We had a lovely meal here and the 4 of us enjoyed the food. It was nice to try different dishes but some were not great. The choice of desserts are good but almost too sickly as lots have cream in them. None the less I ate a few plates and left happy. Would definitely go again.

Went here for dinner with my partner. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. They have a big sushi section with a variety of different kinds of sushi. I've tried everything and must say it's fresh good quality sushi. Will be visiting again!! :)

This was a collection order last night. The restaurant was closed at the time of collection even though just eat took my money and gave a collection time. My refund request has since been refused by just eat. They have took my money and run. I am fuming. do not use

OMG don’t go there!!!! Self service even for drinks , food tasteless and as for cleanliness there is none . Sticky table and floor. They were disposing of the left over food with a food trolly whilst you eat . I wouldn’t recommend it. Whilst they were cleaning up they were spray products around and over the food. Also while cleaning up the staff were eating whilst wearing blue gloves and then cleaning left overs . Yes it was New Year’s Eve but it was by no way full !!

Normally excellent, but disappointed on this occasion. Spent £135 on a large pre order which came 20 mins later than requested and was all of it was cold. Every dish had to be microwaved. Not good enough.

JinZun is a place to go if you want quality food and atmosphere. Paid for lunch £13.95 and my 11 year old for £7.95. I would say we enjoyed the food and the place. Compared to other buffet restaurants I've been, JinZun is one of the best. They have beef, pork, chicken, shrimps and veggies. Taste is very good. Not too salty and sweet. Just the right taste. Their dessert is another treat as well. Not too sweet, but satisfying. I woukd recommend this place to all of you out there and to all my friends. Will surely be back for more! 🥳🥳🥳

Visited 29th Dec 24 with my daughter and became very ill, very quickly once home. The only thing I ate that day was JinZun. Violent vomiting and diarrhoea all night was not fun let me tell you. Reported to EHO at Fareham Council. I won’t be going back and will be taking this as far as I can this time. If I was a frail old person, I dread to think how bad it would have been.

The whole family is very happy to go to Jinzun this evening. I like Oreo Mu Si best, and the environment is very clean, and the employees clean up the garbage in time. The price is also very cheap, and the overall feeling is very good.

First and last visit. Firstly I would like to say the staff were friendly as soon as you entered the restaurant. We sat down at our table ready for a great meal after reading the reviews. Went up for our starters and everything was so dried up the satay chicken was like eating brick. To be fair everything was like eating a brick. After our disappointment with the starters I thought you couldn't go wrong with mains. Oh how wrong I was. The rice was so dry, the noodles also really dry. But what topped our evening off and made us leave was when a member of staff was walking round with a fly zapper over the dessert section. Next thing you hear is the zap from the fly zapper. Then the member of staff picked up a tray of cakes and then proceeded to pick the dead fly off it then put the cake back. Then I heard the fly zapper once again the member of staff was looking for the dead fly on the cakes but this time couldn't find it. If they do it over the desserts oh many flies are in the chocolate fountain or even the Crispy Seaweed. As I've said at the beginning this was the first and only time visiting. Was really looking forward to finding a nice restaurant as new to the area.

Amazing food every time we order!!!

I went to this restaurant with my friends last Saturday, and it was such a great choice! They have a mix of Japanese food and Western food, and the meat is super fresh—definitely the highlight for me. There’s so much variety, so everyone can find something they like. The desserts were really good too! The atmosphere was lively and perfect for dinner with friends. Highly recommend this place!

The restaurant itself was quite cold, which fit a running theme as the food itself was also cold. I'm aware there are less options at lunchtime but even so, the options they did have were highly limited and were mainly dry and flavourless. I didn't even get to leave my table before a waiter started clearing everything off it even though they weren't busy and had lots of other tables available. Won't be returning, unfortunately.

Could have turned the Heating up, bit chilli, but apart from that a wonderful experiance

Invited by friends for our first visit for Sunday lunch with a difference. Extremely impressed, & will definitely visit again. Returned with other friends today. They were most impressed, & will return yet again soon.

