The Charter in Aylesbury Vale

I held the wake following my mothers funeral. I was given one end of the building for my 35- 45 guests and had more space than was needed. The service and food was was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Charter; in fact I am planning to use the venue for a family meet up and family games night this time next year.

Harry delivered an excellent outstanding service! He greeted us upon arrival. Took our order and delivered in excellent timing. He was friendly and engaging throughout our whole visit and consistently checking in on us. A really impressive service. We will definaltely be back and hope to be served by Him. again! Thank you Harry your a credit to the charter.

The server couldn't do enough to make us happy. He accepted that the vegan roast was too small for the price and brought another without me asking. He brought everything, including a chopped up burger for our service dog, with a smile. The food came much quicker than expected on a Sunday.

Wife and I were here with our two sons. We had a 50% off mains voucher to use so only had the mains. I had smothered platter which was basically a mixed grill with some melted cheese on the ham and chicken, quite nice too. Wife had the mixed grill which she liked. Our boys had the 12" pizza which they said was good. The only thing I didn't like was the tropical mocktail, I thought there was coconut in it but it just tasted like Lilt. Decent service and overall very good, would come again.

Not sure I can say I enjoyed my visit. Didn’t really enjoy my food, service was very slow, staff clearly didn’t care that we were unhappy. Very disappointing that I also noticed others tables being dealt with differently to us. Most definitely won’t be returning here.

Harry R was a great bartender, very good salesman, convinced me to have more drinks than I should have, so be careful! Very chatty and approachable, and appreciated my doggos!

Friendly and efficient customer service with a smile! Their facilities are clean, the food delicious and excellent value for money, drinks perfectly chilled as you would expect, menu is diversely brilliant with some real unique choices available too! Thank you will definitely return.

Booked a large group of family and friends (22 of us) for a celebratory afternoon tea. Food was lovely, and so much of it for the price. They were very accommodating, allowing us to set up a few bits of decorations in the area we were allocated half and hour before our booking. Superb service great Sunday roast Silvia was fantastic and professional. Very efficient. Perfect parsnips and crunchy yet soft Centre roast potatoes. Very tasty definitely coming back!

Although we arrived at a very busy time we were served when possible. Tamsyn was brilliant and a real credit to the company. She was extremely personable and made us 4 fantastic cocktails - insta worthy! She remembered our round on our next order and was helpful when we then enquired about possibly using the space for study/other gatherings. Had a great lunch at The Charter! Layla was the woman whom served me that day and she was incredible. Straight away she was friendly and easy to talk to. Took my order which came out not soon after. Food was great and cannot complain about the price. All in all a great lunch had.

Excellent Sunday lunch. Lovely food and loads of it, seeing by friendly and charming staff. Great value, great service, great food, and so close to home! Harry and his team were brilliant.

This establishment is a first class meeting point for either just a drink or for food. Bar snacks or a full blown celebratory meal for multiple people can be catered for, also children are welcome. All in all, a well organised venue, but be careful who you pass this recommendation on to, as this is a one off bespoke restaurant / Bar in Aylesbury, you will not be disappointed.

Just visited The Charter in Aylesbury. Excellent food and our server Josh was lovely. My Wife's dinner arrived with mash instead of chips but it was dealt with without any fuss. Thoroughly recommended.
