The worst food I have had in a long time. Everything tasted like it was cooked in old oil and the duck was something I have never tasted before I had to spit it out. Don’t order from here.

I love ordering from From China, consistently great food and good delivery experience (my flat is hard to find and they always find it!).

Once our favorite Chinese place was closed, we tried to find another place that’d make as good food as they used to make. And this is the one! Love the food. Delivery was quick. Everything arrived hot.

Very bad Telephone Etiquette Tyrone seems to be the manager and has very bad customer service skills and telephone etiquette. We've been ordering from 'From China' for many years and the food was of a very good quality. However, recently on two consecutive occassions experienced food poisoning with the King Prawn fried rice. When we complained, it was not received very well. We are yet to receive the refund which they promised to process immediately. This review is for the bad telephone etiquette they possess as a team.

Resturant manager needs to attend a customer service course to get the knowledge of how to handle customer complaints. When a customer complaints He never listen... trying to speak over the customer. No apologie given to the customer. He really should do some professional customer service course so he could educate himself how to treat valuable customers who are the key of any business. Without customers buying their food they will not have a Resturant to run. So good customer service is a must specially for a chineese resturant.

Bland I’ve cooked better cooking my own duck etc. expensive for the quality of ingredients ie chicken . Better off going restaurant at these prices. Wouldn’t use again only used because they served won tong soup and a lot never.

Popped in yesterday for takeaway as a first-timer, and was so glad I did. Service was very friendly, and food was outstanding. I can safely say that the Singapore noodles was the best I've tasted - and I've tried a few! Chips were also very good, as chips go. I'm actually having the second half of the noodles now, and it's delicious. Looking forward to going back there very soon, top notch!

Lovely fresh food. The spare ribs were particularly good with lots of meat on them and in a delicious barbecue sauce. The spicy salted squid was was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were generous.

Really enjoyed my meal, hot and cooked to my liking.

The food was nice however the crispy noodles were too dry and not enough sauce. We ordered capital spare ribs and they sent us ribs with no sauce. The house special crispy noodles was mostly chicken.

Crispy chilli beef FROZEN in places, prawns in chow mein were translucent and tasted eggy, absolutely the worst order I've had from these guys and I'll not be ordering from them again.
