McDonald's in Chichester

It is what it is. Quick drive through and great friendly service

Pleasant staff, quick service even though they were very busy. Clean and tidy.

Unfortunately, we didn’t make it in time for close but the two staff members, Joe and Amy were lovely and accommodating so gave us whatever they had left. We stocked up on apple pies and chocolate orange pies for the night. Thankyou so much, we appreciate it.

This is a nice place, the manager is a proper legend. 10 points 👍🏽👌🏽

Arrived not too late in the evening and wanted to eat in, and there was little suggestion that this wasn't available - there were table service cards and others eating. When we tried to sit where others were we were told we couldn't eat in. this was like 4 hours before close. okay nbd, we go up and advise about this and ask for it to be takeaway. food wasn't too long. worker brought it on a tray and was looking for the table card number, so they obvious were not aware seating was closed in the kitchen. we had to catch him and say we want it takeaway, and then watched them touch the food to put it into a bad. it was just a weird experience to have seating closed but no signs or indication that is it takeaway only. very offputting and I don' think I will come back because of that

Didn’t receive any ketchup and dips. One thing was missing.

Not my local and a one-off visit. Service was slow but it was absolutely rammed in half term and the staff were doing their absolute best. They really could have done without the table service and the people not coming when their order was called, then complaining that they'd been waiting. I kind of felt that the customers were the problem and the staff deserved better.

Ordered at 18.50, original arrival time given as 19.20. Arrived at 20.20 stone cold and in terrible condition. Chips were rubbery, cold and bland. completely inedible. Chicken and burgers cold and both burgers crushed into sad little meat pucks. Justeat only offers a £5 refund for the whole meal! Completely unacceptable from both companies. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Waited an eternity until I lost my patience and asked for the manager. He eventually appeared and told me they were short staffed. Got given my bag of food, went home (several miles away) to find no McNuggets and an incorrect burger. See photo for the excuse of a burger I got. This is not the first time. I don’t think it is anything to do with short staff. I think there is a deep seated management problem as they clearly have major service issues. I will be calling them tomorrow and demand a refund but for now, best avoid and go get a Five Guys over the way.

Food tasted awful, for a McDonald’s it was the worst food I’ve had at one. Friends food was grey and looked moldy inside. Service was extremely slow for an empty restaurant

My food was delivered over an hour and a half late. Freezing cold and not edible. Really disappointed with the service. I would like a refund at the least.

When busy, they understandably can mess up orders but as far as McDonald restaurants go, especially in the less populated areas, it's actually a pretty good place to go and get some fast food. One piece of advice of mine would be to keep orders simple when busy because that's when you're likely to get something you didn't want.

Incorrect order. The driver basically bullied me into giving me the delivery code for an incorrect order, missing items, he said he could do nothing and to call the restaurant who also did absolutely nothing - PLEASE AVOID, 2ND TIME NOW

Waited at the drive thru for 5 mins with no one taken my order, another car turned up next to me and got served straight away, so I drove to the next window with no apology, just got said you haven’t ordered yet! After selecting my meal and went to the next window the server didn’t even say a word just handed the food over (to busy talking to his colleagues) upon receiving my food and drink and then after driving off I realised I was never given a straw or any napkins and as well I never received any dips for my chicken select meal. Worst service ever

I am local and finally decided to post a review because i am genuinely fed up with this McDonald's (Chichester terminus road). I have had enough! It has poor service, long wait time, and 3 out of 5 orders always get messed up in some way! The quality of the food is the worst! My chicken selects were tough and really hard to eat and enjoy! Burgers were rubber like and overcooked, chip either not salted or too much salt, not even filled properly, so it doesn't matter wherever you have large or not. This McDonald's has gone down hill, its horrible , poor quality. I didn't fully realise until i had a meal at a different McDonald's. It was just so good and fresh!!! Avoid this McDonald's if you can, it is truly horrible.

Cold food, after using the app and ordering food had to wait for almost 30 min, plus the milkshake machine is out of order most of the time.

