4 pieces of lamb in the small lamb shish kebab is absolutely crazy. Their portion sizes are never consistent whether your order a large or small chicken or lamb it always varies in size. I think that will unfortunately be last order here unfortunately.

First time customer. Our order arrived on time. I had the halloumi kebab which was one of the best I’ve had locally. Huge pieces of halloumi and nice grilled peppers, mushroom and onion. My wife had the doner kebab which was lovely and again the portion sizes are great for the price. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Food is good but I keep paying for a pot of sauce and this has not been delivered the past few times I have ordered (or I then do not get the one included with a kebab).

This kabab shop is the best in Southend I’d recommend to anyone that loves kababs the food makes me excited to come again !!!!

This was the second time we have ordered from here. The first was OK, but tonight was shocking, chips were horrible and barely warm. The meat was dry and the burger was horrible. We won't be going here again!

We regularly order from here, never had an issue with delivery usually here before stated time. Food is generally spot, i would choose their pizza over dominos. The price is reasonable aswell, we typically spend just under £20 for two of us.

Always welcoming and the food is very nice. Very friendly people and always gives great portions. 10/10

Order was wrong I ordered cheesy twisters and got plain 😢

Food was due to arrive by 20.50 and it finally arrived 21.17. Delivery driver was very apologetic, & we didn’t have a problem at all. What we do have a problem with, is the restaurant marking the food as delivered 30+ minutes before it was delivered

can't knock the food, however the delivery time has been slow the last few times I've ordered. Waited 2 hours for a small delivery which is disappointing.

I waited 2 hours from order to delivery twice they changed ETA I also rang twice. whilst I accept they are busy this is not acceptable also the quality was mediocre I would not use them again there not reliable

Our order was delivered much later than the expected time with no update or apology and was lukewarm. The mixed special deal arrived with only 1 pitta bread which was rock hard, so inedible, and the salad consisted of mostly red cabbage. The bottle of Fanta we ordered was also missing, so a rather disappointing and overpriced takeaway, and not the usual standard we are used to from Kebabs R Us.

No where near as good as four seasons, was more expensive and they forgot to include the sauce we ordered. Won't be back

Order was in excess of an hour and half from time of order but was advised it would be an hour anyway. Only received two chill pots when I ordered three and when you see the content in each pot it just covered the base of the pot which is a small pot anyway and is charged at 80p per pot. Consequently run out of sauce half way through Kebab. Chicken in wrap was dry and burnt. Delivery family however very pleasant. Have ordered in the past and not had these problems😕

Was very disappointed with the fried chicken. Although it arrived piping hot the skins and coating were soggy and I noticed the chicken was a bit pink. I had to pop it in my air fryer for 15 mins but even then I still had pink bits of chicken so I ended up throwing it and sharing my partners pizza which was lovely. Obviously I had wanted the chicken but it was inedible.

it’s a shame four seasons was closed.

Ordered jalapeno poppers and got a mix of them and chicken nuggets, just glad it was me that found it not my vegetarian friend. Other food okay tho

I have previously left an absolutely gleaming 5 star review of this place! I've loved it in the past. We order really regularly from here and it's our go to takeaway. At one point we were ordering it every week. My review stated that I even felt it was the best takeaway in Shoebury. I deleted that review after my experience today. We ordered some food, lamb doner and chips, chicken shish and rice, cheesy chips. Can't fault the cheesy chips but called up about the other meals as seems like the ingredients were way different to how they usually are. The doner meat was pale and bland, the salad was tasteless and the chicken shish and rice tasted watery. I was disappointed and after a long day at work just wanted to chill and eat my favourite takeaway. I couldn't even get through my meal without feeling the need to phone them up to see if there had been any changes to their ingredients and to let them know how the food was, I thought they may offer some kind of credit to retain a regular customer, although a refund would have been preferred. The lady on the phone I spoke to was lovely. Really nice and asked exactly how the food was and what I was looking for and even offered to speak to the manager. Really sweet lady! She came back to me and said there was nothing they can do and they can't offer any kind of credit. All she could do, she said, was pass on my feedback and apologise. I understand her position, of course. But to the manager... I expected some kind of willingness to compensate what I spent on today's disaster meal... I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I'm sure they don't want it anyway from the sounds of it.

It's a 20 minute drive from home but always go here for kebabs now, and we don't really get any other takeaways now either! Their kebabs with rice are lovely, the meat is always really tender and with a great selection of salad... If someone wants something a bit different they're burgers and pizzas always are well received! And don't forget to try the wraps!

Had a lovely mixed diner box meal, there was probably enough for 2 people as I struggled to finish it all. It wasn’t greasy and there was no fat left in the box when I finished unlike some other shops and to top it off the price was very reasonable and staff very friendly. Highly recommend
