5 of us had dinner here last night and the food was fantastic. Love the way they do eat as much as you like without buffet system, reducing food waste. The lovely lady who was there made sure I had my vegetarian/vegan meal separate to others'. Portions are just enough and we were told we can order more rathar than giving us a big portion. Would definitely suggest it if you're in the area.

Whenever we come here to dine in, the food is always amazing- can eat/ order as much as you want as long as you finish it, all for a set price. The food is tasty, best duck around and not too greasy like most Chinese food. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went out for a family meal on a Wednesday night and had the restaurant to ourselves. Opted for the buffet menu which was great value at £23 per head. Only downside was that they closed the restaurant at 9pm so had to leave earlier than planned. Food was excellent, so was the service. Well worth a visit.

Thought we would have takeaway for the wife's birthday well what a total waste of money absolutely tastless I can honestly say I've never had anything so bad in my life Singapore noodles no spice the 4 year old eat them the salt and pepper prawns I think they just showed the chilly to it do your self a favour go to the takeaway round the corner the foods 10 times better the only reason this one was chosen was because by daughter made the call and didn't no about the other takeaway

Food nice enough but it would make much more sense if their delivery driver actually knocked loudly enough on my front door to be HEARD, doing an impression of a moth pattering against the door is useless. They don't have tracking available so the alternative is to sit at the foot of my stairs for anything up to an hour just to hear said "moth"... Learn to knock properly for heaven's sake.

Ordered takeaway, it was ready quick and the food was fantastic, the chow mein was fantastic and full of flavour, the chicken balls and bbq sauce were also really good but the star of the show was the BBQ spare ribs which I wish I got more of as they were incredible! When I went to collect the food the whole restaurant was packed with hungry eager customers either eating or waiting having a great time whilst staff were checking on everyone making sure they were enjoying themselves!

Honestly the worst Chinese I've eaten, I'm not sure why a restaurant that used to be so good could now serve such poor food?

DO NOT GET A TAKEAWAY FROM HERE!! The worst Chinese food we've ever had! After a mouthful of each dish, it went in the bin! Dry tasteless, chilli beef, tasteless seaweed,. We had five different dishes and all were inedible! Don't waste your money!

We used to go to this restaurant regularly a few years ago. No particular reason we hadn't been for a while. Called in last evening to finish off Easter weekend. I forgot how good it was. Lovely friendly family run business. Really enjoyed the food and very friendly service from both mum and daughter. Will definitely go again soon.

Didn't order al lit as wasn't super hungry..The chow mein was soooooo bland (like the worst one I've ever had ) and cold there was barely any chicken in it . The curry was cold too the rice was clumpy.and the rest was nondiscript at best . I doubt I'll go here again ..shame as I had reasonable expectations.

Lovely evening spent with family

This restaurant has been here for years and I’ve been many times but not so much recently. It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t busy especially on a Saturday night, just shows the takeaway culture is more popular now. For £22 per person or £15 per child on a all you can eat buffet I think it’s great value and nice to go out for a Chinese. I like that the food is cooked fresh and brought to you, much better than self service buffets. The staff were very friendly. Only tip I would say is to put the music a little louder for more atmosphere. I will be back again, thank you for a lovely evening.

RECOMMEND We had the fixed price buffet meal. Good value 5/6 courses for £22. + Food cooked to order + Wide range of menu choices + Good quality food + Friendly service + Fine to order 2nd or 3rd servings of your favourite dishes + Includes deserts + Nice clean interior - Prawns on the menu but no fish - Limited vegetables (mostly mushroom, onion and beansprouts). Would have preferred wider mix OVERALL a great meal and we will return !!

I have used them before and had no problems, but I ordered a few beef dishes they where all undercooked and had no flavour. I called up to complain and didn't get any apology just very poor and bad customer service. The lady I spoke to said I couldn't order from them again and was very rude to me on the phone and in person

To eat in is absolutely brilliant and for £22 you can get all you can eat. We arrived at 6-30pm and didn't leave until 10-15pm due to the volumes of food they kept bringing out. It hurts me to say though a couple of weeks later I ordered a take away from here which came very quickly but the quality of food wasn't good. The food was cold and they had missed the sauce on one of the meals with cold chips. If you are on an evening out I would recommend here but if you are getting a take away I wouldn't recommend it.

