Domino's Pizza - Ware in East Hertfordshire

Do NOT order from this store online. They take your money and don't deliver. Still not got a refund and the manager abi is an absolute disgrace. Rude as anything. I've used this store for years but not no more. Will never use dominos again. Terrible service, even worse management. Also not interested in a reply on here saying go to pizza feedback rubbish. Sort your store and staff out instead of leaving useless feedback on Google. Again even the online team are robots and are as useless as the store

Spent £100+ here for the pizzas to be late. I couldn't order over the phone to a venue and the telephone person was rude. Tbh go somewhere else.

Even with the price cut its still way too expensive for every day people 3 pound for delivery is bad and really annoying because i wanna order but i pick what i want go to checkout and see i have to pay £27 for 2 items. You can't get medium pizza an 14 bits of chicken and a garlic bread pizza. The hole price slice is a con. I haven't and will not buy domino's again until they do a double price slice the hole reason there doing price slice is cus people cant afford it and they know it. My new pizza place is (All in one pizza) very good prices. For square pizza £20 and you can pick 4 corners so your getting 4 small pizzas basically. The end domino's is for rich customers.

Pretty poor as usual. The garlic bread had barely any cheese or sauce on again. Chicken strippers undercooked pizza under cooked all the toppings are almost raw as is the base. Just about edible. Everything just thrown togeather quickly with not much care or attention. Not going to bother again. Shame it can be good when those in charge put the effort in with the food.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza over the phone for collection. picked it up, got home, turns out its a margarita. rung up, drove all the way back for a new pizza, got the pizza, poorly made more dough than cheese and had something on top of it. apparently a “mushroom”, then had to wait another 15 minutes for a new pizza, 20 miles of fuel wasted along with 45 minutes of my life. check your pizza before you go anywhere if you order from here. very poor experience from this dominoes, wont be returning.

If you enjoy cheese on your pizza then don't come here lol! Awful dry pizza

Dirty covers on computer keyboards at counter. One had cling film wrapped round it. Had to ask 3 times for a receipt. Male staff member on the counter spoke terrible English and was very hard to understand. He also handled money and card payments/card machine etc and then went and handled dough, with bare hands and without washing them. Rest of staff all working in silence. Miserable team and miserable atmosphere. Pizza was average. Would not return.

Honestly, should of known better. Do not order from these if you want your pizza hot or on time. This is now the third time in a row I’ve had this experience with this specific store in Ware. Order my pizza via the app, given a 30 - 35 min delivery time. At 45 mins I decide to call and I’m greeted on the phone, explain what’s gone on and I’m questioned if I’ve got the delivery time from the app… I explain that I had where I’m then laughed at and told never to believe what’s on there. I ask how much longer, lots of noise gesturing before I’m finally told probably another 30 mins due to only having one driver but my Pizzas ready and sitting there. Pizza finally turns up after 90 minutes, stone cold with zero apology or acknowledgement. That’ll be the last order from me, a number of other places to order Pizza from in Ware that’ll I go in future.

My son ordered a Pizza meal for me , the time given for delivery was 30 mins , order arrived 1hr 10 mins later . The pizza was cold , chicken strips were good , but no Diet Coke that should have been delivered with the order . I called the Ware Domino’s and was told they were short of drivers and that a manager would call to arrange a free of charge replacement or a voucher . Still waiting for the call …

Pizzas/sides took a long time to be delivered. The driver didn't look happy or even tried to smile. The food was all undercooked and cold and we had to put into our own oven. Won't be rushing back

Amazing pizza always been a fan of dominos and this place did not disappoint. Customer service girl Olivia was very helpful and friendly and delivered a first class service. Would 100% recommend and was majority down to the excellent standards of customer service which were displayed.

Ordered from this branch at 7pm for delivery. Phoned the store at 9pm just to enquire about the order. Was told that its on it way and that they were understaffed. No issue I can wait a bit longer. 10:30 pm, I phone again asking for a refund. Was told the driver was out for delivery with the pizza. After a few back and forth discussions that this was not OK it was agreed that I would recieve a refund and that it would take 7 days to process. No issue. I was asked to explain this to the driver, who never showed up. Just figured that the store informed the driver not to come and that it had been cancelled. We are now a couple of weeks later and the refund has not been processed. The issue is not the money. The issue is the lying to the customers and just a massive waste of time. I'm not angry, I'm disappointed.

Worst store on earth. Had an issue with the system but let me order and drive half an hour to collect, waited 10 minutes and then tell me there’s a problem and they can’t process orders. Think it’s about time for new staff in this place! If this lot had a brain they would be dangerous 😂

Can't beat Domino's. We've always had fast, friendly service here. Edit April 2021: We have pizza from here about 4 times a year and always have good service, with friendly delivery people and hot, fresh pizza, and always on time or in good time when though we live on the outskirts of Ware Rural. Can't fault the service.

How difficult is it to get the right toppings on a pizza ?? Lets see if the refund goes through.. Very disappointed..

Every time I order extra cheese it doesn't come with extra cheese, so I have to call back to get another pizza. 3 times in a row now.

Pizza's were average at best. Order was wrong when picked up, when we returned to pick the correct order, they offered a free drink and even got that wrong too.

