Myself and partner have been delighted with everything we have ever ordered from here for at least 5 years now but our recent orders have been different and a bit disappointing, I love the mixed platter ( used to be called mixed hors d’oeuvres)! Which has chicken satay skewers that came with satay sauce but now bbq??. I went in with a friend tonight and loads of new staff, although they were very accommodating and friendly I did not enjoy my meal! Obviously the starter but I also ordered a Thai curry and boiled rice, the curry had no sauce and what sauce there was, was clearly full of MSG!! I thought oh! Just try it but it was horrible and went in the bin!!! I will not be using them again!

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had. Bland, the rice was wet, full of veg , not much meat,I feel it was chucked out like a Friday night kebab, I wish I’d got that instead. Very very disappointing, waste of money, and a substantial amount of money.

The best Chinese takeaway in the area, excellent value for money, good costumer service, tasty food. I recommend the (29) sweet and sour chicken balls in batter with (75) egg fried rice, worth it to try. The food always fresh, i had dinner from here more than 10 times, always top quality! The delivery really quick.

Disappointed to find out when I ordered my food tonight that they had whacked an extra £5 for delivery and increased their prices. Why have a website and a Facebook page to advertise this. Best be good and on time. Time to find another Chinese takeaway

We always used to go here for our takeaways, but recently found the service to be very poor. On the last two occasions when they did eventually answer the phone (after multiple attempts) they ask you to hold on, then all you hear is them chattering in the background. I tried again yesterday and gave up holding after 5 minutes of being ignored. I won't be bothering with Wok This Way any more.

Hands down the best Chinese takeaway food I’ve had in over 30 years! Brought back memories. Will definitely only go here from now on! House Special fried rice, House chow mein, salt chilli chicken, prawn crackers & curry sauce. Large portions, good Callie for money. Great friendly customer service. Lovely!

Missing items (there was no house special rice, I called within minutes of collection & the man calling himself the manager said (I have on cctv you have your food sorty good bye) no offer of supplying what I paid for the girl that toke the call told the manager I ordered rice he disputed this & was rude, food not that good & cold after calling to say there no rice!!! The have really gone down hill, needless to say I'll go back to KAMS PALACE this is all I got for £25 prawn crakers in bag free very poor!!!!

We have been using Wok This Way for well over a year now and on a regular weekly basis so I feel I'm best placed to give an honest opinion of the place against someone who has used them once, a year ago!. I have always found them to be super helpful and the food is both fresh and very good quality. It's always ready on time. We have recently moved but will continue to use them as overall they are spot on in providing delicious chinese cuisine. I personally highly recommend them. Nadia & Tony

A crowd of us were stopping in Warsash for the weekend. We had ordered from this place a year before and thought the food was good. Struggled to find them again this year as they don't seem to have a web site which I must say is very unhelpful in this day and age. Found them on the net from reviews. Someone had posted their menu so I select from this and called them to place a £175 order, all seemed good. When the food arrived it was nothing like the food I thought I had ordered, no crispy duck which was a main request. I called the restaurant only to be told their menus had changed and the set meal 'E' no longer contained Crispy duck! Now, while I understand this was possible my error the response I received on the phone was very poor. Considering I had spent quite a sum of money there was no offer to send us some replacement or even exchange food. I was about a mile away from the shop. The response I received was simply ' not their fault, I shouldn't have assumed and there was nothing they would do about it' Shocking, I felt and very disappointed and let down. I certainly will not be using this place again and I suggest if they value customers then they need to invest in a web site or log onto their reviews and feedback and make notes that the menus posted are dated otherwise how would anyone know??

Just moved to the area and had a bad experience last week with another chinese so was a bit apprehensive but this was amazing lovely chicken satay and my husbands chicken curry was one of the best he said, have found our new favourite place

Absolutely love this takeaway, but no longer take payments over the phone which in my opinion just doesn’t keep up with the times. Such a shame as it’s my favourite Chinese in the area

Incredibly good!! 💯 First time customer, new to the area. Fast preparation, piping hot food. Excellent portions, superb taste/seasoning & noticeable (tasteable!) freshness of ingredients. Really impressive. Brilliant Singapore fried rice (great balance of rice, meat & veg - hint of heat/curry, not too hot or too spicy), perfect satay sauce, freshly cooked chips, perfect sweet & sour HK style chicken (crispy batter, soft tender chicken) with a really nice balance between the sweet & the sour. This is honestly one of the best takeaway Chinese meals I've had, ever. Wow. I'll definitely be back!! 👌🏽🙌🏽 Clean front of house, polite & friendly server, efficient service. Thanks Wok This Way 🙏🏼

