Kebab Express in Southend-on-Sea

Paid £14+ for a Doner/chicken shish large kebab and separate salad with fried onions. Got home to find no doner meat and raw onions.

Absolute perfection each time, I have ordered many times from here and it's safe to say that this place beyond astounds me with every order. The lamb doner is absolutely delicious served in huge portions no matter what you order. Staff are extremely attentive, always listening to my requests for extra sauce. 10/10 will keep on coming back and would recommend to anyone who gets the chance to go.

I work away alot so i appreciate the nice takeaways while away. This kebab shop is absolutely lovely and charge a fair price. Love the shish chicken and lamb wraps 👌

Well delivery guy is a THIEF!! We ordered our food and when the guy came to our block of flats my family was moving and we left a party speaker in the lobby just while we grabbed our takeaway and the silly c**t couldn’t resist on taking it, we called the number up and told them of the issue and wasn’t interested until we told them about our camera set up in car park and door. And literally 5 mins later we had a knock on door with a couple of guys just in case they got a well deserved slap!! And food was terrible after that.

Delivery was over 35mins late and when it finally arrived it was cold and items missing (there’s always something missing) called to complain, asked for a refund. As the order was placed online they didn’t know how to refund so sent the driver and then demanded the return of the food!! Never going there again!

Inedible - tasted like c**p. saw them serve meat from ‘out the back’. Would advise to avoid at all costs. You’ll spend the next day in the toilet. What goes around comes around Kindest regards

My go to Kebab shop. I’ve recently moved to Hockley but I still travel 20 minutes to come here, never had a bad meal, guys are always friendly and reasonably priced. Doner and chicken meat always spot on, portion sizes are great too.

Ordered a 1/2 lb burger and paid £7 for it. A mile up the road I discovered that I'd been given a 1/4 lb burger. No excuses as I was the only person in there. I've been ripped off and I won't order from there again.

They provide pretty delicious and quality food. The environment is okay but I'm not going to give the full marks. The price is a bit high but not too much.

The food is fine. I've bought from here a couple of times but EVERYTIME I go here they mess up my order and if I don't watch them like a hawk I know I'm going home with the wrong thing. Today I ordered a large chicken donar meal and a separate large chicken donar. I got home and found I had a small lamb donar meal and the large chicken donar. 100% they have lost my business.

Was always a good kebab from when swueeky own it , and after with newer owners , but now !!! Expensive and rubbish doner , won’t use again. … might have to start eat fish and chips.

under cooked kebab meat, meat made all of the salad and pitta bread soaking wet, tasted absolutely horrible and I will certainly won't be visiting again, and at 9.50 for a large Doner is well overpriced

I have been eating Kebabs for 25 years and had none better. The large mixed kebab is amazing. Three shared and we all thought it was the best kebab ever.

The best shish and donor kebab shop around the meat is perfectly cooked and really tender and tasty, my only criticism is the salad is on the small side, the only place I’d go to for a kebab

Best to collect as you can see your food prepared. The best lamb shish I ever had.The salad is fresh with a great dressing . Its not a cheap Kebab shop but it is worth it.

Thought I would try somewhere new for a pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, it got delivered early, so was happy but then.... I opened the pizza and I could see the grease on the pizza straight away. After trying some by my horror it tasted like pure horrible, so bad I couldn’t even eat more than two slices ( even though I was hungry) and let’s just say it got worse.... hours later I was having a date with the toilet which was sick coming out my bum! Cheers for the worse pizza ever!!!!! Like I’ve tilted CHOOSE WISELY

We was out with friends and done the normal thing after a pub crawl and ordered a kebab.... the food is just what we needed come on time and really hot and really tasty!!! The only thing that would push us back to our original kebab take away is the price it was almost 8£ more expensive then the regular one we use to be honest it was at the same quality and you do get a free drink from them even if it’s an order that was 46£ which most kebab shops now give free drink with orders over 20£ so that was disappointing.
