Well the service was not bad they got things wrong with the order had to order at the bar the bar maids were friendly it just a pity the other customers weren’t as nice

came out last minute and I was really impressed by the selection of drinks! The new food menu is really nice and the staff are fantastic.

Popped in on the way past for some lunch and it was lovely. The flat breads are just the right size for lunch and packed with flavour.

They were very busy but the staff stayed professional and friendly. Food came out quicker than expected and was very tasty

Absolutely disgusting .. food was gross.. and the toilets were horrific .. actual poo on the floor!!!!! It was also hotter than the depths of hell itself!

I hadn't been in this pub for 7 years and it will be another 7 years before I go again,,sulky barmaid who didn't know how to pull a pint of Guinness and when I mentioned it she blamed the pumps,,Guinness was cold but lifeless,,ordered a side order of chips on the app and thay were in front of me before I put phone do,,looked nice and then I put one in my mouth,,still frozen,not cooked properly,,other chips ordered from other people were ok,,

Visited this pub for some lunch and drinks met by a very lovely bubbly barmaid who's was polite and professional we had drinks then we ordered food. Food was hot and tasty quick service all staff 10/10 lovely pub lovely atmosphere

First Impressions aren’t great with the amount of pot holes leading into the car park circled with yellow paint making it worse as this means the business are filly aware but don’t care enough to do anything about it. The tables where sticky I had to get a spray and cloth of the bar to clean the table, food was ok desserts came out wrong,

always a good time , staff are always considerate to what you need ....will continue to come back , been on a few occasions and always the same service , a go to place

Amazing food complients to the cheif was several of us and all out food came together. Steaks where cook how ppl wanted it and swaps where made with out issues. No issues was to small or big Compliments the the x2 girls behind the bar we where well look after perfect food perfect service. Deffo be back soon Well done team piper

It's always perfect. Can't fault the staff or service. New xmas burger is good. Xmas hot dig good too if you like sprouts. Cheeky side of pigs in blankets??? Why not it's Christmas after all.

Once again brilliant service from the staff at the pied piper. Friendly and warm welcome every time. Food is perfectly cooked and piping hot. Even had a cheeky game of bingo while I was there yesterday. 100% will be back.

Rock N Roll Bingo was a great night. On every last Friday of the month. The host Dannielle is great. Our whole group had a great time. Will definitely be back again for the next one

No food on again , regular occurrence, the gossip on grapevine is rife , some tables feel like there’s grime on them as if not cleaned properly , and can only speak on ladies toilets they are GRIM !

Brilliant service as always. Steph and the team certainly know how to make you feel welcome. The food was lovely. Waited a bit as it was busy (but busy tells me it's popular and good!). Food came out piping hot and certainly was sizzling. Desserts came out almost immediately after ordering, and the new cocktails are bang on. We'll done guys you have return business from me.

Excellent food, cooked to perfection. It's not often I clear my plate, but I certainly did on this occasion! Lovely, approachable and friendly staff too, which is always a bonus!

I’ve been to Sizzler pubs before but this was my first visit to this location. Overall friendly staff and clean environment but oh my god the food!!! Waiting in a restaurant with 2 young children is hard enough but when food takes an hour (not advised the waiting time) to get to the table it’s unbearable. I’m unsure why they asked me how I liked my steak cooked because it seems they completely ignore this and give you something that represents Mother Teresa’s flip flop. Was hoping the hostess would pop by the table to give the usual ‘is everything ok?’ But unfortunately not. Due the worry of another hour waiting for a replacement steak we decided not to make a scene and left, firmly deciding not to be returning again.

Super service. staff and food ….. recommend 100% gold star all round ….., get yourself there !!!!! Now !!!!!!

The pied piper is a great place to relax .we had a meal and the service was first class the staff where brilliant always willing to help nothing was to much for them and service always with a smile. I wouid truly recommend the pied piper to anyone please try it .

Decided last minute to go out for a bite to eat, rang on the way to book a table, spoke to a guy called Alan, he booked us in over the phone and greeted us at the door.Alan couldn't of been more helpful if he tried, explaining, then helping us to download the very convenient order from the table app, even went to prep the drinks whilst us oldies wrestled with our newfound technology thingamyjig! In my recent experience, quite a few businesses and/or employees like to use COVID 19 as an excuse for shoddy customer service, but not Alan and the Pied Piper, I will definitely recommend and will definitely be going here again 10/10.I should also mention that the food was top notch too.Thank you Alan.
