Great service. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. The food was good value for money and very tasty. This was our first visit. Will definetly be returning.

Ordered online through the FoodHub website and ended up waiting 2 hours for cold food. We rang several times to ask where it was after the first hour and we were told we had given the wrong address, but when checked our email confirmation, our address is right. So we rang again and they said that the driver had to go back to the restaurant and he will be on his way soon. We waited another 25 minutes and rang again, they said he is almost there. The guy turned up on a bike... then he didn't even know if the order was paid or not so he had to phone the restaurant and ask. While we were stood out in the street, holding cash to give him. Finally we got our food but when opened, it's the wrong order. We ordered rice shawarma mix and chicken shawarma mix. We had the shawarma mixes but no chips and no rice but a random chicken and chips wrap. We gave up at this point and just ate it. We're starving and tired. Honestly, we ordered from here because we had such a good order last time, food was delicious and deliver was quick. This time, the food is cold, order wrong, delivery was slow and the customer service on the phone was shocking.

Loved the stay hear , don’t understand any reason for complaining , yes it ain’t the Hilton but it has everything for the money they ask if not happy the pay more for a better hotel . Al be back next week Davy x

Hi I'm a regular at the Black Truffle in Seaham... I pop in with friends for coffee and sometimes a nice cake or 2 .... the staff are great... very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The food is 2nd to none and fairly priced and would recommend a visit. You can also get your drinks to go...

It’s nice to have another choice of pub in the area. The lager is well priced and the chef is excellent. She has vast experience having worked at Marcellos for years, her Dad owned it. The pub is getting a bad rap for certain things but these are things that occur in every pub so I think it’s really unfair to have a go about it. You can go in any pub toilet in the country and people making sounds that resemble someone suffering from hay fever shall we say. On the whole it’s a good local boozer like any other. It’s dog friendly and it’s a family local. Just a shame people seem hell bent on giving it a bad name.

As I didn't go for a meal I won't answer that part. The Line Dancing crowd a real canny group of girls, soon to become friends as I've joined the weekly group. I walk over with a friend of mine from our village. Club can last couple of hours. It's not often I walk nearly 12000steps a day!

My son and his friends (aged 14) went to Fabio’s on Tuesday for a special treat. As they are teenagers and don’t have much money, they made sure that they arrived for ‘Happy Hour’. However, when they proceeded to order, they were told that they were 1 minute late for Happy Hour and had to pay full price!!!! Taking advantage of teenagers is not a good look! They will not be returning and neither will I. There are lots of alternative restaurants in Chester le street that value young people and their custom. Very poor behavior from Fabio’s.

Order 2 sub meals online, they never bothered to toast them and my wedges where warm with cold patch’s so they clearly wasn’t cooked properly and I got completely different crisps to what I ordered, this ended up being the downfall of my relationship with my ex

Fantastic service and lovely coffee. Very helpful as my dog got out of her harness, spilling all our coffee everywhere, and ran off towards the road... they got us fresh coffee and were very understanding and lovely. Definitely recommend.

Tried the new cocktail and food offering was absolutely lush.

Lovely time with family. We had a few pints and cocktails before we went for an Indian meal.

Got special curry and chips tasteless absolute rubbish won't be going back

the stake was so tuff it was difficult to cut and eat had to leave it very poor quality it was the same last time I was there won't be going again
