Just ordered 2 kebabs for the first time, never used the place before! Fast delivery, food was piping hot, got the order spot on with the salads and sauces etc. And not a drop of grease anywhere!!! Well pleased 👍😁 will start using all the time now ☆☆☆☆☆

We regularly order from here, never had an issue with delivery usually here before stated time. Food is generally spot, i would choose their pizza over dominos. The price is reasonable aswell, we typically spend just under £20 for two of us.

The cleanest kebab shop I’ve ever been in! The lushest food! We even got to sample “potato surprise” I’ve never tasted a better potato. Service was really friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!

Ordered via phone a couple of weeks ago as the app didn’t have 1/4 pounder only no cheese . The lady said just add a note on the app for no cheese. Anyway I continue that order with no cheese. The 1/4 pounder came with cheese. I have now ordered via the app for a 1/4 pounder no cheese and the order came with cheese . No answer no the phone .

I had a donner kebab from here. Thick cut , Greasy and not fresh. I now have a stomach ache. I can not recommend them!

Ordered 2 large chicken shish wraps and they were LARGE and tasted amazing. Delivery was quick too!

Chicken not well marinated and dry. Small pitta with to much chicken. Not enough sauce. Not the best to be honest

Can't complain about the small chicken kebab, packed with meat. However there was a lack of salad. Mainly lettuce. Missing jalapeño, red cabbage etc

Love these guys always friendly service use them almost once a week my go to take away chicken always juicy and tender burgers are just perfect not poncy just how they should be and best potatoe surprise around Keel uo good work

Absolutely disappointed with the service since they changed ownership. The first order I made was 1 doner kebab and 1 chicken kebab. The bag was covered in chicken kebab grease. It was absolutely disgusting as it had soaked in to the doner kebab too. Because they were new and we don't have many kebab shops, plus we had been ordering from the old manager for years and never had an issue. I gave them another chance. This time (ordering the same food) I was quoted 45 mins to an hour. I waited an hour and 20 mins, so called them up and was quoted another 20 mins. I waited the 20 mins and still nothing so called kebabs r us again and was informed by the lady that they hadn't even started cooking my order and to wait another 20 mins. I told them obviously to forget it. I've never experienced such a disappointing service before and am sad to say I will never order from there again. The lady didn't even offer anything to apologize for keeping me waiting for almost 2 hours.

The driver they had on the 17/08/22 in a smart car. Was absolutely the most rudest person ive ever met in my life! From start to finish of his phone call he was absolutely disgusting. If i didnt know better i would have just told him to forget it about and take the whole thing back as his attitude sucks. Really not pleased! I had a lovely women deliver to me last time was hoping it would be her again but he was absolutely disgusting behaviour!

Long wait for a simple order, at least 20 mins. Once at car checked order and it was completely incorrect. Currently waiting in car for the correct order. Nearly been waiting 40 mins now! Not good!

Ordered the takeaway last night at 9.30pm… Friday night I knew we would have to wait but… food never arrived so.. at 11.30 after many call and being told it was on its way we picked it up ourselves and the order was wrong… won’t be going there again!

Great food but ring the order through and collect . We had 1 bad experience with delivery but it hasn't put us off. We went back the next day....

Please don't order from here like we just have. My husband had eaten some of his chicken only to discover the rest of what was left was raw so we are now waiting for the inevitable. His burger bun was rock hard on the bottom like it had been in the microwave and his burger patty's were burnt. My onion rings didn't appear to have any onion in them and both of our chips were cold and rubbery. Add in that they only accept cash payment too,it was an all round bad service.

Ordered online . Was longer than said and chips were just not nice like cooked but been left . My kebab was missing the salad I asked for . so overall not good experience .

I regularly order a meal from here. Always very pleased with excellent quality and attention to detail. The best locally.

So I’ve ordered from the website twice and twice they have got it wrong m. 1st time they missed a kebab and the second time missed a salad. The lamb was really really fatty and even after asking for the salad they still haven’t delivered it 40 mins later. Waste of time and money. NEVER eating there again!!!!!!

My dog is very easy to feed. Simply take a portion of tripe from the freezer, microwave, mix with some meal and voila. He generally scoffs the lot and is very happy. On the one occasion I bought a kebab from this place, I did not have to cook for my dog.

Ordered 3 burger meals 2 kids burger meals Waited 2 hours after ordering Was told on the phone they can’t find the address (rubbish because it was ordered on Uber eats and address was selected) , was told will be another 45 minutes, I said it won’t and it arrived 15 minutes later, the order was all wrong in terms of salad, sauce etc, no wonder this place is always dead and the kebab house 3 doors up is rammed.