Delivery was fine, although it kept pushing the time further back. Food was a bit mixed. The kung po chicken was lovely, good amount of spice, nice chicken. Egg fried rice was tasty but texture wasn’t so good, quite claggy? Satay sauce had an odd after taste and a very weird texture. Chips were standard except I lost half of them in the bag because it had loads of water in the bottom?? So they got soggy and wet. Not sure why the bag had water in? Probs wouldn’t order again.

Firstly wow! Staff straight off the bat, amazing as we arrived, seating perfectly arranged along with the staff making sure we were happy, then the food, I have eaten a lot of Chinese food before but this place was in believable, everything was fresh and the choices mind blowing! You could not enjoy a better place and I am now trying to arrange another group visit, five stars from me

云吞汤好吃！适合一人食！椒盐鸡翅比排骨好吃，排骨不太入味，下次还是点椒盐鸡翅！咖喱鸡鸡肉很嫩，咖喱不是很浓没有什么味道，但是里面的蘑菇超好吃，像是煎过的。

it was a nice sweet and sour sauce but , and it's a big BUT; rice was like mashed potato consistency, chips were somehow both hot and cold, and was more expensive than my regular - nah thanks.

Was recommended by a friend to go there. Was my first time and the last time going there. I was disappointed as the food was horrible, dry, cold, tasteless, cheap quality, doesn’t even look appetising. We were taken to table that wasn’t even cleaned properly, floor was greasy and foods was all over the floor that I almost slipped. Floor was cleaned after I kindly requested the staff to wipe it which was nice. Cutlery was not cleaned properly as it is still greasy, and can see food residual stick on it. The buffet counter not well managed as if the staff is blind as foods residual was all over the counter which should have been cleaned up. I read the reviews before writing this. I can see the restaurant owner has almost responded to every review and responses almost identical saying how much they care about food quality, hygiene and etc but in fact not from what we saw today.

by far the worst Chinese takeaway we have ever had the misfortuneto have, Greasy, utterly tasteless, special rice was stodge, battered pork was battered fat, just wasted £57 of hard earned money, food in the bin. shocking!

Amazing variety of food and excellent service.

Visited at 6pm even though busy, it didn't feel hectic. Paid on arrival and shown where to sit. Food was plentiful and hot. Pudding wasn't overally fussed with but they were ok. Certain had our monies worth. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful decoration and atmosphere. I got the table in the cherry blossom area. I really like idea of cherry blossom decoration, that gives me the whole vibe of eating in the Japanese, Chinese restaurant. I love that. Also, sushis are really really good and worth to eat. Other curry and dishes are also delicious. They also have friendly and good staffs. I fully recommend this restaurant . Next time, I gonna take bunch of my friends and have dinner in this restaurant again.

This is our third time visitng JinZun since seeing recommendations about this place. The first time we came to visit the food was all piping hot and we had a wonderful experience. Second time I came alone for a cheap slap up Chinese alone, didn't make the decision until late evening and arrived at around 8:45 . At 9:30 the staff asked whether I wanted dessert (they were packing up due to a quiet night). Felt a little pressured to leave, but was a good experience. This time, my partner and I arrived at around 8:45-9ish. After purchasing a few drinks each, by the time we reached the food counter we found that all of the food was tepid, Luke warm at best... Got through 3/4 of my plate when I decided that I wasn't happy. Manager wasnt too accommodating, sat there eating a takeaway from another outlet (eating from containers)... Shows you how he feels about the food he serves

We went at lunchtime and we nearly walked straight out. We went as it was my birthday so I got a free meal, and thank god we did. The food looked congealed, and as a pescatarian, my options consisted of noodles, rice and prawn toast. They did have prawns but it was in this weird clear gel thing that just looked horrible. What I did eat was fine, but I was expecting sushi, fresh fish etc (from pics on their website) and most of the area looked closed. First time I'd been and it will definitely be the last. If you have limited options for lunch - you should disclose this. Also how can you not even have some spring rolls!

Food was cold, Chicken balls in batter were chewy and not a crispy coating. To top it off, we were missing a dish that had been ordered!

We have visited for the lunch menu several times since it opened and every visit has been fantastic! There's a great selection of dishes and deserts to choose from all frequently restocked so you get to try a great range of dishes. The staff are really friendly and the restaurant is exceptionally clean throughout. Highly recommended

I’m aware that the range of choices available for a three generational party has its merits. So, everyone can make their individual menu. However, whilst volume is not in question. The quality was very poor, especially simple items, such as noodles were almost inedible. Other items were just ok. The overall quality is very poor in comparison to both our favourite restaurant and takeaway who both offer much lower prices for better cuisine. We much enjoyed the concept. But not the food experience.

