We always go to our local Zizzi which is in Windsor. It's a great location opposite the Castle. The food and staff are lovely particular Konrad. It was quite busy yesterday Saturday but Konrad always has a smile and check that we are enjoying the food and see if we needed anything else a few times during our visit.
We always have the Rustica Pizzas. They are great choice to choose from including Veggies options. For the starter it always the Caramelised onions garlic bread and Fonduta Formaggi are both delicious and are our favourites. We also share our starters as the Ruscica Pizzas are quite bigger then normal round classic sizes.
The Pizzas came in lovley and warm, freshly cooked from a Pizza oven. My favourite is the Picante it's spicy which I Iove!, my husband usually has the Primavera and my children go to is Meat Sofia & Chicken & fiery roquito. Both of my kids always asked to take the Spicy roquito out and although it says harrisa chicken it is not too spicy and my kids happily eats the harrisa chicken!. So don't get putted off by the description.
Always booked so you don't get too dissapointed.

The interior of this venue is quite good and looks classy. For an all you can eat buffet, it’s the standard price to pay, and a weekday lunch is especially cheap here. The food itself was good for a quick and filling lunch but is nothing to write home about. It’s not fresh, probably mostly frozen and bought in industrial quantities from Wing Yip. It’s nice for a one off experience but I wouldn’t come all the time. The desserts are also quite poor quality, tasting of synthetic cream and colours… the custard bun was so cheap it barely had filling in it and was mainly hollow. As I said, it’s nice to come here to try the experience but it’s not good quality or healthy food.
I had to wait for over an hour and a half for an order I could have walked and picked up myself. delievery driver didn't speak English so when i tried asking why so long he said I come quick and walked away from me. the wraps are cold and not hot because of this. I'm really not happy with the order this time! disappointed! I would like to be compensated for the drivers rudeness and my food being cold!
I picked a good time to come in, staff super friendly premises clean and you get hot water in the very clean and spacious toilet facilities. Usually a very busy place so I timed it great!!! Great pricing as well. A defo for you to come.
Carlie was fantastic. She knows how to serve a customer. She is a complete asset to your company and she deserves all the praise. She made our experience incredible. She was so observant with our orders. Best server I’ve ever had!!

This Chinese take away offers a ridiculous customer service where the staff are indifferent to whether you place an order with them or not.The Deliveroo app for some reason was not working so I tried to order food with them on Sunday evening and spoke to three different members of staff one saying they didn't take orders over the phone, another member of staff I was passed over to told me they couldn't tell me if we did come in person to order food how long we would wait for the food to be ready, possibly over an hour and the next member of staff told me they weren't even taking orders at all and it was only 8 p.m. I found it very hard to understand from any of the staff what the problem was and clearly they were closing in an hour and certainly were not interested in taking my food order even though it was over £70. I asked to speak to the Manager but was told he wasn't working on Sunday and although I wasn't rude they actually hung up on me. I would love to leave a review for the food but unfortunately didn't even get that far after being on the phone for over 15 minutes, such a frustrating waste of time with staff that just don't care!

Categorically, cannot recommend Dim T in Winchester.
The food is "edible" but by no means warrants spending your hard-earned.
There were only three other tables occupied when we visited, 4 waiting staff and still, the service was shocking.
One perfectly pleasant, older lady, a youngster and "I surmise", a husband & wife team?
"The wife" certainly needs re-training in customer service, may be a bad day, who knows?
Winchester is such a beautiful city, with many wonderful eating places, just not here!
I made a booking in Jan 2025 for a stay in May 2025. I received an e-mail cancelling my booking in late Apr 2025. I have tried to contact the Perch & Pike, but they won't respond.
It would appear that you cannot rely on the Perch & Pike honoring their bookings. They seem to be happy cancelling your booking at short notice.
