and especially when you order for delivery via Uber Eats or Deliveroo its literally written on the order in black and white and I don't understand how they keep getting things wrong... and we all know how much of a pain dealing with Uber Eats or Deliveroo's customer service is, so good luck getting your money back for items you paid for but didn't receive! I understand it gets busy and mistakes happen, but it's literally every time! Given how much you pay for what you get it's just not good enough

Utterly horrible. The staff are lovely. However the food quality is incredibly poor the last 2 times we have got subway from the store both me and my other half had food poisoning.