Ordered at 6:30pm, food due at 7:30pm, we phoned at 7:50pm to find out where our food was. We were told it would be another 5 mins. We called back at 8:15pm to be told they hadn't yet printed the order and it would be another 15 mins. Reluctantly we agreed as we were very hungry. Kebab R Us then phoned back and asked if it was OK to cancel the order as it would be another half an hour!!!

This is a small takeaway that provides good value hot takeaway turkish food, all the staff are helpfull and happy to serve, the food is of a good standard as is the overall premesis we have had most of the menu and found it all to be of a high standard the favourite being chicken shish well worth a go if you fancy a kebab or just some chips

Our first kebab in a long time and new customer here after a bad experience in a southchurch local. It was spotlessly clean with friendly well presented staff. The kebab was loaded with meat and salad. A converted loyal customer. Tasty and thoroughly delicious 🐝🌸🍀

Drove 10mins out ofthe way to receive nice food but very small portion and regretting it and want a refund if I'm honest been to work all day I'm a key worker and dissatisfied as I'm still going to be hungry later

Not especially a kebab person, but decided to give it a go after seeing a delicious kebab of my sister’s… I love potato surprise and was NOT disappointed in that; although it could have been hotter; but have also found a new love for kebabs. I honestly don’t know a single kebab lover who doesn’t swear by Kebabs R Us, so it was definitely worth a try. I ordered garlic sauce to go with it and it was honestly so tasty! You have to work through a fair amount of meat before you can pick it up, but that’s fine with me! I think the only thing I would change is that I would rather it was all in the pitta when it arrived instead of in separate tubs/containers- however, I know my mum said they will do it if you ask- so I will next time! I will definitely consider Kebabs R Us next time I’m thinking about a takeaway kebab!

So we usually order from kebabs r us and really enjoy it however tonight we ordered and first of all they delivered the wrong food so we took it back they wasn’t apologetic in the slightest, when we got back the right food the chips were chewy and cold where they’d been sitting there for a while and the burgers had the wrong sauce and salad and over cooked.

Often closes early without notice or warning only last night I went for a chicken donner at 11pm and they where shut lights off and no1 in jokers if your say your open till 12am stay open

Pretty small portions for the price, Then charge 75p for a lot of sauce. Kebabs don't come with the usual nice garlic mayo or yoghurt and the chilli sauce it comes with the cheap plastic mayo for chips (yet you pay 75p for it!) Won't be going again. Renouns fish and chip shop does the best tasting kebab. Just no lamb unfortunately.

Staff were very rude and very slow. The food was also quite expensive. I just wanted donor meat and chips but insisted we buy a kebab... Asked for a pot of burger sauce and just had a small dollop put on the kebab.... Meat was very greasy, but very dry at the same time and tasteless... All in all totally unimpressed and won't be using again!!!

Very rude and miserable staff. The smallest portion of fries I have ever had literally I had to count them 14 little 🍟 in 1 portion, oh and I couldn’t help but notice the hygiene rating, on the door as u go in they have a sticker from Southend council saying 4 star on the leaflets they have 5 star. I don’t think I will go back there again especially because they are very rude and very miserable, no customer service 👎

Food was delivered within the hour as specified..was fresh hot and tasty new customer and will most certainly order from these again.

I've heard nothing but good things about this takeaway, however, this is usually with reference to their kebabs. Not being much of a kebab person myself I opted for a chicken wrap and some chicken strips. My chicken wrap was huge! Much bigger than I expected and reminiscent of a burrito. Unfortunately I did request BBQ sauce but didn't find any past the first bite- maybe they forgot and squeezed a little on the top? The chicken itself was hard and chewy, as were the breaded chicken strips- which also tasted extremely salty. I imagine they have both been hot held and dried out. The only saving grace for the wrap were the veggies which gave it a little moisture and flavour. Overall, a very disappointing meal. Not fresh by any means and £7.00 for the pleasure. I was so looking forward to my naughty dinner.. what a waste of calories! I won't be ordering from here again. I love chicken wraps and they butchered mine with a lack of sauce and dried out chicken. I'll be going back to Four Seasons- their chicken wraps are gorgeous!

Doesn't look anything special, from the outside. Went in and placed my order, Staff very friendly. Also found out he does Halep Kebab, Requires notice for this though. Defo visiting again!

Had to review this place, absolutely fab lamb Shish kebab, they listened to my requirements on the phone whilst taking the order. There was lots of meat, salad and mushrooms and peppers, it was immense! The delivery driver was friendly too. Will definitely be back again.
