Put a complaint in about the food!! Bad customer service when I rang and no solution!

Good service, nice food. No complaints

The shish kebab was very fatty and full of grisel,the spicy chicken kebab there was hardly any chicken it just full of salad

Food was delicious and piping hot. Kebab was very tasty one of best I’ve had. Garlic bread also excellent. Will definitely buy from here again.

I asked for no salad on the chicken kebab and came with full salad on, the pizza was burnt and so was the garlic bread with cheese.

Asked for pitta bread but got naan

Ordered here for years but last time such a shame last two times delivery was late this time food was look warm

Usually a frequent orderer from mama Mia, noticed the times have been getting later and later when it’s being delivered and usually hve to ring to chase it, we ordered at 19:30 last night, it arrived about 21:40, by which time you’re not very hungry! The calzone was very burnt and cheese tasted a bit plasticky which again we have noticed the food quality down hill recently, such a shame used to order a lot but after the last 5 orders being late, and the food quality just not being as good, probably will not be a returning customer anymore.

Food, as always is top notch. Delivered much earlier than expected. I love this place !!

Waited an hour and a half. Ordered 2 pizzas one was over cooked the other wasn’t cooked properly and FULL of grease. Couldn’t eat it

Ordered a mega kebab box, this is by far the best kebab in Chorley. Don’t be put off by the price, you easily get your moneys worth, fresh meat and plenty of food for four people. Absolutely top drawer!

Arrived late even after the updated time it was later than that. Cold and inedible, chips soggy. no chilli sauce on the cold kebabs to be seen Overall a really poor service and experience. Which is sad as previously my parents ordered and said it was really good.

Average at best. The homemade donner is no longer homemade, it was standard Donner. Picked the kebab up and and it poured out grease. Bright orange. The jalepono poppers had no chilli in them . The takeaway, it just seamed a shadow of its former self.

First time ordering from here but I tell ya, this will be where we order from, from now on! Absolutely delicious!

Won’t be ordering of just eat or mama Mia again I always order from mama mia but when I rang them to complain my food was cold and late plus I wanted my money back not good customer service skills whatsoever they told me to take it up with just eat just lost a customer

We were disappointed with our order.Has this take away been taken over??We have always enjoyed the food but the red cabbage and chilli was missing and the we didn’t receive the complimentary garlic bread.This would deter us from ordering in the future

I always order my kebabs from mama mia. They are the best kebab in Chorley. However......they need to listen and read what is asked of them. The order always turns up either missing or having something added. Please take note......this really is the best in town but please observe the customers wishes

Delivery was already stated at just over an hour, time was updated to an hour and a half on the app when it got to original delivery time, but actually arrived after 1 hour and 55 mins. We wouldn’t have ordered from there if we knew it would take that long. Called them after one and a half hours and they said they were waiting for a driver to come back and the food was now on its way. Food arrived and was luke warm and bland. Very disappointed.

99% of the time I have no problem with mama mia but this time round it was 45 mins late, the drinks had been forgotten and the food was warm not hot. Not a complaint but more of an observation. Generally a really good restaurant

I normally order from you, but last few times, I’ve had to order elsewhere and not enjoyed it.. the reason I can’t order from you when I’m ordering is when my daughter wants a kebab.. there is no option for NO SAUCE.. maybe you could add this on to your website, sure it used to be on.. would rather order from you in the future.. I hope you take this option on board.. thank you

It’s a bit more expensive than it’s competitors but it deserves to be, delivery was long but genuinely the best Doner/Shish Kebab I’ve had in this country.

To be onest it was lovely fresh hot and the meat was relly nice best by any other around here that’s my opinion will be going back for shore wounded change naw thanks we all loved it a1 place

Ordered at 6:15pm came at 9:10pm, food wasn't up to scratch, 3rd time its happened so thats me done :)

Food arrived at 7:10 pm all stone cold asked for doner and chips and received chips in a nan bread. Diabolical… first and last time they will be getting my custom

Kebab was cold ! Chilli sauce was a salads sauce and the profiteroles didn’t even arrive you sent a fudge cake slab !!! Not happy customer

A pity it was late, but it was Friday and I knew it would be worth waiting a bit longer. Driver apologised too, rather than just dropping the Food off.

