I’m so disappointed with staff on this branch at ware ,I walked In I ask to use toilet before I order my coffe and lady speak to me she was very very rude and unprofessional.didnt let me to use toilet she forcet me to bay Something to have access to use toilet always can’t use it very disrespectful unprofessional I went out I had coffe different branch . .costa menager i should train her to do more costumer service and make her to learn to treat people with respect and being respectful.

Good for a drink but don’t bother with the food. Long wait- over an hour- and the food is awful. The Mac & Cheese was disgustingly.

We went for the cocktail master class and it was an amazing experience, I would recommend to everyone. David was amazing, we all had such a good time.

We enjoyed the lunch and tea but service was dreadful. Very unfriendly and rude. For the price of the lunch we would have expected far quicker service and some gratitude from the service staff. Won’t be returning to the Bishops Stortford branch any time soon. Disappointing.

Worst Dominos going, don't even bother

Ordered takeaway online and paid. Then received an email saying that they were too busy to take new orders. Upon calling them they said they are closed. Still not received refund. Do not take peoples money for a service you cannot provide. Not to mention false advertising stating that they were open but actually not. Severely disappointing service which resulted in my family not getting food that evening.

Extremely disappointing experience with this pizza shop. They charged me for extra items like dips but failed to provide them. When I called to address the issue, the staff admitted their mistake but were incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. Their attitude was unacceptable, showing no basic courtesy or customer service skills. I would strongly advise against ordering from here, as they take your money without fulfilling the order properly. Avoid this place

I purchased 1 x medium cod , 1 portion chicken nuggets and 1 x sausage in batter. Only 1 large chips to share and curry sauce and mushy peas . £29 later ….OMG what a rip off!!

This is the greatest chicken shop in the world. I love it and there has not been a single time when I have not enjoyed it. Me, my friends and my dad all love chicken and we all think this place is better than KFC. I would walk all the way across the world to get this beautiful, succulent and scrumptious huckleberry chicken.

We arrived on time and got our table which was close to a door saying toilets! The food is very average to terrible like eating rubber! No customer service they are all away with the fairies! Would not return under no circumstances, would not recommend and not value for money!

This is my go to coffee shop in both Hertford and Ware as I don't do big chains but, I have to admit their cups are tiny and would be classified as small everywhere else. For £3.95, the cup should be slightly bigger.
