Rang up to find out about my order, they couldn't have been nicer despite being under pressure. Lovely pizzas.

The food and delivery was brilliant

Wow, I feel deceived by the previous reviews. I type this review from a different takeaway as I had to go out and get something else due to the ordered items being so bad! The base of the pizza smelt of bleach or similar chemicals - perhaps after clearing the pizza cooker? Inedible. Kebab meat was dry a rubbery. Awful. Chips were soggy and partially cooked. Really really disappointing. The salad was okay. Everything else went in the bin.

I didn’t get my order as there were problems with my location I was wondering when I will be refunded

Driver is normally always happy and welcoming 🙏 food is normally cooked wonderfully. Overall a great restaurant

The chicken kebab wraps were very tasty! Chips were a bit soggy though. Delivery was on time!

We had 2 pizzas thick horrible crust like bread completely devoid of taste very bland and zero garlic taste in the garlic bread never order from USA letchworth if you like food it was terrible

Food wasn’t quite what we ordered

I asked for no salad on both burgers and only chills for the kebha with chilli sauce and didn’t get any of it. Deffo won’t be ordering today

Food excellent, they couldn’t provide everything on the order but called and offered alternatives which was a nice touch.

Sorry to say it's not great, basically just like a frozen oven pizza. The garlic rolls were just dry crusts but the mozzarella sticks we're ok.

Best pizza we have ever had delivered and the fact it came from baldock was still piping hot we now won’t go any where else for pizza

Pizza tasted yummy everything nice and hot

Kebab looked like it had been deep fried, chicken burger was like a birdseye chicken fillet. These guys a usually spot on, but tonight was below par.

Never knew chips could be so hard & dry, pizza & chips both cold. Very disappointed

Great pizzas with great, fast service.

Chips were so hard there is no way they were freshly cooked and we were missing one portion. The coleslaw was not fresh either

The food was unfortunately awful. The pizza was cold and the chicken burger was...... I'm not even sure how to describe it. It was like it had been sitting out for ages and reheated repeatedly...... Or it was someone else's and they tried to fob it off on me 😅 but no, I won't be ordering again!

Very poor food, left over over cooked food. Had better food leaving a take away shop at 3am sober. Crispy kebab meat that has been under the light all night. So disappointing as it wasn’t cheap, and it wasn’t 3am in the morning! 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND!

Food piping hot tasty and not greasy at all delivery time bang on when due to come.

It was late. I had a time of 15.35-15.55 for delivery. It came at 16.25 and was cold.

I ordered strawberry ice cream and got delivered strawberry cheese cake ice cream instead, and the spicy chicken wings were far too hot for me to eat maybe that's just me.

Food yummy and so tasty, hot and just hit the spot. Driver friendly and everything grand.

Great food as always with speedy delivery

This has happened the last few times now. Only live 5 minutes away and it took an hour and a half to come from ordering. Staff member lied and said it was on its way when it wasn't and had to call back again.

Food late had to call restaurant to find out if it was coming Dough very heavy doesn't taste woodfired or homemade Dessert (banoffee pie) arrived frozen 😂 So many jalapeño peppers in the calzone it was hard to taste the other ingredients

Food was late but it’s the best pizza in the area! Never been disappointed by them.

These guys clearly can’t cope. It’s a Wednesday night, we live 5 minutes away, but our food was 45 minutes late and they just don’t answer the phone! Was about to just cancel when a super rude delivery guy finally turned up and didn’t even apologise. Yikes. Avoid avoid avoid. These guys shouldn’t be allowed on just eat.

Frustrating that we placed the order on the website (we had a voucher to redeem and you can’t redeem on the app). App said 30-40 mins wait, website said 1 hour and then it was 15 mins late. Not great for only 2 items. Food was warm when it arrived but not hot

Didn’t deliver over 1h, didn’t want to give money back as ‘they were extremely busy’ and didn’t indicate if they were still going to deliver or not. Did not pick up calls from us.

