Amazing variety of food and excellent service.

Visited at 6pm even though busy, it didn't feel hectic. Paid on arrival and shown where to sit. Food was plentiful and hot. Pudding wasn't overally fussed with but they were ok. Certain had our monies worth. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful decoration and atmosphere. I got the table in the cherry blossom area. I really like idea of cherry blossom decoration, that gives me the whole vibe of eating in the Japanese, Chinese restaurant. I love that. Also, sushis are really really good and worth to eat. Other curry and dishes are also delicious. They also have friendly and good staffs. I fully recommend this restaurant . Next time, I gonna take bunch of my friends and have dinner in this restaurant again.

Invited by friends for our first visit for Sunday lunch with a difference. Extremely impressed, & will definitely visit again.

This is our third time visitng JinZun since seeing recommendations about this place. The first time we came to visit the food was all piping hot and we had a wonderful experience. Second time I came alone for a cheap slap up Chinese alone, didn't make the decision until late evening and arrived at around 8:45 . At 9:30 the staff asked whether I wanted dessert (they were packing up due to a quiet night). Felt a little pressured to leave, but was a good experience. This time, my partner and I arrived at around 8:45-9ish. After purchasing a few drinks each, by the time we reached the food counter we found that all of the food was tepid, Luke warm at best... Got through 3/4 of my plate when I decided that I wasn't happy. Manager wasnt too accommodating, sat there eating a takeaway from another outlet (eating from containers)... Shows you how he feels about the food he serves

Great selection of oriental food

We went at lunchtime and we nearly walked straight out. We went as it was my birthday so I got a free meal, and thank god we did. The food looked congealed, and as a pescatarian, my options consisted of noodles, rice and prawn toast. They did have prawns but it was in this weird clear gel thing that just looked horrible. What I did eat was fine, but I was expecting sushi, fresh fish etc (from pics on their website) and most of the area looked closed. First time I'd been and it will definitely be the last. If you have limited options for lunch - you should disclose this. Also how can you not even have some spring rolls!

Went with family realy good and good value for money

Food was cold, Chicken balls in batter were chewy and not a crispy coating. To top it off, we were missing a dish that had been ordered!

Squid was over done and burnt Not enough sauce for the amount of chicken balls you get. Hardly any chicken in noddles and was bone dry

We have visited for the lunch menu several times since it opened and every visit has been fantastic! There's a great selection of dishes and deserts to choose from all frequently restocked so you get to try a great range of dishes. The staff are really friendly and the restaurant is exceptionally clean throughout. Highly recommended

I’m aware that the range of choices available for a three generational party has its merits. So, everyone can make their individual menu. However, whilst volume is not in question. The quality was very poor, especially simple items, such as noodles were almost inedible. Other items were just ok. The overall quality is very poor in comparison to both our favourite restaurant and takeaway who both offer much lower prices for better cuisine. We much enjoyed the concept. But not the food experience.

Cashew meal had no cashews, the chicken noodle meal had no chicken

The place is beautiful went there with my sister for her birthday the waiters were so nice, the food was lovely and it was very inclusive with other things like pizzas this is a definite recommend

A very pleasant visit during our little break to the South coast. A very wide selection of food in the all you can eat. The only issue was fitting it all on my plate and in my belly! ;) We Will be back!

Really enjoy this restaurant a variety of different foods and the staff are always happy to help or restock foods if empty. The steaks are definitely the best steaks in any all you can eat buffets between Portsmouth and Southampton

Really happy with the food here! Arrived hot, crispy seaweed was delicious. Sweet and sour balls were great with good portion of chicken in them. Chicken noodles were tasty and not swimming in oil like others we have ordered. Would absolutely order from here again!

Did not get our order, called restaurant and at 6.35pm the driver had not turned up to pick up the food. Shocking waiting for our refund.

Can’t fault the food! original delivery was 19:12, checked app at 19:10 and this time had been increased to 19:30, every time I checked the app the delivery times kept increasing. I contacted the restaurant and to be honest they weren’t much help, they asked for my number and would call me back. My order finally arrived at 19:52, and hour and a half after I placed the order, not impressed!

Ordered thru just eat to have my delivery turn up dry.. overcooked ... tasteless disgusting food will never be ordering again shame I can't upload a picture so you can see what was delivered totally disgusting and awaiting my refund maybe they was having a bad day but it shouldn't have been delivered served up like that

Brilliant buffet with great selection of good quality food. Staff were helpful, especially Danny who helped us celebrate our birthdays in style. This restaurant is wheelchair accessible via a lift. We highly recommend and will be returning again soon.

It's a very nicely decorated restaurant with many choices of Asian food. Everything we ate was delicious. The price is 25 pounds per person and it's value for money. The staff is very polite and helpful.

I simply can not recommend this place enough! We went for lunch and were seated quickly and then we got to go straight in to the buffet. There was plenty of options to choose from and the quality was great. We will 100% be back! go and try for yourselves and lets ensure we keep these business's going in our town.

This was recommended to us by someone and we travelled all the way from Bournemouth to try it. We came it at 5:30, some of the dishes looked so dry upon first glance. And when you try them, they are actually dry. The flavor was there, but the quality of the meat wasn’t. The best one was takoyaki, gyoza and tempura. But I was only able to take tempura once we came in. Because they didn’t replenish the dish from 5:30-7pm when we left. Or maybe they did, but in buffets you have to keep replenishing the food. I kept asking the lady in the sushi line how long for the tempura, she said 5minutes but it never came. This place has so much potential, but I will not travel an hour and a half for this. My husband and bestfriend left disappointed.

