Grill and Bake in Bristol, City of

Been using this kebab house every week for well over 6 years. They delivered a pizza with olives on that I didn’t order. They said that they would collect the food but never did, the food ended up being returned by me in person two days later as they said we had eaten it, to this day I still haven’t received a refund! Really poor customer service to their loyal customers!! I still await my refund!!! You know where we live and have chose to ignore giving us our money back!!! Will not recommend to anyone in the future!!

I ordered food, and a lady called me telling me the driver is refusing to deliver to my house! I have been going here for years! And they cancelled my order and said they wasn’t delivery my food! I was very upset with this visit to them today!

Don’t wast your time, delivery service is non existent and they just keep lying. Ordered at 7:30 food didn’t arrive until after 9:30 by that time the kids were asleep. Staff just keep saying driver is around the corner, stop lying!!

Ahora son las 9 pm y mis hijos tienen hambre, 19. 20 Hice el pedido.Solo una disculpa del personal telefónico porque estaban ocupados, pero el gerente estaba demasiado ocupado para devolverme la llamada.Terrible servicio al cliente.

Pedí una oferta de comida para mí y se suponía que la entrega de los amigos era de 44 minutos. La comida llegó una hora más tarde, la pizza y las patatas fritas estaban frías y habían enviado el kebab equivocado. Tbf dijeron que entregarían el kebab correcto, luego tuvieron que llamar cuando descubrimos que la pizza también estaba fría, pidieron un reembolso, pero nos dijeron que nos enviarían otra pizza y la cambiarían por la fría. Para entonces mis amigos tuvieron que irse con hambre y sin dinero. Normalmente use la parrilla y hornee mucho, pero ahora no se molestará.

¡Nunca supe de este lugar hasta ahora y es el mejor lugar de comida por aquí que no pediría en ningún otro lugar! !

Stopped by this cheeky little grill house and now I can’t remember what life was like before it. Ordered a lamb shish wrap and I had to pinch myself. That Lamby goodness warmed my soul. It was tender, juicy, and genuinely brought a tear to my eye. So often lamb in a shish is tough and chewy but this lamb...my oh my.... This is what lambs were born for. Very reasonably priced, friendly (slightly Pervy) staff and very clean inside. I will be returning to this holy shish shrine and urge all you fellow foodies to do the same! #neversilencethelamb

You wait ages for a takeaway and then turns up cold. Don’t waste your time or money. Phoned up to let them know and the customer service was appalling.

The best tastiest chicken doner I’ve ever had & I’m very fussy, it’s simply the best in Bristol & I wouldn’t go anywhere else, so delicious

Come here once a month or so. Food is always nice. Usually have lamb shish and chicken doner. Got to be one of the best in Bristol. Certainly best I’ve been to.

Really fresh mixed doner kebab full of lovely meat and decent amount of sauce and salad. Will defo recommend and it's always busy there

Love eating here. After a workout, i walk back and pop in for a large chicken sheesh. Loaded with cabbage , onions and cucumber. Never had a bad one, always tasty and moist. The guys serving are friendly and always happy! only criticism is they dont do garlic yogurt dip ( healthy alternative to mayo)....but i will keep asking until they do :)

I eat here a few times a month and so far i have been extremely impressed by the freshness and tastiness of the food. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the prices arent bad at all!

Esperan 1 1/2 hora para entregar y se han olvidado de entregar bebidas. Llamado y se ha hecho el arreglo, pero aún no se tiene noticias suyas durante media hora. Llamé de nuevo y me dijeron que enviará al conductor a entregar la bebida. . . . Desafortunadamente, esperando por el resto de la noche, la bebida aún no aparece y ni siquiera una llamada de ellos.

Siempre usamos Grill y hornear a entregar nuestra improvisada kebabs tarde! ! La última noche fue deliciosa, los puedo recomendar lo suficiente!

Food was supposed to arrive within 45 mins. It took an hour and 20 minutes. The guy who delivered it was rude and didn't even say a word. On opening the contents it was stone cold and very small portions which would barely feed a child. Will not come again...

As usual the lamb shish was tender and melt in your mouth. Also ordered a veggie kebab with humous along with a small donner and small chicken kebab all were excellent.

The food was over an hour late and when it arrived wasnt cooked properly. Really dissapointed as the restaurant had such good reviews.

Okay so I order from this place waaaaay to much but I keep going back its one of my favourites, the food for me has always been amazing and I can not go to grill and bake without ordering the Greek salad because it is fabulous! 5 stars always x

We order a lot- happy with the food.. However, our food this evening was COVERED/SOAKED in mayonnaise it really ruined our food :-( We couldn't see any of the meat it was drenched. Plus no lemon juice was put on my salad- minor.

Fuming with this takeaway i always order from here & i had a rude kebab bloke on the phone, the takeaway was shutting at 12.30 i orderd at 10 past 11 & rang takeaway half hour later to see were my food was, he was telling me at 12 that hes now shut, i payed by card & the order some how got put thru for 4 o clock the next day, all i had was rudeness from the man, so i reported him to just eat, will sure b going to his manager, they delivered the food the next day whilst i was at work, & is now sat on my kitchen side untouched, i shall never order from here again due to the poor customer service!

Ordered just plain garlic bread and it came with cheese on other than that it was good meal

Delivery time was fine. Food was not :( chicken burger was so tough I literally couldn't chew or eat it, wedges were just a pile of grease. All went in the bin apart from the feta salad... Won't be ordering again

Had a couple of kebabs tonight. Delivered promptly and the best lamb shish around.

First time ordering and really lovely apart from veggie kebab (all mushroom) and in the meat kebabs we are used to there being much more salad variation from elsewhere, although meat kebabs provided tasted lovely.

La comida que he tenido desde aquí ha sido muy bueno, y con una buena relación calidad-precio. La pizzería ofrece todas las típicas cosas - kebabs, patatas fritas, etc, pero también ofrece algunas opciones tales como Calzone y burritos. He tenido una 'crear su propia' Calzone, que era muy abundante y muy sabrosa. El personal es siempre amable aquí :)

Slightly cold chips, chicken burger over done, but on the whole very good!

Service was perfect, came 10 mins earlier than should have, however pizza was over cooked and burnt in some places, was not soft and instead crunchy all over like if it was re-heated. Chips were fine but not like you could mess up chips

Great food as always! Our order had the wrong drinks (2 cans of Rio instead of 1.5l diet coke), but we now have a favourite new fruity drink!

My chicken kebab was a small portion not the large as I've paid for plus quarter pounder was with cheese and I didn't order any!!!!!!

Half hour late and food wasn't partially warm, grease from garlic bread had gone through the box so clearly been sat around for a bit. App showed food as being delivered, rang takeaway to be told they were running late, turns up 5 mins later.

Best in the town,nice pizza extra cheese.... I wold recommend pizza 10/10