Absolutely awful service, most of my order was missing. They didn’t even bother to put my six childrens happy meals in boxes nor provide the drink or toy! My husbands food was completely missing. Won’t be order again.

We dont normally choose to eat here, but we went in today, and the place was dirty. Rubbish everywhere and tables not clean. Service with a smile would be nice too. Why does everyone look so unhappy there? Won't be returning for a very long time!

Check your orders before the drivers, go lots of mistakes happening, not the drivers fault that restaurants fault

Waited 40mins to get my order which made us late for the cinema. Run out of bbq sauce, and all three burgers were cold. Will go to Portfiled drive through on our way next time. 👎🏼

The service was very quick and they were on top on cleaning tables and making space for everyone.

Staff swearing walking through the restaurant, the shift manager sneezing in the kitchen area and not covering his nose which is disgusting, more staff stood out the front of the restaurant instead of working.

Easily the worst McDonald’s around. Slow service,huge queue at drive thru and always made to wait in the car park with the 10 cars in front of you. I don’t know how they manage to make all the food so cold but yet burnt it’s pretty amazing

This place is a Shambles. Was in here on a Saturday evening on the 28th September, and they had so much food backed up, just sitting there, there were Deliveroo drivers everywhere, there were customers who had been waiting 40 minutes just for a drink, all the customers who were dinning in, when they finally got their meals, 90% of them were returning with missing items from their order. My order took about 30 minutes. When I got it, there was the wrong size meal, I couldn’t be bothered to go back up as it was just mayhem. They need to seriously sort out the staff here. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in to in my life. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Waited 2 hours 15 minutes from ordering for food that was stone cold, drinks missing & McFlurrys just liquid. Must have been sitting on a shelf for a long time. Original delivery time was 30 minutes so I imagine it was ready but delivery service terrible. I want a full refund please as it was inedible!

Toilets were in a pretty bad way with one cubicle lacking the basic toilet roll! Was very busy and the bins were overflowing. Popular location but needs more or better management to stay on top of maintenance

The estimated delivery kept getting later and later, it took 50 minutes to come and it was cold and hard

Poor. No receipt paper, no sauces, no table service, not clean. "Manager" talking at length on iPhone while waiting time spirals and zero urgency or organisation in the team around him. Approx. 15 min wait for a simple 3 person order.

If you can, avoid ordering online from here. They keep the deliveries waiting for a long time. There is no organisation in who is preparing the delivery orders. They should learn some lessons with the McDonald's from Portfield. Ordering here online your order will definitely arrive cold.

Place wasn’t even open when it said it would be. No reason from the staff, they just closed the place.

Garlic dippers were missing the sauce and they was cold, all the burgers cold! Only thing that was good was the McFlurry as it’s meant to be cold… still waiting for a refund this isn’t the drivers fault he was on time!

Plenty of parking. Toilets were clean. Had disabled toilets available and car parking spaces. Kids' meals are good value for money . Stopped off on the to holiday

Bearing in mind it was 9.30pm n only 3 people waiting for food. We ordered 4 meals n a happy meal. Then had to wait 45 minutes for a hamburger for the happy meal for my 2 year old after kicking off not once but twice the food come cold and had to wait for it to be remade. Worse place iv ever been. Would recommend every1 gets sacked and restart training from fresh. Avoid at all costs.

As a visitor to the area I could not believe this restaurant is still running. From the moment I arrived the first thing was cones across the drive thru. So it was closed. I park and go inside to order and the place is jam packed! I saw people asking for refunds to cancel their orders. I saw tables asking where there food was as they had waited 30 mins!!! Supposed to be fast food! So i wait for a pad to become available to order and they have NO beef pattys. So they essentially have zero burgers unless u want chicken. So placed an offer with chicken! My order went up onto the preparing side and after 20 mins it then just disappeared! I watched more and more orders get added and nothing was coming out the kitchen!!! It was absolute chaos in there! I had to ask after 6 orders after mine came out. Then they made mine after I asked. I'd still be waiting now if I didn't ask!!! The food was luke warm and rushed. This restaurant needs new staff or a better training regime at the least!

Disappointed that I can never get a milk shake 😕