The delivery time kept being pushed back, it was approximately 60 minutes after the initial estimated delivery time. The chips were cold and the sauce was set hard. Overall very poor.

I love lamb, and the ones at Jin Zun are simply delicious! They're so appetizing that I couldn't stop eating them all night long. I also enjoyed the chilli shredded chicken - it was so good. I left feeling completely satisfied.

Me and my friend ate there today at around 11 to 12. We realised that the food there tasted stale and we were disappointed in not being able to eat as much due to the food making us feel sick. Both of us were ill even hours afterwards. Everything was undercooked, nothing tasted right and there was mold on one of the icecream cones.

This buffet restaurant has a fantastic dessert selection, including classic chocolate mint cake, freshly made caramel pudding, and delicious profiteroles. The variety of pastries and ice cream will satisfy any sweet tooth. The dessert area is inviting, and the staff keep the food well-stocked. Definitely worth a visit for fans of sweet treats!

Food was lovely, customer service absolutely shocking. On the website it says eat free on your birthday, my daughters 9th birthday turned up with a 9 balloon she was wearing a big 9 badge and the lady behind the till still wanted us to prove it was her birthday!!! REALLY because the balloon wasn't a big enough sign.... I was made to show a Facebook post to try and prove it all the while a gentleman behind the till was sniggering to himself about the hole situation. They promote discount for students, showed my student card and refused to offer any discount. Disgusting customer service all round. Food was really nice, great selection to choose from, it was warm and left with a belly full.

The dim sum selection at this buffet restaurant is absolutely delightful, featuring adorable rabbit-shaped custard buns and panda-shaped red bean buns. The service is friendly and attentive, and the dining environment is pleasant. Highly recommended for dim sum enthusiasts！

The food was not only bland, it was stodgy, all cooked food was cold when I ate it at the table, not the best selection of food, but I tried several different dishes and all were like warm to even cold, I didn't eat much there as I picked at what I had chosen, even the deserts were dry and stodgy, ice cream was bland, I left after 20 minutes maximum. More care needs to be taken into the quality of the food and ensuring its hot or your at risk of food poisoning. The staff never said a word to us, the atmosphere wasn't great, people were leaving of a similar time to me. Avoid until more care is taken into the food and overall experience of visiting this restaurant.

The order was marked as delivered but never arrived. Phoned the restaurant and got no help at all. I’m £40 out of pocket with no food.

One of the best buffets I’ve been to! The quality of the food is some of the best I’ve had, the choices is strictly limited to Chinese and some Thai food…but this isn’t a world buffet so you can’t complain. We have visited JRC, Cosmo and Spoon, JinZun is consistently the best…and arguably better than some takeouts. I would love for a better Eaton mess to be served, like the one found at Cosmo…but the rest of the food is so good it doesn’t matter!

Beautiful place, lovely staff, and great food. I do like a glass of wine or two with my meal when our. I tried both shiraz and merlot and they were the most awful cheap tasting wines I have ever tasted. It is such a shame, because everything else was outstanding. Unfortunately the wine has put me of returning.

Great spot to stay! So beautiful. We had awesome surf lessons. We liked this place so much we extended our stay two extra nights. Would recommend for folks who want to learn how to surf.

We absolutely love this restaurant. Staff are all very friendly and efficient. Food is lovely and there is something for everyone. The restaurant and facilities are all clean. Any problems reported to staff are dealt with promptly to ensure your dining experience is great. We always use this venue for our family celebrations. Would recommend this restaurant 100% and for those who’ve not tried it yet when you do you’ll wish you had found it far sooner.

Delivery driver was rude was on his phone the whole time didn’t say a word to me almost throw the food at me. Food was poor quality chips were soggy oven chips at best noodles were bland with not much meat. Sait pepper chicken was solid pork ball were so dry probably one of the worst meals/service I have experienced!!

The food was delivered just 30 minutes after the order was placed. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was delicious. However, the shredded crispy chilli beef was disappointing as it tasted as though it was just chewy pieces of batter. The ribs were a decent size and full of flavour, but were lacking meat. The duck was yummy, but the pancakes were stuck together and hard and flaky like pastry. The egg fried rice was ok, but slightly lacking flavour. Overall it was disappointing for the price paid and unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again.

It was my first time and most probably, the last time I visit this place! 90% of the trays if food were empty! Majority of the meats were really dry and really not appealing. Not many options for food or desert... a really disappointing experience, the plates were not even taken from our table!

Went at lunchtime but what the website does not say is that only a Chinese buffet is served at lunchtime. The sushi and Japanese food and chocolate fountain are only available in the evenings. The choice of food at lunchtime for non meat eaters is very limited. Some of the meat dishes were tasty and hot but others were cold and the lemon chicken was very chewy (according to my husband who is a meat eater). The service was polite and efficient and the ambience was friendly

Don't normally leave reviews but after it being highly recommended, I was left very disappointed. Food was cold, fried dishes were hard and ver dry, salt and pepper shrimps/ribs smelt like they had gone off. My partner and I have been on the toilet since last night. Not good first impression.

This is a very nice place. Good food and good staff.

A group of seven of us booked a table for last night. It was very busy so glad we booked ahead. Can't fault the choice of food as there was so much to choose from. Staff were always busy, cleaning tables and taking plates as soon as they were finished with. Only issue was the amount of adults that skip queues and rush around the food like starving vultures, but you always get them inconsiderate type of people wherever there is food so that's not the restaurants fault. There is so much food that you don't need to act like that. All food tasted nice, fresh and will definitely visit again, but without our kids this time, who were particularly fond of the large range of desserts available. All in all, a good experience and a job well done by all staff.