Still not received our order despite waiting an hour past the original delivery time before leaving this review not even sure they will deliver now as they are not answering calls either

Order was over a hour late, and the food was all cold. Spent over 35 pound for cold food, will not be returning here !!!!

First time ordered from just eat. The wood oven food was great when food arrived it was fifteen minutes early, there was loads of food it was piping hot would certainly order from The Wood oven again

There has been hiccups. I had a pregnancy craving for a lasagne and came across wood oven. It was late and they missed the chips and drink from my sons kids meal. However they quickly delivered the lost items and everything tasted amazing. Pregnancy craving satisfied and a happy son. Restaurant and delivery men were lovely. So I will order from them again :)

Pizzas good but peri peri is not very nice; not marinated long enough and missing lemon juice.

Ordered a 1.5ltr bottle of coke and was given a 1.25ltr bottle, when I rang I was told they don’t sell 1.5ltr bottles anymore even though they are on the app......

Food arrived 35 minutes late and was barley warm

We ordered two pizzas with a couple of sides and it was great value for money. The food arrived a little late but on new years eve that's totally forgivable! The pizzas were suprisingly good, and made a great change from dominos!

Will not order from here again!!!! Nothing was cooked properly and there was no point of asking what sauce you want on the chicken as they don’t even put any. Chips weren’t cooked and the pizza was very average.

Food was awful. I could have done a better job cooking frozen food from Iceland at home

Absolutely delicious and very friendly

Really very dull food. The pizza was on a pre made base and tasted like cardboard, the chips were cold but hard burnt into the container coating the base layer in plastic and the 'dips' were the wholesalers cheapest which you normally get for free. Overall disappointing and i wouldn't return. Somewhere called 'Wood Oven Kitchen' seriously needs to up their game.

Ordered A meat calzone and got a margarita pizza. Ordered two large cheesy chips and got one large cheesy chips and one plain small chips.

Very mediocre. The potato skins were ok, but apart from that very basic. Pizzas aren’t nice Neapolitan style you’d expect from wood fired.

Having accidentally ordered for collection called the restaurant and they kindly agreed to deliver. Pizza & mushrooms great as always

Other than being a bit late it was excellent. Very tasty pizza and the mushrooms were so flavoursome. Highly recommended. Will be ordering again soon.

Food was cold once arrived and pizza crust was way too overdone and just fell apart

Restaurant was lovely on the phone but this has got to be one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Save your money and buy a supermarket pizza as it’s honestly better. I had leaving this review but my husbands pizza had four tiny pieces of sausage on a medium pizza. My one wasn’t great with literally zero toppings. Guys you need to do better!!

Food was delivered late at 20.10pm even though email stated It would be here by 19.40pm and stone cold. chicken Nuggets was burnt and chocolate fudge cake tasted of garlic and cheese cake was frozen we phoned the restaurant and they was very rude and said we was lieing and put the phone down on us we phoned back but he said he's very busy and can't talk to us and put phone down again.

This is the second occasion where something from my order has been forgotten. Last time was a dessert and I thought ok these things happen (although they’re £2 odd!) but this time was a can of drink. Fair enough to the delivery driver for telling me at the door about it but the only thing he could offer me was that it would be given for free on my next order no refund.

The garlic rolls are literally just pizza base rolled up, the chips were average and the topping was ok, not enough topping and the base was like cardboard. Not great!

Terrible pizza. The base was like a badly reheated Dr Oetker. I seriously doubt they’ve been anywhere near a wood fire. Such a shame

This meal was really bad - not had anything quite so bad. Pizza was tasteless chips were inedible and all arrived Luke warm gave it one for food quality as I couldn’t give it zero

Delicious pizzas (would definitely recommend the veggie one with jalapenos!) and delivery time was great.

Missing some items I was charged for unfortunately, however Just Eat refunded me for the missing items, food however was delicious, just missing my favourite salad and dessert!