My meal tonight was the best Chinese I have had in the past 40 years, and I have eaten many, including meals in Hong Kong!!! Would recommend number 47 it's definitely worth a try. Thank you. G Pownall

Ordered food tonight. They missed my daughters chips off the order which is what age asked for only to be told we are sorry for the mix up but it will be about an hour for them to get to us!!! It's only chips. An hour wait is ridiculous when it's there fault will not be using you again

Good customer service and good covid safe atmosphere. The food was on the whole good quality, but small portions for a buffet for 11. Very poor value for money. Not worth the extra service charge of £33 added to our bill. Not going back or recommending I'm afraid . Quite disappointed.

Utterly tasteless, beef chilli no kick or heat to it and the Singapore noodles not only no kick or heat it was like eating just boiled noodles, no flavour whatsoever, I've tasted better chow meins from other restaurants/take aways. First and last time I will go there, and we picked that one as it looked better from the outside and more professional, looks like that they spent all their money on that and had none spare for spices!!!!

Same fantastic food as "in house" and always delivered quickly. Really looking forewards to eating there again!

Had mixed hors d’oeuvres to start and a number of dishes for six. Food great, not too much sauce but enough. Batter on King Prawns crispy. Egg fried rice an Singapore fried rice both good. A great family treat.

This is a fairly average local chinese. Some of the dishes are quite nice but several of them are awful. We live locally and order a take away possibly once every other month. The chow mein is truly awful. When I asked what the sauce with the chow mein was I was informed it was a 'grey' sauce!! Simarly when I tried the large spring roll I had to spit it out and throw it in the bin. However several dishes are quite nice (I enjoy the Szechuan dishes particularly) and as it is sadly the best of all the local chinese takeaways I carefully choose from just a few trusted dishes. My advice would be to try a few dishes and see if you can find some you can eat. Or travel further afield to get better quality.It is a shame as there are many excellent Chinese restaurants and Chinese takeaways in Hampshire.

I have eaten here 5 times now. I have never had a bad meal. The food and the service are always first class.

Had another takeaway, and once again it was perfect. Only had half a portion of the sweet and sour chicken balls (5 pieces), which was more than enough.

Went last night arrived was made to feel welcome staff were accomadating, very polite, I have a nut allergy and they explained what I could and couldn't eat in detail. Lovley food, all food was hot and wasn't waiting around for it for to long. Very very happy and would go back. Thank you for the experience 😁😁

This place has gone downhill. We have been visiting twice a year for a good few years but won't be returning. Service was slow, dishes and cutlery forgotten. Food was also not as it used to be. No apology was offered.

Pancake chips y salsa de curry.Costo 31.Los 2 arroces faltan de nuevo. Llamé y la señora me preguntó si los quería. Yo estaba como sí, por favor, forman parte de la comida. Sin embargo, cuando comenzamos a comer las bolas de pollo y el pollo al limón mientras esperábamos. por los arroces estaban tibios.Cuando el conductor regresó, dijo mal otra vez. no entiendan que no están tan ocupados.Dije que sí, miedo.Le devolví las bolas de pollo y el pollo al limón. Le dije que habíamos intentado un poco y que estábamos tibios, así que por favor retírese. Contigo y pregunta. dama. a. Llámame. El sabor era increíble, solo la comida estaba fría.Asi que. con arroces faltantes y comida fría. Pensé que iba a recibir una llamada telefónica cortés.Qué equivocado estaba yo. Una simple llamada telefónica a. pedir disculpas. no solo tomé mi dinero y supliqué la mitad del pedido y la otra mitad indescifrable y fría?

Never had a bad meal here, eating in or takeaway. Friendly and efficient and the takeaway portion sizes are very good!

Para nuestro primer intento con esta comida china, probamos el menú fijo para 30 personas y un chow mein extra, y aunque no es horrible, no volveríamos. El pollo al limón tiene acidez central, y el resto. . ¡Como variados sabores de carne en agua! Si pudieran espesar las salsas, podría ser un poco más apetitoso. El chow mein simple estaba realmente quemado, pero las cebollas estaban prácticamente crudas. ¡Creo que la mitad de un paquete de Rennie saldrá con leche esta noche!

