They got the order right this time

We were looked after by this lady. If i am not mistaken, her tag said Max, it is the best service I ever had in McDonald's. She really made our day she is friendly and very caring, absolute gem in this place! Thank you so very much!

Honestly think the staff here don’t care about anything other than getting paid. Have been using this branch for many years and the service here now is absolutely bloody awful - not nearly as busy as it used to be yet there always seem to be long delays… standards of service have slipped a lot. Much better off going to Portfield instead.

Stopped by the McDonald’s drive-thru and it was exactly what you’d expect – classic, tasty junk food that hits the spot when you need it. The service was fast, super efficient, and the staff were really friendly too. One cool feature I didn’t expect: you can park up, order from your phone, and they actually bring the food right to your car. Super convenient!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Unbelievably slow service and false advertisement on their products. I asked to speak with the manager and the assistant manager “Jack” came out and had no customer service skills and no clue on what he was doing. Avoid this place!

A busy McDonald's be prepared to wait at the drive through parking near entrance is by the exit to the drive through so can get a bit chaotic. Plenty of parking available past the Costa drive through.

Run if the mill,no condiments available for take away orders.

Took the kids to McDonald's after a Birthday party and they were all excited to get their Minecraft Happy Meal. Lo and behold their disappointment when they were given Jurassic World toy?? in their Minecraft box. Clearly ran out of the toys but refused to swap for the other Minecraft toys as they only come with an 'adult' meal. I guess disappointment is to be expected in McDonald's. Not so Happy 'Happy Meal'.

Food was cold, ordered a breakfast roll couldn’t even be bothered to put the meat in just an uncooked rasher of bacon. Half a coffee. Will be getting a refund, don’t understand how this place is still running.

the dilvery driver did not ring the door and simply left the order outside the door to the wrong flat

Didn’t receive any of the dip. Also did not have 2 things from the order.

I'm not sure if it was an off day as it's out my area but we had to wait 40 mins for 3 happy meals and 2 nugget meals I will say the Manager was very apologetic and helpful but I would have said it was super busy when we were in these

I'm missing my son's meal and the only option is a refund in 7days however that's not going to feed my son today and I don't have any more funds to pay again .

Order never arrived. Didn’t even contact the number they were provided to see where exactly my location was. Absolutely unacceptable. Unreliable company.

Completely wrong order, got delivered a cold breakfast and if ordered burgers

2 hours late food was stone cold and everything in bag looked to be opened, useless company and terrible drivers

Arrived in a rush, only ordered 2 Big Mac meals, didn’t get the toy, fries portions were tiny, and by the time we got anything it had been 30 mins. All whilst we were watching the employees fully dally behind the counter. Would love a refund

Got the equivalent of the mini mcflurry in a regular and no toy with the meal.

I brought this as I wanted the collectible figures but none in bag for any of the 3 meals I want a full refund

Cold food, no milkshakes, food was inedible. Dined in so no excuse for cold food, kitchen is four feet away.

Told at the order window in the drive through the milkshake machine wasn't working. Then saw people inside with them and found out it was infact working so I was lied to at the window. My food was brought after 20 minutes to my car cold and without any of the dips I asked for. In future I shall use the other McDonalds in Chichester or Tim Hortans which are both much better.

Order placed nearly 2hrs before delivery for food to be cold and McFlurrys melted

we waited almost an hour and a half for our food delivery and when it arrived it was all stone cold and barely eatable. Was also missing the chicken selects.

ordered food with NO cheese as my grandchildren can't have cheese. Got refund so reordered then had to palmy another 4 25 to be delivered. I wouldn't have had that cost if delivered correctly the first time. Veery disappointed. 4.25 is a lot if money for something that was NOT my fault I have checked Mt invoice and it clearly states NO CHEESE.

Absolutely dreadful experience every single time. Unfortunately, since it's my local McDonald's, I end up here more often than I’d like—but I’ve had enough. The food is always out of stock. And on the rare occasion they actually have what you want, it’s either cold, undercooked, or just downright inedible. The place is constantly overcrowded, and the staff clearly can’t keep up. Expect painfully long wait times, only to be served subpar, sloppy food that isn’t worth a penny. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this disaster of a McDonald's. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Havant instead—at least they know how to run a fast-food restaurant.

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds in the UK. On several occasions I have been disappointed there. The drive through will always have you wait 10+ minutes (even just for a coffee). There was no cold drinks available on one occasion except bottled orange juice, no napkins, no tomato sauce. More than one of the staff members are rude and have awful attitudes.

didn't recieve my hashbrowns which is half the meal

Often don't have the food available, frequently don't have ice-cream or milkshakes. Atmosphere often seems chaotic and food frequently cold. 8 times out of 10 there's a wait for the food and we've often finished our drinks prior to the food arriving.

didnt give any ice in the diet coke and got the milkshake wrong giving us a banana instead of a vanilla. Poor organisation.

They gave me the wrong food, I went to change it and they gave me the wrong food again. 3/10

I ordered extra cheese, ketchup and gherkins on all 4 of my burgers and not one of them had that and I was charged for it! 2 of the burgers looked like they had been kicked round the kit hen

i ordered 4 ketchup which is missing and no straw for the shake which I ordered .

