The place is beautiful went there with my sister for her birthday the waiters were so nice, the food was lovely and it was very inclusive with other things like pizzas this is a definite recommend

A very pleasant visit during our little break to the South coast. A very wide selection of food in the all you can eat. The only issue was fitting it all on my plate and in my belly! ;) We Will be back!

Really enjoy this restaurant a variety of different foods and the staff are always happy to help or restock foods if empty. The steaks are definitely the best steaks in any all you can eat buffets between Portsmouth and Southampton

Ordered thru just eat to have my delivery turn up dry.. overcooked ... tasteless disgusting food will never be ordering again shame I can't upload a picture so you can see what was delivered totally disgusting and awaiting my refund maybe they was having a bad day but it shouldn't have been delivered served up like that

Brilliant buffet with great selection of good quality food. Staff were helpful, especially Danny who helped us celebrate our birthdays in style. This restaurant is wheelchair accessible via a lift. We highly recommend and will be returning again soon.

It's a very nicely decorated restaurant with many choices of Asian food. Everything we ate was delicious. The price is 25 pounds per person and it's value for money. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I simply can not recommend this place enough! We went for lunch and were seated quickly and then we got to go straight in to the buffet. There was plenty of options to choose from and the quality was great. We will 100% be back! go and try for yourselves and lets ensure we keep these business's going in our town.

This was recommended to us by someone and we travelled all the way from Bournemouth to try it. We came it at 5:30, some of the dishes looked so dry upon first glance. And when you try them, they are actually dry. The flavor was there, but the quality of the meat wasn’t. The best one was takoyaki, gyoza and tempura. But I was only able to take tempura once we came in. Because they didn’t replenish the dish from 5:30-7pm when we left. Or maybe they did, but in buffets you have to keep replenishing the food. I kept asking the lady in the sushi line how long for the tempura, she said 5minutes but it never came. This place has so much potential, but I will not travel an hour and a half for this. My husband and bestfriend left disappointed.

The delivery time kept being pushed back, it was approximately 60 minutes after the initial estimated delivery time. The chips were cold and the sauce was set hard. Overall very poor.

I love lamb, and the ones at Jin Zun are simply delicious! They're so appetizing that I couldn't stop eating them all night long. I also enjoyed the chilli shredded chicken - it was so good. I left feeling completely satisfied.

Me and my friend ate there today at around 11 to 12. We realised that the food there tasted stale and we were disappointed in not being able to eat as much due to the food making us feel sick. Both of us were ill even hours afterwards. Everything was undercooked, nothing tasted right and there was mold on one of the icecream cones.

Food was lovely, customer service absolutely shocking. On the website it says eat free on your birthday, my daughters 9th birthday turned up with a 9 balloon she was wearing a big 9 badge and the lady behind the till still wanted us to prove it was her birthday!!! REALLY because the balloon wasn't a big enough sign.... I was made to show a Facebook post to try and prove it all the while a gentleman behind the till was sniggering to himself about the hole situation. They promote discount for students, showed my student card and refused to offer any discount. Disgusting customer service all round. Food was really nice, great selection to choose from, it was warm and left with a belly full.

The food was not only bland, it was stodgy, all cooked food was cold when I ate it at the table, not the best selection of food, but I tried several different dishes and all were like warm to even cold, I didn't eat much there as I picked at what I had chosen, even the deserts were dry and stodgy, ice cream was bland, I left after 20 minutes maximum. More care needs to be taken into the quality of the food and ensuring its hot or your at risk of food poisoning. The staff never said a word to us, the atmosphere wasn't great, people were leaving of a similar time to me. Avoid until more care is taken into the food and overall experience of visiting this restaurant.

The order was marked as delivered but never arrived. Phoned the restaurant and got no help at all. I’m £40 out of pocket with no food.

One of the best buffets I’ve been to! The quality of the food is some of the best I’ve had, the choices is strictly limited to Chinese and some Thai food…but this isn’t a world buffet so you can’t complain. We have visited JRC, Cosmo and Spoon, JinZun is consistently the best…and arguably better than some takeouts. I would love for a better Eaton mess to be served, like the one found at Cosmo…but the rest of the food is so good it doesn’t matter!

Beautiful place, lovely staff, and great food. I do like a glass of wine or two with my meal when our. I tried both shiraz and merlot and they were the most awful cheap tasting wines I have ever tasted. It is such a shame, because everything else was outstanding. Unfortunately the wine has put me of returning.

some food was dry, some had run low, but thats what buffet style places are like. weve got no complaints, bring an appetite!

Great spot to stay! So beautiful. We had awesome surf lessons. We liked this place so much we extended our stay two extra nights. Would recommend for folks who want to learn how to surf.