No morals what so ever, I live close to the take away and have just had a new born baby. My partner asked a driver just sitting in his car if she could park there to allow her to get the baby inside as there was no other spaces and he could park at the side as he was staying in his car like many of the vehicles do if they are sitting in the cars. He refused to the point where we are arguing over it. In my eyes any descent person would have just moved across. These are the kind of people they employ? Thanks for distressing my partner and baby.

I'm not sure if anyone including the manager in this shop has a brain. We have ordered 3 times from here and yet everytime they get the crusts wrong. How hard is it to take an order....

Pizza arrived cold and stale looking after a 90 minute wait, usually much better so a real shame.

Had problems in the past with ware branch & not used for years. Had use them as my usual place was shut. No change as all 3 pizzas were not right, no one said they liked them. I will not be going back again.

I would rate this takeaway/restaurant 1/5 The one star purely for the taste of the pizza. More over this is an extremely poorly run dominos. Manager (Ryan) f*ing and blinding at staff in front of lots of customers Ignoring customers, Another member of team Ellie Also swearing all over the place teaming up with the manager and actually victimising and bullying a younger member of staff blaming him for things she was doing then laughing with the manager. Absolutely shocking service. Ordered some pizzas tonight and was quoted 47 mins for delivery. I called the shop after almost an hour and was told it would be at least another 1.5 hours before delivery. The manager was very unsympathetic and stated that they had no control over the online ordering system that quoted the expected delivery time. How ridiculous is it to have wait over 2.5 hours for a pizza. Fortunately Papa Johns saved the day and they were almost half the price. Papa Johns from now on.

I’ve been regularly ordering from here. I’ve had double payment taken. Hung up on twice, MANY MANY rude drivers. Had one driver make me walk to his car to go get my order. (He also called me on the phone and told me to hurry up) Had another driver just now- instead of ringing my doorbell or even knocking on the door.... he instead continuously slammed the door on my METAL mail slot open & shut over and over. It’s 11pm at night and HES SLAMMING MY MAIL SLOT DOOR OPEN AND SHUT CONTINUOUSLY. When I answered the door and asked why he didn’t just ring the doorbell or knock... he replied “because I can just do that.” I called Dominoes immediately to make a complaint (called multiple times) and there was no answer. I’m done using Dominos. I’d rather order with Papa Johns now because the customer service here is horrible. The drivers are the absolute worst. If you want a driver with an attitude, a driver who tells you to hurry up and come get your order from their car, or a driver who slams your mail slot open and shut and 11pm at night instead of just knocking or ringing the doorbell.... THEN THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU. Absolute joke this place is. Normally I don’t even write reviews. But there’s no other way I can seem to get through to this place. I haven’t received an email back and when I called- I just got told to wait 3 days for the refund to come back through(WHICH IT DIDNT) & then hung up on. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DONT ORDER YOUR FOOD FOR DELIVERY. PICK UP IS MUCH BETTER.

Been a dominos customer for years used to be a really good branch now is terrible and the manager is rude ordered cini dippers as part of my order it came with no dip to start with so they sent another dip out when it came it was completely open rang back up to speak to the manager and she was rude saying she wasnt going to send the driver back for the third time and basically said i was lying after 5 mins of arguing with her she agreed to send another one the driver came back and was rude to saying I'm not going to have to come back again am I Absoletly disgusting service

Worst service ever, ordered at 9 now 1/4 to 11 and having to drive to get my pizza. Total waste of time and money, will never use again. Just got here to collect and they tell me to come back tomorrow for a refund as they aren't cooking anymore. Bunch of total retards. Why couldn't they answer the phone 5 times over the last hour and a half?

Only giving a 1 star due to see there bike driver going down ware high street making a drop off pizza and using his mobile phone driving my god plus this is school time kick out time putting not just his life at risks but the school kids .so bad sort your drives out

I have previously had really really bad experience with this particular Dominos they constantly got the order wrong and recently I waited over two hours for pizza and everything will time I rang to see how long it would be they hung up I rang about 10 times and they always hang up it’s completely ridiculous I did I need to hire more staff to deliver or not offer it

I ordered online at 7:46pm. It’s now 10:13pm and it hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried calling but no one is answering. Terrible customer service.

One of the better outlets I have tried in the chain. On collection found the staff friendly and efficient although they do change on a regular basis. On delivery the drivers always cheerful and a quick service (I order on line) Never had a problem Might have been tempted to give a 5* rating but being partly Italian myself and eaten pizza in Italy (Simply the Best pizza in the world) I couldn't. Recommend

every time i am dissapointed have had a medium delivered in the past and cut and pushed apart too look like the large ive ordered ! and this pizza that was £25 with the extras looked no more than £5 ! no mushrooms because they run out even tho they charged me ! no extra cheese and 3 tiny bits off tandory chicken on a cold small pizza! rubish

The Pizza is great but the staff are a nightmare, they never answer the phone so you have to go there, order and wait.

It's different food and service from 2016. Just try you will be happy

Every time I order from this particular dominos restaurant I open the boxes waiting for something to be wrong! Often mess up simple orders for example missing out stuffed crust, or using tomato base instead of BBQ, when you don't like the dominos tomato sauce this is something that ruins the pizza and then your sat waiting 40 minutes for a replacement while everyone else is eating!!! One time we even received an open pot of Ice cream!!! Yes seriously, a half eaten pot of Ben and Jerrys cookie dough!! Appalling service! Unfortunately it is the only dominos nearby so if we want pizza its the only option!!! Arghh!!!

The standards of this franchise's food they allow to go out is appalling.
