Premier Inn Cobham hotel in Elmbridge

I would like to thank Alex who was on reception on Sunday the 18th of may at 10pm. She was an absolute star. I had messed all my booking up and had just driven from up north to start work the next day. She did absolutely everything she could and all with an amazing smile. Thanks so much for your hospitality 🙏

Lovely clean hotel.Lovely receptionist Denise welcomed us in and nothing was to much trouble.My Dad travelled with us and we asked for an accessible room which was provided and just what he needed. Cannot fault it.

Great hotel with free parking and great food too.

Excellent venue for visiting Cobham. Clean tidy room with excellent shower.

Brought down by the terrible service at the restaurant. Sent the expensive steak back as it was as tough as old boots. Chose a burger instead and they tried to charge me for both. Breakfast was a disaster, cold food and cold snotty eggs. I took it back and noted it was all cold. They tried to charge me for that too. Disgraceful.

The rooms are ok although dated but comfortable Drinks and food overpriced Don't bother booking the breakfast at £22 not sure what the definition of hot is.

Dirty rooms had to me moved out of first room .then second room hadn't even been cleaned third room was looking very tired won't be going back a shame ad it easy to get around the area from where it is

The reason for one star is that I couldn't even get a room. The phone number was busy then they just hang up on you. One phone number for the whole of England is bloody ridiculous.

Bathroom was dirty, service is bad, no one answers the phone despite repeated attempts. For €170 per night I expect a little more.

Great hotel only let down by the sign if coming from the A3 blocked by a large Bush as it looked initially just to be a pub the lady on reception was fabulous she gave us a ground floor room due to my disability the room was well equipped and spacious the bathroom was immaculate and the bed very comfy we had paid for the breakfast which was at the pub next door and got to say it was fabulous venue the food on the buffet was hot and delicious we would very highly recommend the hotel and the pub for breakfast.

Came here for 2 nights. The lady at the front desk, with dark brown hair, was amazing, we had to book for another night, and she helped us straight away with great customer service. The room was excellent, clean, and coffee/tea was supplied with room. Great pub next door. 100% would stay again.

Things we ok but had a bad night to was woken up in the night when a couple were trying to gain entry to my room because a mistake was made saying that the room was free which made me feel ill because I started having health issues which I was nearly having to call for a ambulance I was having problems with my heart ❤️ I had to take my GTN spray to me I didn't get much sleep for being unwell I'm not to bad now but things are still not to well with me the staff members were very helpful and supportive and sorry for the mix up and the staff member that was there was so worried that she phoned up the night staff to see if there was any problems with me though the night because she was worried about me I would like to thank her for thinking about me much appreciated. Hostel vibes, holes in the walls, unflushed toilet, blocked sink and bugs in the bed... Honestly, don't do it!!