We absolutely love this restaurant. Staff are all very friendly and efficient. Food is lovely and there is something for everyone. The restaurant and facilities are all clean. Any problems reported to staff are dealt with promptly to ensure your dining experience is great. We always use this venue for our family celebrations. Would recommend this restaurant 100% and for those who’ve not tried it yet when you do you’ll wish you had found it far sooner.

Delivery driver was rude was on his phone the whole time didn’t say a word to me almost throw the food at me. Food was poor quality chips were soggy oven chips at best noodles were bland with not much meat. Sait pepper chicken was solid pork ball were so dry probably one of the worst meals/service I have experienced!!

The food was delivered just 30 minutes after the order was placed. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was delicious. However, the shredded crispy chilli beef was disappointing as it tasted as though it was just chewy pieces of batter. The ribs were a decent size and full of flavour, but were lacking meat. The duck was yummy, but the pancakes were stuck together and hard and flaky like pastry. The egg fried rice was ok, but slightly lacking flavour. Overall it was disappointing for the price paid and unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again.

It was my first time and most probably, the last time I visit this place! 90% of the trays if food were empty! Majority of the meats were really dry and really not appealing. Not many options for food or desert... a really disappointing experience, the plates were not even taken from our table!

Went at lunchtime but what the website does not say is that only a Chinese buffet is served at lunchtime. The sushi and Japanese food and chocolate fountain are only available in the evenings. The choice of food at lunchtime for non meat eaters is very limited. Some of the meat dishes were tasty and hot but others were cold and the lemon chicken was very chewy (according to my husband who is a meat eater). The service was polite and efficient and the ambience was friendly

Don't normally leave reviews but after it being highly recommended, I was left very disappointed. Food was cold, fried dishes were hard and ver dry, salt and pepper shrimps/ribs smelt like they had gone off. My partner and I have been on the toilet since last night. Not good first impression.

A group of seven of us booked a table for last night. It was very busy so glad we booked ahead. Can't fault the choice of food as there was so much to choose from. Staff were always busy, cleaning tables and taking plates as soon as they were finished with. Only issue was the amount of adults that skip queues and rush around the food like starving vultures, but you always get them inconsiderate type of people wherever there is food so that's not the restaurants fault. There is so much food that you don't need to act like that. All food tasted nice, fresh and will definitely visit again, but without our kids this time, who were particularly fond of the large range of desserts available. All in all, a good experience and a job well done by all staff.

Food lukewarm at best. Chicken curry was very watery and mild. Beef used with black bean sauce was so tough it could have come directly from the tannery. Desserts were very good!

Stopped by JinZun for a bite and their sushi selection caught my eye, fresh, well-crafted, and just delicious. Popped into JinZun recently and was pleasantly surprised. Their Oreo Mousse is really something – just the right balance of biscuit and cream. Definitely worth a visit.

I've dropped by JinZun a few times during the Spring Festival and each visit has been quite enjoyable. The subtle touches of the New Year decor, with red lanterns and cherry blossoms, give the place a welcoming seasonal ambiance without going overboard. The sushi has consistently been fresh and well-prepared on each visit. Beyond sushi, the varied menu seems well-curated, catering to different tastes. The atmosphere is laid-back, complemented by friendly and efficient service. On top of that, receiving a little red envelope during the festivities was a charming gesture, adding to the festive feel. It's been a go-to spot for a casual meal in a pleasant setting.

The service is extremely poor - manners cost nothing. The restaurant is substantially overpriced and food is average at best. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

Love the food here but lunchtime today was very sparce. Its half term and we thought nice treat let go there. For the price before it was amazing for the selection even with a reduced menu but today the selection was next to nothing. If there was any in the trays at all. What was there was amazing food but definitely not worth the price for the minimal selection given. Most of the usual there rice and noodles but mains was a massive let down. We will not be doing lunch there again when I can get more for my money else where sorry but there is reducing a menu for lunch and then there is that

Poor service, staff speak limited English and those who can are need to be trained for basic customer service. Buffet trays are not heated sufficiently and are only topped up after requesting multiple times. Hygiene is substandard. Also no information for those with dietary requirements is available. Avoid at all cost!!!

Great value for money. My wife and I had a cheeky lunchtime Chinese buffet. Just £12.95 and worth every penny. Great food backed with great service and atmosphere. Would fully recommend.

Eat as much as you can. Great variety of meals to choose from and delicious. Clean and beautifully layed out dinner time. Table napkins flimsy so kept using more unnecessarily. Would recommend it.

My son and I love it here only been the once and would love to come again. Unfortunately my son has a fear of escalators and there is no other way of leaving. Last time they refused to let him use the lift but agreed eventually. They said it was only for management. So sadly we are unable to come again.

the chicken in bean sauce was delicious and so was the rice, but the prawn toast is tiny and only 2 of them, the spring rolls are exactly the size of those from iceland, just mini mini and only 2 of them, the sauce was just a bit below half of the tiny cup, and no prawn crackers delivered at all. preordered and still took a while.