As a regular customer both for take away and eating in Chows always offers excellent food reasonably priced. If your feeling adventurous try the squid with salt and chilli it’s a thing of wonder.

Very good quality food and friendly family run

This was my first visit with a number of friends on a Monday, always view Buffets with suspicion as usually all laid and customers pick and choose not always appears to healthy. This was £17.80 for five course with a large selection of starters, followed by crispy duck, soup if require, main course chosen from menu and desert. It was all prepared fresh and served the starter on a large platter with selection, well presented and hot, all food served and fresh, repeating myself, good service and attentive staff,

La primera y la última vez para ordenar desde este lugar. Habíamos estado en el día pagado por adelantado y charlado con el propietario, parecía un tipo agradable. Pedí sacar, durante un tiempo específico ya que teníamos planes, llegó media hora tarde, lo perseguí un par de veces para encontrarme con una camarera "cabeza de aire" que claramente no tenía ni idea, con muy pocas habilidades sociales y telefónicas , indicando que estaban muy ocupados, y que la comida estaba en camino. . ¡No me interesa que tengas un contrato conmigo a las 8 pm para entregar mi comida que ya había pagado! ! El gerente no fue libre de conversar conmigo sobre mi queja. La comida estaba fría cuando la recibí y el conductor estaba en el lugar equivocado cuando me llamó. No te volveré a utilizar nunca más.

Desde que nos mudamos al área hace unos cinco años, hemos frecuentado Chows en muchas ocasiones. Buena comida recién hecha y un personal encantador. Usamos Chows para su comida para llevar y para cenar en el buffet y no tenemos quejas en absoluto. El servicio puede ser un poco lento a veces, pero es probable que esto se deba a que toda la comida se cocina a pedido y nos parece agradable pasar una noche en la que no se apresure en los cursos de comida. Hemos recomendado y tomado amigos en muchas ocasiones y ellos también aman la comida. Lo recomiendo a todos. 1 clase de calle.

Great food, reasonably priced and for take away orders the food is nearly always ready quickly. been going to Chow's for years now!

The Chinese we normal go to was closed so we tried this one. Friendly service food hot when I picked it up. Nice size portions and quite taste, not as good as our normal one but nice all the same.

So sorry to be let down, we were recommended Chows by a local and ordered for collection King prawn with Chinese Mushroom, Egg Fried Rice, Chicken with cashew nuts, Sweet and Sour Chicken balls. The Prawns and Mushrooms were swimming in MSG, you had to hunt for the egg in the rice and exactly 8 Cashew nuts, the prawn crackers were fine and sweet and sour chicken not to bad but had better, why cant they cook with out MSG it is disgusting ???

As usual we arrived at 7.45pm given to.e to settle in and look at the menu but we had our normal selection of starters mixed which was very nice followed by the duck then main course by the time you get your main course we only order small portion be a use of what we have eaten already food is excellent and so is the service prices are reasonable good night out

The food was bland. The Chilly Beef was too dark and looked burned. Also seems the correct ok noodles and just put your choice of meat on top so it’s not actually cooked into a sauce. The Sweet & Sour Pork Hong Kong Style was lumps of fat! The sweet and sour sauce itself was good.

We visited this small restaurant for a mid-week meal and discovered that they do a buffet for a great price. It's obviously a local secret gem. As they don't believe in waste, which we quite agree with, you can just order one set from the vast menu and then order again and again. You are just expected to eat what you order. The danger is to overdo it with the scrumptious starters and not leave room for the mains. One of our party is gluten free so the chef took our order personally and made everything perfect for them. Between us we found everything we ordered good. We particularly enjoyed the sizzling dishes.They don't rush you through it either, so we even managed to enjoy a sweet, which is only a choice of pineapple or banana fritters or ice creams. I was dubious because I've had heavy Chinese fritters before, but these were light as a feather and melted in the mouth. Enjoy!

Reasonable price but not impressed.

Have been getting takeaways from here for years and years and years. Have never dined in but the takeaways we have received have been exemplary and amazing eventhough they have taken a little too long, but they are always busy so I don't blame them.