Cashew meal had no cashews, the chicken noodle meal had no chicken

The place is beautiful went there with my sister for her birthday the waiters were so nice, the food was lovely and it was very inclusive with other things like pizzas this is a definite recommend

A very pleasant visit during our little break to the South coast. A very wide selection of food in the all you can eat. The only issue was fitting it all on my plate and in my belly! ;) We Will be back!

Really enjoy this restaurant a variety of different foods and the staff are always happy to help or restock foods if empty. The steaks are definitely the best steaks in any all you can eat buffets between Portsmouth and Southampton

Really happy with the food here! Arrived hot, crispy seaweed was delicious. Sweet and sour balls were great with good portion of chicken in them. Chicken noodles were tasty and not swimming in oil like others we have ordered. Would absolutely order from here again!

Did not get our order, called restaurant and at 6.35pm the driver had not turned up to pick up the food. Shocking waiting for our refund.

Can’t fault the food! original delivery was 19:12, checked app at 19:10 and this time had been increased to 19:30, every time I checked the app the delivery times kept increasing. I contacted the restaurant and to be honest they weren’t much help, they asked for my number and would call me back. My order finally arrived at 19:52, and hour and a half after I placed the order, not impressed!

Ordered thru just eat to have my delivery turn up dry.. overcooked ... tasteless disgusting food will never be ordering again shame I can't upload a picture so you can see what was delivered totally disgusting and awaiting my refund maybe they was having a bad day but it shouldn't have been delivered served up like that

Brilliant buffet with great selection of good quality food. Staff were helpful, especially Danny who helped us celebrate our birthdays in style. This restaurant is wheelchair accessible via a lift. We highly recommend and will be returning again soon.

It's a very nicely decorated restaurant with many choices of Asian food. Everything we ate was delicious. The price is 25 pounds per person and it's value for money. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I simply can not recommend this place enough! We went for lunch and were seated quickly and then we got to go straight in to the buffet. There was plenty of options to choose from and the quality was great. We will 100% be back! go and try for yourselves and lets ensure we keep these business's going in our town.

This was recommended to us by someone and we travelled all the way from Bournemouth to try it. We came it at 5:30, some of the dishes looked so dry upon first glance. And when you try them, they are actually dry. The flavor was there, but the quality of the meat wasn’t. The best one was takoyaki, gyoza and tempura. But I was only able to take tempura once we came in. Because they didn’t replenish the dish from 5:30-7pm when we left. Or maybe they did, but in buffets you have to keep replenishing the food. I kept asking the lady in the sushi line how long for the tempura, she said 5minutes but it never came. This place has so much potential, but I will not travel an hour and a half for this. My husband and bestfriend left disappointed.

The delivery time kept being pushed back, it was approximately 60 minutes after the initial estimated delivery time. The chips were cold and the sauce was set hard. Overall very poor.

I love lamb, and the ones at Jin Zun are simply delicious! They're so appetizing that I couldn't stop eating them all night long. I also enjoyed the chilli shredded chicken - it was so good. I left feeling completely satisfied.

Me and my friend ate there today at around 11 to 12. We realised that the food there tasted stale and we were disappointed in not being able to eat as much due to the food making us feel sick. Both of us were ill even hours afterwards. Everything was undercooked, nothing tasted right and there was mold on one of the icecream cones.

The Capital Sauce Ribs and Thai Seafood at Jin Zun were simply amazing. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

Food was lovely, customer service absolutely shocking. On the website it says eat free on your birthday, my daughters 9th birthday turned up with a 9 balloon she was wearing a big 9 badge and the lady behind the till still wanted us to prove it was her birthday!!! REALLY because the balloon wasn't a big enough sign.... I was made to show a Facebook post to try and prove it all the while a gentleman behind the till was sniggering to himself about the hole situation. They promote discount for students, showed my student card and refused to offer any discount. Disgusting customer service all round. Food was really nice, great selection to choose from, it was warm and left with a belly full.
