So it was late and no one contacted me to ell me it was delivered, I had to find out by opening the front door door and find it hanging on the handle, when I ate it I found it fairly cold if not just cold, it was all soggy cause it had sweat through, overall not a good option, comes down to the driver, this needs to be addressed.

Delicious Turkish BBQ cooked over coals, giving the chicken a rich, smoky flavour. The takeaway is slightly pricey but includes the same high-quality sides and attention to detail as dining in. The bulgur wheat is perfectly cooked, infused with a tomato base and a hint of spice.

Oh Dear I had some hi expectations and to be fair I didn’t take enough pictures as it was only after we had started the food that it was apparent that this was not a great place to eat. £23 mixed kebab - 3 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of lamb … seriously ? Chips - Arrived 5 mins after the mains and were not cooked... semi raw. Clearly not cooked at the same time Starters - the didn’t have half the items when we were ordering..... which was a shame . Starters were nice - the bullet chillis are not for the faint hearted !! Won’t be back though . Not good value at all . And the toilets ?? Oh dear , nuff said

Hi, i had a takeout collection, the food was very bland, chewy and lack any sort of flavour. Iv had many takeouts before in the cheshire area, and most are just decent and good. However i was very very disappointed with the food here, it shouldnt be this bad!!! Honest to god, they got the simple stuff wrong.

A excellent Turkish restaurant..recommended by a neighbour and lived up to expectation. Their sea food platter was awesome and their mixed starter (shared) was so tasty.

I popped into Milkshake Factory in Stoke‑on‑Trent and was met by a really friendly young staff member who greeted me with a smile and even offered a quick taste test. I went for the Luxury Biscoff Cake shake—rich, creamy, with just the right crunch from the biscuit crumbs and a light cakeswirl. It arrived in under five minutes, perfectly blended and beautifully presented. Quick service, great recommendation, and a seriously delicious shake—highly recommend!

Brilliant kebab shop - never disappointed with the quality of the food and the friendly staff! Would highly recommend the chicken kebab and the salad is delicious!

Unfortunately this restaurant cannot cope with large bookings. Firstly to mention the food, it wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t the best either. I had feta triangles to start and they were greasy and lacked filling. I had the Ottoman casserole for main and it was quite bland. But more importantly, the chefs forgot to cook the main meals for 7 people out of our group. 3 of them left early as they didn’t want to wait and the rest were told after around 1.5 hours of waiting that they hadn’t even started them. It was a shambles and it ruined a 40th birthday meal.
