Dear Nandos Team, I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had at your restaurant yesterday. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, but what truly made our family dinner extra special was the exceptional service provided by Basil. Basil’s warmth and attentiveness stood out from the start. He took the time to recommend a new menu option—the whole chicken with two large sides—which turned out to be the perfect choice for us. It wasn’t just practical, but more than enough to satisfy us all, making our meal both delicious and great value. Beyond his recommendation, what truly made a difference was his kindness. He checked in on us with such genuine care, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His hospitality made us feel at home, and it turned what was just a dinner into a meaningful moment of connection for our family. We left not only with full stomachs but with full hearts, reminded of the joy of sharing a meal together. Spent the night in one of the rooms here as well as a great evening enjoying the establishment. The staff were extremely personable and professional. They were able to accommodate all our needs. Would highly recommend to others and would happily make many return visits.

Lovely clean hotel.Lovely receptionist Denise welcomed us in and nothing was to much trouble.My Dad travelled with us and we asked for an accessible room which was provided and just what he needed. Cannot fault it.

Food good, staff friendly ,pub run down bad as it is part of a Premier Inn

Ordered from here first time burgers meals for 2, onion rings and chilli cheese poppers and I’m very disappointed. 20minut late with delivery. Then onion rings soggy and chips was very oily . Can’t say nothing good about burgers neither. Overall food very disappointing.

Popped in for a beer after seeing Mark Steel at the Corn Exchange and waiting for a train. Very friendly and good beer.

The Prices in Menu & the bill you receive will not be the same, over priced!

Popped in hoping they still doing meals. Great customer service at good prices. Yummy burgers and the beef brisket tasted amazing. Watch out for the Horseradish sauce as its got a kick. We were so impressed with the food we asked to speak to the chef to say thanks too. We will be back thats for sure. Place highly recommend.

No atmosphere and short staffed. Waited around 15 minutes to be seated, then a further 20 before anyone even acknowledged us to take our order (shouls have left by this point). It was a 40 minute wait from here just for dough balls and then another 15 on top for the pizza. Absolutely no service apart from one lovely guy trying to clean, serve and support (hats off to you for coming and apologising about the whole service, we appreciated you taking the time to explain). Food was ok, nothing amazing....would I return....no sorry. Whilst we were waiting for our food, a couple managed to arrive, then order, be served their food, eat and request the bill all in the same space of time... so says a lot about the mixed service.

This restaurant is amazing from the service (including interactions with our child making her laugh giving her bloons and much more!) Food was amazing so fresh, smelt delicious and was quick from ordering to table service! And mostly Amazing quality for price! The atmosphere in here is so welcoming and such a loverly vibe exactly whats needed after a long day! Thank you so much to everyone at Kirthon you guys are amazing we will be back regularly thats for sure! Also the first Indian to serve pizza too and they was absolutely delicious
