Long journey and desperately needed somewhere to take a break. So there was my saviour next to a Travelodge.Big car park, all clean and tidy,12.45pm and the place was empty ! Big sized Americano (£2.95) and a chocolate twist (£2.30) did the revival trick, quick doze in the car and then back on the road fully refreshed. It does what it is supposed to do and does it well.

Nice little Starbucks off the motorway. It’s tucked behind some trees, outside seating and all the usual food options.

Sunday before Christmas we called in ( 1pm ) tables not cleared, Gents WC closed - we shared Ladies & Disabled- one cubicle had no toilet rolls and no lock on door. Only one staff member - young female- place was disgraceful. Worst coffee we have had in years and by far the most expensive. We have been many times before without issues but this was the last time. The place was borderline for passing health and safety requirements. Presumably there had been some issues there but for the sake of the Starbucks name it would have been better not to have been in operation.

Is this the worst Starbucks.... anywhere? The floor was unswept, the tables dirty, there were uncleared plates, the toilets hadnt been sevviced for some significant amount of time and in the ladies there was a broken lock. The coffee production was less than enthusiastic and the food shelves were half empty... and this was at 1pm with very few customers. Only the basisc Starbucks investment carried over it the 2 stars. More service station than coffee house.

A quick stop for coffee. This Starbucks reminds me of a works canteen, but I enjoy the coffee. Easy access.

We pulled in to get a well needed drink as we drove home from Cornwall. Walked through to get a drink and stopped to use loo. There was a sign public toilets in the garage. I see myself as a customer so used the perfectly working toilet. I came out and a young blonde girl said to her female colleague clearly my sign did not make it clear the toilets are over the way. I went to the desk choosing to ignore the rude unnecessary comment. The young chap was amazing, well mannered and helped take our order. I walked out to see if my husband had locked the car as he's sight impaired - I said use the loo and we can sit with our drinks - there was now a sign saying the toilet is out of order. I said it was perfectly fine and no one has been in we are customers but she refused. I would have got our drinks refunded if they had not been made

Slightly quieter than most Starbucks which allows a great group meeting without other wise levels disrupting conversation. Service outstanding and even brought drinks directly to the table once we had empties! Will be going back

A really nice Starbucks hidden off the main road. Staff are friendly and service is quick! It's always empty so a great place to hold a meeting or catch up on emails! Good parking too!

I stopped here to grab a quick coffee whilst out on business. This is a new Starbucks that used to be the Little Chef, located on the Eastbound carriage way of the A27. Although the pistcode is classed as Emsworth be aware the location is quite away past the Emsworth exit and the next turn off is the Fishbourne roundabout at Chichester 9 miles away. Although it was the middle of the morning it was almost empty with plenty of parking spaces available. The service was very rapid and the girl serving was very friendly and helpful, the coffee was of the usual Starbucks high standard exactly what was required. What surprised me was that despite the lack of customers the need to actually look for a clean table due to how many tables were full of empty cups and dirty plates. Useful location but could be better.

This is a relatively new Starbucks on the A27 bypass heading east. Although it is in Emsworth, the next exit on the road is in Chichester around eight miles later, so it isn't somewhere to go if you want to go to Emsworth itself.

Very clean and well designed and functional. Typical Starbucks with decent coffee and the usual food offering. Staff were well nice especially to me early morning!! It is attached to a Travelodge so a good place for breakfast. Plenty of parking.

Aweful service, visited with my sister for a quick lunch, took ages for our sandwiches to arrive, my hot chocolate was cold, plates/dishes left on tables - seemed to be plenty of people milling around in the kitchen, and that’s where they stayed. One person bringing food out, two behind the counter - no co-ordination. Queue to be served was ridiculous. Don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

I was picking up my car from a garage in Kirdford. to think my wife are bringing Me across I decided to stop at the half-moon pub to treat her to lunch as we approach the pub the front door appeared locked however there was no times of opening or closing or no menus we walked around the side to find people inside as we arrived towards the rear of the pub we presented with a beautiful garden and I noticed a rear patio door I opened the patio door and a man said what do you want? I said are you open? His reply was the front door is locked. What does that tell you. I found this to be extremely rude considering they are supposed to be serving the publicyoung lady came up to us and told us sorry sir we’re not opening until midday at this time. It was 1146 whilst the pub was closed. The man’s rudeness has made me realise I never need to visit this pub again. I’m not sure if he’s the owner of the worker chef or just someone in there, but I found his rudeness to be completely and utterly unacceptable on this occasion.

Wonderful location, but unfortunately food was awful and expensive, both adults and children’s menu. I had a burger (£17) was completely over cooked, albeit fries were excellent, Caesar salad with ‘chicken’ was deep fried southern chicken - 3 small pieces overcooked - (£16)and kids had pasta with basic tomato sauce. One portion of chips never turned up despite chasing twice… Been coming here for 25 years, and had some wonderful meals Come on guys, you can do much better….