The food was all cold and we only get £7.53 refund yet we paid £35 for the food

Waited so long to get food. Plenty of places to sit but rubbish everywhere. No one could clear their trays because bins overflowing. I asked to see the manager and he said short staffed. Will never go back there. Disgusting

I can't remember the last time I came here and didn't have to wait less than half an hour for an order that's probably going to be missing a bunch of stuff. Don't waste your time.

Ok as it goes! I like a drive thru and the choice of eating in if on a motorbike. You don't have to wait as long either to get your food generally so use a car if your going to moan about going in and waiting as I see a lot of people are on reviews. I normally get the chicken 🐔 😋 sweet chilli wraps as not keen on there burgers as been sitting on hot plates ages with no salad and pickled gurkins yuk!!

Delivery was great but mac donalds didn't fill our drinks up.

the delivery driver went to the wrong part of Chichester which made our food late and stone cold, we was also missing half of our meal. we ordered this meal as a treat for our children and they had yo wait even longer for us to cook dinner for them.

The food here isn't exactly "fast", more like "slow-to-the-point-you-wonder-what-the-hell-they're-doing-back-there" sort of speed. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I JUST WANT MY MCMUFFIN

Not very good service slow and their milk shake machine is never working or always being cleaned, they forget to give cutlery with meals , and don’t answer the phone sloppy.

Drinks had no fizz, flat. ordered a smokehouse and got a spicy chicken meal instead

An extremely poor McDelivery order from this restaurant. The burger was stone cold, chewy and the components appeared to have been randomly thrown into the box with zero care. The chips tasted of cardboard and were both cold and undercooked. No success with Customer Service who blame Uber Eats, who in turn blame the restaurant, with neither side taking accountability. I would recommend collecting in person or eating in so that you can get any quality issues addressed.

Me and my girlfriend sometimes visit as we don’t see each other often so it’s more of a treat but every time we’ve been there we’ve always been put in a waiting bay I cannot recall onetime where we were served through the drive through and most of the time the order is sent out and it’s not even what we paid for one time they even messed our drinks up poorest service at a McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced

Half of our order didn’t get delivered the bloke chucked our drinks at my husband in a hurry and legged it. It’s unacceptable. Need better delivery drivers, a few times this has happened now. I will end up not using this app sooner or later, £40 spent and for it not to arrive!

Worst McDonald's I have ever had. Big tasty burger was cold, along with the bacon and cheese, and whatever they've done to the chips these days haa made them taste worse than cheap oven chips. There are much better burger places, think its time McDonald's stepped up as, when talking to friends, this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident with this store. Won't be bothering again.

Accidentally paid for someone else’s order as I didn’t look at the screen, they quickly corrected my error and gave me my ice creams for free!!

Took nearly an hour and a half to actually prepare the food, the overall delivery was quick but was overshadowed by the fact it took so long to actually make the food.

Excellent as always. I'm not a McDonald's fan as I'm vegetarian, I stopped to get my granddaughter a happy meal ,which she enjoyed.

when my wife comes and orders food for the family to day to take away for five of us spends good money then gets short changed on the chips she ordered all large chips we got less than half of a small portion of chips I even gave my kids my chips to make up for it they still didn't have that much I am not happy money is tight as it is then McDonald's rips u off bloody disgusting wouldn't come there now if u paid me

Unfortunately, we didn’t make it in time for close but the two staff members, Joe and Amy were lovely and accommodating so gave us whatever they had left. We stocked up on apple pies and chocolate orange pies for the night. Thankyou so much, we appreciate it.

Arrived not too late in the evening and wanted to eat in, and there was little suggestion that this wasn't available - there were table service cards and others eating. When we tried to sit where others were we were told we couldn't eat in. this was like 4 hours before close. okay nbd, we go up and advise about this and ask for it to be takeaway. food wasn't too long. worker brought it on a tray and was looking for the table card number, so they obvious were not aware seating was closed in the kitchen. we had to catch him and say we want it takeaway, and then watched them touch the food to put it into a bad. it was just a weird experience to have seating closed but no signs or indication that is it takeaway only. very offputting and I don' think I will come back because of that

Ordered at 18.50, original arrival time given as 19.20. Arrived at 20.20 stone cold and in terrible condition. Chips were rubbery, cold and bland. completely inedible. Chicken and burgers cold and both burgers crushed into sad little meat pucks. Justeat only offers a £5 refund for the whole meal! Completely unacceptable from both companies. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Not my local and a one-off visit. Service was slow but it was absolutely rammed in half term and the staff were doing their absolute best. They really could have done without the table service and the people not coming when their order was called, then complaining that they'd been waiting. I kind of felt that the customers were the problem and the staff deserved better.

Waited an eternity until I lost my patience and asked for the manager. He eventually appeared and told me they were short staffed. Got given my bag of food, went home (several miles away) to find no McNuggets and an incorrect burger. See photo for the excuse of a burger I got. This is not the first time. I don’t think it is anything to do with short staff. I think there is a deep seated management problem as they clearly have major service issues. I will be calling them tomorrow and demand a refund but for now, best avoid and go get a Five Guys over the way.

Incorrect order. The driver basically bullied me into giving me the delivery code for an incorrect order, missing items, he said he could do nothing and to call the restaurant who also did absolutely nothing - PLEASE AVOID, 2ND TIME NOW

When busy, they understandably can mess up orders but as far as McDonald restaurants go, especially in the less populated areas, it's actually a pretty good place to go and get some fast food. One piece of advice of mine would be to keep orders simple when busy because that's when you're likely to get something you didn't want.
