The best restaurants serving Turkish food in England

Will not be using again. I bought kebabs for my family. Came to £30.16. They took the money twice out of my account and after repeated attempts to get my money back I have not been able to. I ended up paying £60.32 for kebabs for myself and two children. I am fuming. They don't seem to care about keeping customers and deny that the payment was taken twice. I'm not rich. I think I would know if i'm missing £30 out of my account. BUYERS BEWARE! IF YOU USE THIS SHOP THEN ONLY USE CASH AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CHANGE. I'm disgusted.

Having been customers for over 15 years, just discovered that the management has changed.. no more customer care and rude service. Kebabs are just like any other kebab house. No more custom from me.

Been using this kebab house every week for well over 6 years. They delivered a pizza with olives on that I didn’t order. They said that they would collect the food but never did, the food ended up being returned by me in person two days later as they said we had eaten it, to this day I still haven’t received a refund! Really poor customer service to their loyal customers!! I still await my refund!!! You know where we live and have chose to ignore giving us our money back!!! Will not recommend to anyone in the future!!

The best kebab house in Worcester. Been coming here for years. It’s the best hands down. Quality meats cooked over a charcoal grill. Great salad… but the game changer is the in house made chilli sauce. Fair prices, cheaper to collect than to have delivered, but no fees to deliver, so it all works out. Only place to go in Worcester for a kebab. Cannot recommend enough.

Have been here many times over the years and the food is exactly what you want. The lamb chops and chicken and they weren’t dry at all. Recommendation - the large platter that feeds two can actually feed five.

This place has great prices, and the food is delicious!!! Me and my bf went in on a Saturday had to come back on Sunday! Staff is great, it's a small quiet place. I love it there, definitely worth a try! The garlic sauce is so good I dipped everything in it!

Lovely drop of food, nice settings. Will be returning, again and again. No complaints whatsoever. Looking forward to coming back.

May just be about one of the worst venues I've ever been in. Staff overworked with no direction by the management. Asked to see the basement as I heard that's where they keep all the tips they keep from their staff, was shown the door. Heard it was a celeb hotspot but the only tits on show where the owners.