Very friendly staff, 4 courses all you can eat from menu, there was 15 in group so a selection of starters were brought in and kept coming, soup was next although after the amount of starters some of us opted out, crispy duck was next, main courses again we ordered a selection and tried each other’s, desert was ice cream with different fritters, all in all very good and certainly didn’t need to eat for a while after it.

This was our second visit, as it is our friend's favourite. Although the food is consistently good the service is slow and haphazard. On our most recent visit we waited almost 40 minutes for our starters. The restaurant was not over busy and there were a few takeaway orders. There were long waits between courses. One of our group ordered a dessert which took almost 20 minutes to arrive. We refused teas and coffees as we would probably still been waiting for them gone 11.00pm.

We went in here just on the off chance the decor is a bit dated and not much atmosphere. So a little bit of money could do with spending.

We have had many meals delivered and they have been ok but tonight the meal was awful so bland and watery. The plastic container probably had more flavour!

This has been our Chinese takeaway of choice,for many years, and we occasionally eat in the restaurant,especially for family birthdays etc. The buffet is superb,though the starters are so delicious,we sometimes forget to leave room for the other courses. Highlights for us are the satay chicken skewers and the deep fried king prawns,but we've never had a dish that didn't delight.

Extremely rude staff and manager. When asked for a refund I was told to return all my food and felt very intimidated by the delivery staff.

awful place. gave us the wrong order in the first place, then when we asked for our correct order back they didn't give us one of our dishes. food was then delivered cold and once again one of the dishes was incorrect. when asked for a refund the manager told us they wouldn't deliver to us again and told us we would have to give all the food back in order to get our money back. very disappointed.

No es el típico buffet! Todo está cocinado. El tiempo extra para comer 5 platos bien merece la pena. Recuerda que el primer plato puede llenar así dejar espacio para los platos principales.

Intenté después de nuestro habitual chows dinastía china me dieron una calificación de 1 (los estándares de la comida! ! ! ). Disfrutamos de un número de platos entre nosotros y experimentado sin problemas! La comida era deliciosa y el tamaño de las porciones.

Every other wednesday six of us get together for a meal out , this Wednesday we went to our favourite chinese restaurant not a very big place but clean and tidy food is very good and price is reasonable staff are very helpful and friendly we frequent chow dynasty once every two months and have been doing so for the last five years the staff change but the quality of the food hasnt

My favourite of all the chinese places in the area. Mr and Mrs Chow will ensure you have a great meal! Definitely save room for duck!

We regularly have takeaways and visits Chows but last night food and service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for our lovely waitress Nicole, smiling and attentive. All staff friendly, restaurant clean and welcoming.The food was 5* Went to the early bird buffet, all you can eat for £15.50. Everything was tasty, hot and plenty of it. Thank you all

Best Chinese I've had in a long time .

Live close ? Want a take away or a quality restaurant at a very reasonable price ? Look no further. The food variety is impressive, speed of service fantastic, staff are friendly and helpful. We have visited here many times and return monthly or order out both which are a great experience. Recommend to all.

Have been visiting Chow's Dynasty for many years and it never fails to impress. Last evening we visited with my daughter and her husband to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time. The food was as amazing as it always is and the service was faultless,despite being very busy. The staff presented the birthday cake which I had sneaked in the day before and they added candles and some music to sing 'happy birthday' to him. Overall extremely enjoyable and excellent value for money. Can't wait to return.

I always order my Chinese from this restaurant, the food is so good with such a wide variety of menu. The food has always been delivered quick, fresh and hot, and I have never had a problem with them. The staff are lovely too and very friendly.

It was clean and it was tasty. The young man that is the waiter there has quality banter. The buffet is a brilliant price and a complete value for money. It is however better then there takeaway which over the past couple of years has got worse in my opinion. But overall you can't fault the place!!!

We order food - it arrived and was disgusting, took it back and even the sales assistant said she wouldn't eat it - requested refund - the "hero" in the back, supposed to be the owner, sent a message out via his assistant to say "if you don't like it don't come back" - looking at your reviews we won't be - go to "Wok this Way" instead.

Love the menu here which regularly comes home or is enjoyed at the restaurant. Friendly welcome, Sunday buffet is very good
