We were a walking group of 16, we pre-ordered our lunches. The staff were fantastic, drinks ordered and delivered swiftly, food started to arrive less than 10 minutes of walking through the door. All piping hot and tasty. Overall a very good experience

They let me go in the kitchen and see a cool cheese wheel. Amazing food I had pizza and I will definitely be coming back.

Found on TripAdvisor, it's inside a Chinese grocery shop and is much better than it appears from the outside. The food is at good prices especially with deals. The portions are large and filling and the food is delicious. Staff are helpful. You may have to ask them to serve starters and mains separately but that wasn't a problem for us. No complaints, really enjoyed and would revisit.

Absolutely stunning Chinese, which these days is hard to find. They even left us a nice note with a menu to say that it would be cheaper for us to get takeaway and collect because the delivery apps take such a high fee, but sadly i don’t drive. However it’s worth the price because it’s so good we’ve even ordered again tonight! The Vegetarian Mock Chicken in sweet and sour sauce is the best meat alternative we’ve had. All the food tastes really fresh and well seasoned. We’re going to eat in soon it’s that good here

Mixed feelings overall. I ordered the chicken wrap with a side of loaded fries however I asked for no jalapeños to be put on the fries as they make me quite ill. My party’s meals all came together in a timely manner however my loaded fries came with jalapeños. When I flagged it the young waiter anxiously went back to the kitchen and returned saying ‘we can just pick them out for you’ which seemed rather careless. I asked for a fresh one to be made which they agreed to and at the end they took money off our drinks for the trouble which is more than fair. At the end I got an apology from who I think was one of the kitchen staff themselves too which was good. As far as the rest of my order goes, the chicken wrap was tiny so if you’re looking for something substantial maybe order something else. I will say though that the other two people I was with very much enjoyed their meals so I think it was just me who had the short straw this time. We were offered coffee at the end by a rather abrasive waitress who rudely responded to my partner with a ‘YER WHAT?!’ When she asked if there were any dairy free milk alternatives. ‘No we got nothin like that’ she said loudly in a rather flippant manner to which we were rather perplexed by as there is a whole separate vegan menu. All in all the place seemed to be very clean with a nice atmosphere however I did feel at times like the staff were kind of in a rush to get you sat down, fed and out of there asap.

Fabulous food. Good range of SE Asia/Chinese food as well as beer, wine and cocktails. Friendly staff. Tables nicely spaced so evwryone can come and go with ease enough and able to chat at the table, without needing to shout

“Ice Paradise delivered the biggest and juiciest burger I’ve ever eaten—the Texas Chicken Burger! It was truly the highlight of the meal and absolutely delicious. The burger alone made the visit worth it. The nuggets portion was also impressive and definitely good value for money. However, I was a bit let down by the falooda. It was more like ice cream with vermicelli and lacked the traditional falooda sharbat, which is a key ingredient for that authentic flavor. On a positive note, the ambiance of Ice Paradise is super cute, with a cozy and romantic vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. Another big plus is the option to swap the soft drink in your meal with a milkshake, which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall, if you’re after a big, juicy halal burger and a fun, cozy atmosphere, Ice Paradise is a great spot to visit. Just be mindful if you’re ordering the falooda, as it may not be what you expect.

First visit here Saturday afternoon. Very busy place, can see why. After looking at the extensive menu, the manager recommended a few dishes. I opted for the sticky honey and chilli wings for starters, followed by the mango chicken breast with rice. I also ordered curried goat to take away. Omg, the flavours popped in your mouth. Service was fast, didn’t have to wait longer than 8 minutes for food to arrive. Pretty good seeing as they were very busy. More seating upstairs. Highly recommend this gem of a place. Prices are reasonable too.

The best dog friendly cafe in the lakes. Gorgeous food and the warmest welcome. This is our go to place when walking in the north lakes. All of the food always hits the spot but the cakes are just gorgeous!