Quick service, tasty food, reasonably priced

Used this takeaway for over 8 years for home delivery. Was very good but over the last few months, with my last experience on 20/05/22, it has been consistently disappointed. Portion size has reduced in this time by approx 30 per cent. Key ingredients reduced too which alongside with the portion size reduction is very disappointing. Prices have increased significantly which adds to the fact this now poor value for money. Pleasant on phone taking order still but delivery drivers not as chirpy and communicative as before. Been a regular for 8 plus years but no more.

Rude and rubbish would never use it again half items missing and most of the chow mein was onion and they will put the phone down on you

We ordered twice from here during our visit would highly recommend good portions the poor delivery driver went to the wrong place he phoned me and apologised as the cottage we stayed in was a little off the beaten track

Disgusting service!! The food was 45 minutes late and cold!! And the drink was missing!! I called the restaurant and nobody could explain where my coca cola was. I didt get my money back!

I have been using this takeaway for about 3 years now. The House Special Chinese Curry was always very good with plenty of meat, my last two visits it has been very poor. It was all curry sauce and onions, the price has gone up but the meat content has gone down. Will definitely be looking for another takeaway in the future. Definitely not value for money at £7.60!!!!!!

Probably the worst special fried rice I've ever had. All stuck together. Hardly any meat . To top it off freezing cold due to being 30 minutes late.

A very nice takeaway with nice food, good portions and a fair price. Customer service is good but sometimes long winded due to business certain nights. But tonight's food was definitely below usual standards hopefully just a one off as definitely will order from here again. Edit. Excellent value for money, was greeted by a very nice friendly gentleman, didn't seem to wait long for our order, the food was very tasty with lovely flavours. We will definitely be going back there again

We ordered the take away set meal B for two - Delivery was quicker than they estimated. The portions were of good size hot and tasty. The Thia Green Curry in the set menu was the only one which was a bit tasteless - but the rest of the dishes were very good. On tonight's meal we would definitely go to Wok this Way again for our next takeaway.

Always good food, and the customer service in here is fantastic. The front of house staff (People that take the orders) are all very good and never get it wrong. I love a good chinese meal and always head that way when my pallet needs so rich flavours. Wok This Way get it spot on. I could write for hours about how good this place is but you get the message. Give it a go if you haven't already and i'm sure it will be your go to place going forward.

Order of chicken with mushroom had a long dark hair in it . They did exchange but they were pretty nonchalant about it.

I do agree with a previous post about the batter on the pork balls, we also binned them. Apart from that, good tasty food. Always polite (especially the delivery people). Normally 45mins to 1 hour delivery.

Had a Chinese takeaway on Saturday night, really tasty. Nicest tasting chinese around the area in my opinion. Delivery took about an hour which was advised to us. Definitely worth the wait and will 100% be going back.

I ordered for the first time tonight and I must say the curry was lovely . Plenty of meat. But Bit disappointed with pork balls they had no crunch to them n so was all soggy in the middle just slosh lumps of batter .so bin them. Chow mein again was not bad flavour but it was streaded pork i asked for roast pork but it little bits of pork . considering how expensive chinese is I think that is unfair and u should state meals that are streaded to make customers aware.I will complain as chinese is a one off treat now n then so it's something that's looked foward to. I will go else where in future I hope you take on board what I have told u to improve your dishes

Very hit and miss this takeaway. When I first used them several years ago the standard of food was very good but more recently have found that the chow mein tastes like armpits. Opening times also seem to change every few weeks with no record of what they are anywhere. Ive since discovered a better chinese takeaway so they have lost my custom. Im guessing others have had similar experiences hence why they no longer need to open as often.

Absolutely awful. Food is all bland. The "egg fried rice" has likely never even seen a wok, let alone been in one. The prices are low, but the quality is even lower. Better off going to the fish & chip shop next door

Went in to place a walk in order at around 8pm. Was told that the kitchen was too busy to take my order and I was asked to leave. Awful service, will not be going back