Food was good. Ordered for delivery was taking to long had to collect. Just eat has taken too much on.

The food was good and they sent a free cheese pizza which was nice of them but I put a note on in capital letters with stars either side saying *** NO ONIONS ON ANYTHING PLEASE *** but they piled the onions on the 3 kebabs and there wasn’t much salad but there were piles of unwanted onions which was a shame. Having removed the onions, you could still strongly taste the onions, but apart from that it was good apart from a small piece of bone in my kebab, which in fairness wasn’t their fault.

Excellent quality and value, delivered hot and on time, will use again.

Hands down best kebab I've ever had. Was over a hour late but was worth the wait.

I hate it when people have perfect meals over several months, and the first time something goes wrong they write a negative review. We have had lovely food from Mama Mia before. We were impressed by the fact that this is the real McCoy- not bought in and warmed up stuff, but home-made, authentic Turkish kebabs. But tonight, for the first time, it went wrong. We were told that the food would arrive before 8 o'clock. At twenty past I phoned and was told it would be with us soon. It was, and a delightful young man apologised and explained that he had had to sort out a mixed-up delivery. I took the food to the kitchen. It was stone cold. I phoned to complain, and explained that I didn't want another meal but was microwaving the meat until it was hot enough to be edible and safe. My complaint was handled with absolute professionality. I have complained to take aways in the past and been talked to rudely. So thanks Kay. We will be back. We are all human and make mistakes, and businesses should be judged on how these are handled.

Absolutely dreadful service. Ordered the food at half 6 to collect for 10 past 8. Was in the shop for 5 past. Only started cooking the food at 20 past 8. Its a shame, this is usually a great takeaway, won't be getting my custom again if it takes you longer than an hour and a half to cook a kebab!

Horrendous . Extremely greasy and it’s normally incredibly good. I feel let down by them. Waste of money :(

2hours 20 minutes from order to delivery. Food arrived cold, but burnt. Disappointing after many good meals, but would now avoid

After 45 mins of the delivery estimate, I rang to chase my order. The man on the end of the phone was very rude and told me the delivery driver had knocked but we hadn't answered. I told him this was impossible as we have a video doorbell and two dogs. He insisted we hadn't answered and told us the driver would be back within 15 minutes, presumably with food that had been cooked over an hour previously. I hung up, checked my video camera and saw that the delivery driver had indeed turned up to our street, but had tried delivering to the wrong number. Rang back and spoke to a lady who was really pleasant and assured me a fresh order would be sent out as soon as possible. Three hours after placing the order, the food arrived. The driver was extremely apologetic and so lovely. Food was piping hot and really, really good. Shame about the delivery but these things happen. Absolutely no need for the rudeness on the first phone call though.

First time ordering from here. Beautifully cooked meat. Kofta kebab was out of this world. Just what we wanted.

Everything as it should be …. Got the £17.50 box absolutely crammed packed and piping hot on arrival will definitely will be ordering again ..

Didn’t have the chicken wings so phone me to replace them so got the popcorn chicken more than enough in the tray and Chuck in a free garlic bread with cheese! Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Everytime ordering from this place I'm waiting 2 hours for food, joke.

Food was excellent, fresh with great flavour, however, 1hr30mins for delivery is ridiculous and there was no doner meat in the box as advertised on the menu and the portion of chips was more like a child's portion, didn't feel it was worth the £14 paid to be honest, next time I'll just order a mixed kebab and a portion of chips, same price and you'd get more

Be prepared to wait a long time for your food! Do not order if you’re starving. Ours took two hours. We were ready for bed by the time it arrived

The food was delicious although a little late but it is bank holiday so they were understandably busy. Great attitude on the phone too, very polite and apologetic.

These are the best kebabs in town and our go to place for them. Food always outstanding and hot when delivered. Excellent service and delivery drivers are friendly and polite too. If you have any doubts about ordering then don't, you won't be disappointed. 😁
