My favorite coffee shop in Chichester by far. Small friendly a great place to think and work. Coffee and cakes are excellent staff charming highly recommended.

Not one for complaining, I will spare the details ( see title above) Ended up getting a refund for 2 coffees . Waiting and waiting...... gave up . Never use this place again .

I have been coming here since it opened. The coffee is good and the atmosphere and music is very chilled. The staff are always lovely other than the owner! I agree with the other reviews , she is snooty and miserable to the point of being rude. Its a much better vibe when shes not there. Other than that I love the place , shame really!

I went today with a friend, the weather was horrible. The staff were friendly and attentive, the coffee as always was excellent. The prices are fair, the room is clean and comfortable. What more do customers need? It's a place to rest, meet with friends enjoy good coffee. My friends and I like going there. Many Thanks Wagtail.

Lovely coffee, friendly staff but why oh why in these covid times are the cakes out on the counter with no cover? Staff and customers talk across the counter. Please invest in some glass domes

85 High StreetFirst time visiting yesterday and were impressed by both the food and service we received. We had the mixed grill and ginger chicken (hot), portions were a fair size and prices reasonable too. Will definitely dine here again!

East StreetYes i know it's Saturday night but when I phoned in to place my order i was told that they are very busy and it was going to be up to an hour, well one and a half hours later still no food. I rang and was told a few minutes and guess what 30 minutes later and still no food, rang again and guess what it's coming soon, i therefore canceled the order and went elsewhere. I am a loyal customer of theirs but this obviously means nothing to them . Will try elsewhere as loyalty means nothing.
