We ordered a delivery at 19.00 and were told it would be an hour. At 20.20 we called to chase and were told her husband was leaving. At 20.45 we got a call to say he was lost and couldn’t find the house. I offered directions but he said I will be ten minutes. Then ten minutes later I called back and he said sorry he was lost and he’s cancelled the order and is driving back. I offered to walk to tesco to meet him or somewhere he knew but he said no sorry I give up. Two hours of waiting and no Chinese. I called the office and the lady pretended to know nothing of my order and then said ‘okay byeeee’ and hung up on me. I didn’t lose my temper at al and understand delays happen but I am genuinely baffled and shocked at the lack of customer service and the waste of two hours of my life. We then called Midhurst Chinese who had our order 15 minutes later if anyone wondered what else to do.

A great place, food is always full of flavour. Never had an issue with food or service despite other reviews. Personally I think it's the best choice n Chi and the lady on the counter is brilliant. 10/10 every time!!!

48 North StDespués de una serie de comidas pobres recientes durante varios meses no vamos a volver, la calidad y el sabor no son realmente lo que se esperaría para un restaurante popular de Chichester. La última decepción. Costillas - muy poco sabor y falta de carne de calidad Muñecos - No lo digo a la ligera, pero son repugnantes en todos los sentidos. Chips - siempre demasiado cocinado y sospecho que no fresco. Pollo chow mein - agin promedio no parece muy fresco, pero uno de los mejores platos. Curry especial - carece de sabor ¡Sopa caliente y agria lo mejor del menú! Desafortunadamente evita

2 New ParadeAmazing experience & great price. The lady on the phone was lovely, we placed a large order and got it delivered as we were visiting Selsey for NYE. The chef hot specials, special fried rice & the crispy duck were particularly incredible! Delivery guys were great too- definitely recommend! Thanks again 🩷

A259I ordered 2 chicken omelette they were discussed and horrible not cook enough flat like anything I can get a deaper ones in Swindon I can't beat nythe road fish and chip shop they are cooked like a omelette should be will not be going back I paid 10 pound for 2 I can get chicken omelette and chips for 4.50 at Swindon
